Første gang på all inclusive hotell og det innfridde forventningene. Nydelig mat og drikke når du ønsket. Så kun et tilfelle av beruselse. Det eneste negative med hotellet var at dørene på hotellrommet ikke var isolerte, så vi hørte støy fra korridoren.

Cancun sentrum, eller El Centro, er stedet der de lokale bor og handler. Plaza las Americas er et kjøpesenter i amerikansk stil med store varemagasiner og små spesialbutikker. "Inexpensive Cancun hotel"
It is conveniently located near the ferries to Isla Mujares in the north end of town. Not elegant, but a good value for the budget-minded traveler. It has a small pool and "warm-tub". The free wi fi has a limited range that doesn't cover many of the rooms.
"Budget Hotel"
Terracaribe is a budget hotel, I found the room small and the location rather bad, nothing around worth seing, I guess that is OK if you have a car. The room was very clean. Thansportation is across the street. Staff very friendly.
"Terrible area"
Took one look at the area this was located in and the complete lack of facilities within walking distance and we decided to cut our losses and find another hotel in a nicer area. Hotel looks clean but weren't sure our hire car would still be there in the morning if we stayed...
"Very nice stay"
We had a very nice stay at Terracraiba, four adults and two children. The staff are exceptionally friendly in particular the lady who worked the bar and her daughter who was completely attentive in playing with our 5 and 3 year old. I would recommend this hotel, front rooms a bit noisy.

Fresh hotel with jacuzzi and swimmingpool and really good staff. The only problems we had was when we tried to order breakfast. We don't speak spanish and the waitress didn't understand english. And the hotel is far from everything except the ferry to cozumel. We liked the hotel and the litttle roses that they made out of the toiletpaper.

"Needs to make more with less"
His hotel was really cute but in the middle of no where. As in the only source for coffee or bread that is less that a cab ride away was a gas station. I would highly recommend to Terracaribe Hotel that they open their restaurant for more meals, or serve complimentary coffee to make travelers feel more at ease. Sometimes you just want a little snack […] while you're getting ready for the day. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy! Les mer

it was a good experience. the hotel was verry clean and neat. the only thing i did not like at all was the location. it is not located in the hotel zone of cancun so in order to get anywhere you must either cacth bus or taxy. besides that not everything that they say they have is included, like transportation to the airport or the beach club arent available. […] there beach clu is also not free they give you a 50% discount but thats about it. the experience was good just wished they would actually give you all that they advertice. Les mer
"Terra Caribe Is An Antidote To Hotel Zone"
This is a pleasant place to stay. It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. There were many families staying there and the kids were happily playing in the pool. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. There is a convenience mart and a pizza place just across the road, and there are some sidewalk cafe/restaurants within walking distance. […] We had an excellent and inexpensive meal of traditional Mexican food and drinks at a place about three blocks from the hotel (turn right out of the hotel entrance). Sorry, I can't remember the name of the place. The neighborhood is under construction so it's not aesthetically pleasing or quiet, but this may change soon. It looked like things were moving along pretty busily. This is nice place to stop over if you're in transit through Cancun and don't want to deal with the hype of the Hotel Zone. If you take a shuttle to Terra Caribe, be prepared to be the last drop off. This is because the shuttle companies prefer to go out to the hotel strip first and drop off all the tourists along the beach resorts, avoiding the unsightly construction in the city. Similarly, if you're taking a shuttle from the hotel back to the airport, you'll probably be the first one picked up before heading out to the hotel zone and then dropping down to the southern access road to the airport. It takes about 45 minutes. If you get a taxi to and from the airport, you're going to pay a lot more and will go right through the construction and possible traffic jams. There's no easy way around it. If I had a layover in Cancun again, I would definitely stay at Terra Caribe. Les mer
"not your typical vacation hotel"
This hotel worked for us because we weren't looking for a beach front, relaxation hotel. We were looking for a hotle for one night close to the ADO bus station. That said, it was very clean, friendly, has a pool and good breakfast on site. We may go back there to experience more of real Mexican city life for a couple of days, but I wouldn't want to […] stay there for a long time or my whole vacation. Outside our window was an overpass headed to the local port. It's like staying downtown in any city. Loud, lots of concrete and unfamiliar so a little scary on the streets after dark. Although, we met some wonderful Mexicans while we were out and about, so maybe it's just me. So, clean, convenient to transportation and right in the thick of urban Mexico. Les mer

"Hotel Terricaribe-a little treasure off the beated"
we booked this hotel when we missed our flight and had to stay an extra night. This was a prime location to local shopping and authentic Mexican food that was amaxing and reasonably priced. The hotel was very quaint and homey. I felt more comfortable and that it was cleaner and more safer than the resort we stayed in.

