Seemed pleasant, would be fine if you arrived during hours. DON'T BOOK HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY PLANS NOT TO BE STRAIGHTFORWARD as the service isn't up to it. I prearranged to arrive after 11pm so got a pin for the machine outside which was meant to give us a room card and receipt. Machine gave us only a receipt. Stuck on road at midnight with tired 3-year-old […] and panicking. Got past automatic gate (don't ask how), and eventually found emergency phone numbers hidden in a remote corner since nobody was around. Phoned Expedia for help and the agent was able to track someone down. Long story short, instead of a simple automated check-in, we were sitting in a car park from midnight till nearly 2am waiting for someone to get us into a room. Once we got into the room it was pleasant enough, although at 2am I didn't remember to ask for the WiFi password so had no connectivity (half the reason for a hotel, if you're geeks like us!). Also had the maid come in at 8am, which wasn't helpful when the toddler finally got to bed at 2.30am. All in all, a clean hotel, but the management couldn't organise a party in a brewery. Would never go back there again simply because of the angst. On the other hand, I have found out that Expedia ROCKS and the agent was an absolute lifesaver in our time of need!! Le personnel est très aimable et dévoué. Les chambres sont conformes au standard de la chaîne. Une petite préférence pour les chambres côté parking afin de ne pas entendre les bruits de la route avoisinante.

Hotel propre de la chaine campanile rien d exceptionnel - le meme buffet que dans toute la chaine campanile donc tout est surgelé, surtout les desserts.

L'hotel bien situé au nord de la banlieue nord de Paris. Il est au calme. Bonne prestation globale: chambre et sanitaires très propres. Parking gratuit. Possibilité de restauration dans l'hotel ou à proximité.

L'hôtel correspondait parfaitement a nos attentes pour une nuit avant de prendre l'avion, en revanche un bémol sur l'insonorisation nous avions en plus des voisins très bruyants Mais la chambre était propre rien a redire

Super hotel, très bon accueil du personnel ! Les equipements sont pas mal, et l'hotel est tres proche du parc astérix (5min !!!)

Quelles nuits que ces nuits là. Parti à un anniversaire le 14 juillet, nous avons décidé de dormir dans ce campanile dans lequel nous avions réservés deux nuits. Le premier soir, nous sommes arrivés à minuit et il faisait 14 ° C dans la chambre et pas de chauffage avec une seule couette...très très froid tout de même et le lendemain rebelotte, un vrai […] cauchemar . Pourtant le personnel est aimable mais quand j'ai demandé si je pouvais avoir un peu de chauffage, pas de réponse cohérente !!!! Super les économies d'énergie et génial cette semaine sous fièvre .... nous avions demandé une chambre triple (pour 3 adultes). Le 3ème lit était un lit d'appoint dans lequel mon fils avait les pieds qui dépassaient... Dans la salle de bain, il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de toilette pour 3. Malgré ces signalements à la réception, aucune réponse ne nous été apportée.

Hotel ist sehr gut geeignet, wenn man den Asterix Park besuchen möchte. Über die A 1 Richtung Norden ist der Park in 6 km Entfernung zu erreichen. Für einen Parisbesuch muss man mit dem Auto entweder direkt in die Stadt oder an einen der zahlreichen P+R Plätze. Nachteil des Hotels ist, dass es außer dem hoteleigenen Restaurant+Terasse keine Möglichkeit […] gibt, sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Das Hotel eignet sich als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Städtereisen. Das Frühstück ist täglich gleich und mit mittlerweile 9 € überteuert. Les mer

nous avons pris le repas du soir à l'hotel. Ce repas était très bon et le service était très bien. Très bon hotel de passage. Merci au personnel.

Very good hotel with all the facilities you want for a stop-over. High quality beds, excellent breakfast, clean shower+bath. We had two rooms with two adults and three kids. We didn't need to pay for the breakfast of our kids (all < 10 yr) which was nice as well, as they sure did eat quite a bit! Your own car can be parked on a secured area directly next to the hotel. The hotel is directly next to the highway and +/- 10 minutes from Charles des Gaules and +/- 5 minutes from Parc Asterix. bas il faut trouver le troisieme lit qui apres renseignements pris se trouve sous le principal, une fois sortie de la vous ne pouvez plus atteindre la SDB / toilettes sans faire un parcourt sportif, pour vous rendre compte que vous n'avez que deux serviettes de bain (des 1/2 serviettes en fait ) pour trois c'est un peu juste, re voyage à l'acceuil qui […] ne peux plus rein pour nous (23h00 c'est trop tard..... Le personnel se moque du client : Avant d'arriver je téléphone pour savoir jusqu'à quelle heure on peut arriver et si il y a un moyen pour pouvoir arriver à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit, On me dit que non et qu'il faut arriver maintenant, nous devions passer la soirée à environ 1 heure de l'hotel, nous avons donc du faire une heure de trajet pour […] aller récupérer la clé et une heure dans l'autre sens pour pouvoir nous rendre à notre RV et bien nous avons perdu 2 HEURES pour RIEN . Car il y a avait un distributeur de clé à l'entrée!!!!!!! Mais la receptioniste ne nous l'a pas dit, malgré que je lui ai posé la question par téléphone! lorsque je lui demande des explications, elle me dit qu'il fallait lui demander clairement s'il y avait un distributeur de clé! C'est abhérent, je lui ai demandé s'il y avait un moyen de venir plus tard et c'est pas assez clair???? Le lendemain matin nous venons demander pour faire stériliser les biberons de notre bébé dans le micro onde. Personne à la reception, seul personne présente un monsieur qui fait l'entretien, il nous dit qu'il ne s'en occupe pas....la receptionniste arrive et plutot que de nous demander ce que nous désirons, elle se penche vers le monsieur de l'entretien et lui fait " qu'est ce qui veut lui?" et elle était à 1 metre de nous!!!! Ce même matin nous avons vu la personne qui fait le ménage manger un pain au chocolat pendant qu'elle nettoie les chambres... Parlons de la chambre...Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants, il y avait 2 serviettes pour nous tous... la chambre est sensée être climatisée, la clim on l'entend y a pas de doute mais elle ne marche absolument pas, je l'ai mise au minimum ce correspond à 15 degrés, je pose la main sur l'appareil et...suspence....rien! que du bruit même pas un peu de ventilation.... Autour des fenêtre de la poussière, des escaliers : des toiles d'araignées abandonnées depuis des années.... Le seul point positif, car je suis objective, c'est juste à coté du parc astérix. Les mer