The hotel nightly rate was great, can't beat it! The hotel had mondern features, was very clean and the bathroom had boutique style toiletries. The Terracaribe had the best air conditioner!!! From this hotel, you need to take a taxi to the center of down town Cancun, around $2.00. "Wonderful Staff"
The staff was so helpful and nice. the room was clean and I felt safe there. It was in a different part of Cancun then most hotels which was really interesting to see. Much less touristy area. The pool was being renovated so the gave us a free shuttle to a beach nearby and picked us up. The breakfast and lunch was reasonably priced and good around 14 […] dollars for breakfast for 2. There was also a bunch of stores and a Walmart nearby we walked to. It was a great place for a cheap night stay. Topped off by the amazing friendly staff makes this hotel a must stay when looking for a reasonable priced hotel. Les mer
"Great hotel- Not so great location"
I have to admit i was surprised as to the hotel's location. It's in a rmeote downtown area- very far from the hotel area and in a place where the cab dirver warned me not to "walk alone"... Nothing happened. The hotel is very clean and nice, the staff VERY helpful and the location is good if you're going to Isla Mujeres since it's close to the ferry. "Great hotel for short stay over in Cancun"
Hi, We were in Cancun on May 1 2011 for one night the hotel is nice as it served the purpose of being cheap and placed near the center A taxi of 20 to 25 peso will get you to the center of town 4 min walk will get you to buses to the hotel zone at 7 peso per person nice pool in the hotel nice persons in desk and helpful big room nice bathroom with […] big shower very clean decor is not up to date but who cares the only real problem if you plan to stay in teh room during the day is that just near teh hotel there is a store that cells phones that has a DJ that puts LOUD music and promotions that are non stop from 9:30 am to 5 pm. the rest is nice Thanks Les mer

the pictures of the hotel does not look any thing like the room we stayed in. The staff was very helpful in explaining how to get to different places the food was ok, but if on a budget try market 28 for food and shoping this is a good location to get to many parts of Canaun if short on cash.
"Good price, close to ferry"
Hotel was convenient as it was a very short cab ride to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Room was basic but fine. AC worked, provided bottled water, had refrigerator. Neighborhood was not great - quite run down with nothing but a gas station with small convenience store nearby. Hotel restaurant was a complete rip off. This must be where they make their money […] (since room was cheap). They charged a very high price for a very marginal breakfast buffet. Les mer

Un hotel bueno para el precio es lejos de la zona hotelera pero tiene bus a la puerta, es la ultima parada pero llegas y vas sin problema.

Terracarribe is een zeer net hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. spijtig van de ligging die 20 minuten te voet van een klein strand is en 30 taxi (150 pesos) van de mooie stranden. Maar de charme van het hotel maakt veel goed. Spijtig dat op Kerstavond en kerstdag, bar en restaurant gesloten was. Anders geen opmerking. Klein proper zwembad en goede […] jacuzi. Les mer

El hotel es simple, aunque tiene todo lo necesario. Esta ubicado cerca del Paseo de la Reforma, donde encontraras varias lineas de colectivos, bares, restaurantes y ATMs entre otras cosas. El personal es muy amable y cordial.

das Hotel leigt 15 geminuten entfernt von Downtown, direkt an der Straße gelegen. es herrschte Baulärm da die Strasse erneuert wurde auf 2 Hotelseiten und Baulärm auch aus dem Anbau des Hotels wo umgebaut wird. Obwohl ich für 2 personen gebucht hatte konnte ich nur einmal eine zweite Person ins Hotel mitnehmen, das ist absurd.

Es un hotel que tiene una buena relación costo beneficio. Es recomendado para personas que sólo necesiten dormir allí para hacer otras actividades en Cancún. Wifi gratis y queda muy cerca al paradero de autobús R1. Nos alojamos allí mientras fuimos a Chichen Itza y Xcaret.

Estuve preocupado porque la sobrecama estaba sucia. Sugiero revisar este tendido cada que se arregle la cama (sabanas, sobresabana y fundas de almohada). Recomiendo facilitar vasos para tomar liquidos en la habitacion (podrian ser plasticos). El hotel así como las atenciones del personal, son exelentes. Lo unico que molesta un poco es la ubicación, pero esta muy bien porque cerca esta la salida de autobuses a cualquier parte y estos mismos te dejan en la entrada del hotel! :)

L’hôtel est très bien en lui même si on a un chambre dans le fond qui ne donne pas sur les passerelle à 4 voies. Je ne le recommanderais pas si on souhaite se déplacer à pied (long de tout)
La chambre réservée était médiocre donnant sur un patio intérieur à l'hotel, bruyant car beaucoup de passage dans l'hotel.L'emplacement de l'hotel a cancun est très excentré du centre ville.Passage dans cet hotel pour 1 ou 2 nuitées maximum.

Dejligt imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Pænt og rent - alt var helt i top. Dog lidt langt væk fra centrum, men ingen problem at komme til og fra.

Muy agradable mi estancia en el Terracaribe, la ubicación es buena y las habitaciones tienen lo que uno necesita para dormir, bañarse, etc. ya que obviamente cuando uno va a la playa es para disfrutar y no estar encerrado en el hotel no? en fin, muy recomendado para próximas visitas. Saludos!!
