Kamaole Sands - Maui Condo & Home - Kihei

This place delivered everything they promised. Only thing I wished for was cleaning during the stay. We stayed 11 days and the apartment should have been cleaned during the stay. No AC in bedroom. This didn't bother us, but the AC in the sitting room was very loud. Good stuff: Big apartment, big lanai, parking and two bathrooms.

This place is well located near to beach, restaurants and stores but it is extremely noise specially at night so it is impossible to sleep. The master bedroom has a terrible location, it has big window which goes in the access hall to all the apartments and the worse part is that the parking lot is located in front of this access hall, in other words, […] no way to rest at night due to all the noise make by people walking & talking in the hall besides the noise from vehicles arriving & leaving from the parking lot. The condominium its nice, the area is nice but we do not recommend this hotel. Les mer

Hada nice stay at Kamole Sands. Kitchen Faucet sout came off during stay but being a plumber i fix it myself. Bedroom is extrmeley warm and front room freezing. Everything else was fine. I would stay again. Mahalo!

The property is just across the well maintained Kamaole Park beach at Kihei. Beach is great with clear water and a small snorkelling spot with colorful fish swimming around. Excellent location to watch the sun set. The property has wide lawns and is very well manicured. The apartment units are individually owned and therefore are differently decorated. […] We rented 3 units and the living room and kitchen are generally well appointed and equipped. Les mer

As we had lived on Maui a decade ago, we remembered Kam Sands as looking nice but not in the upscale (read: EXPENSIVE) areas like Wailea. Kam Sands is at the southern end of Kihei which is the nicest part of that town. You are a 2-3 miles from restaurants and groceries but I think the quality and proximity to the nice beach makes up for it. Our unit […] was 5-401. It was on the top floor and on the end making it a quiet unit to stay in. The back balcony (or "lanai") overlooked the pool with a partial oceanview in the distance. The furnishings were a bit dated but very functional (beds were a bit hard but I guess that is the norm on vacation). We were pleased to find the little kitchen COMPLETELY stocked with utensils/cookware such that we could prepare adequate meals for the family (saving us money on our vacation). The loft featured the double bed. As it is an open area over the living room (where the couch folds into a bed), it meant that privacy can be a bit limited. The bedroom features two single beds which does not make for great romance for mom/dad and was enjoyed by the kids. There were some significant stains on the living room carpet where a previous guest must have dumped several drinks. After about 2 days I did not notice it anymore. The washer/dryer in the room was very nice to have. The closet on the lanai was stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards which was awesome for the kids. We contributed a cheap set of sand toys for whomever stays there next. All in all, we were pleased with Kam Sands and hope to stay there again. While Kam Sands is very nice - if you are into high-end luxury/swank, then this is not for you. But you must realize that you are not paying Maui prices for that either (see Kapalua or Wailea) so your expectations should be appropriate. Check-in/out was a snap and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice with tour info and a games area (ping-pong/foosball) . We didn't go there much as we preferred the beach. Les mer

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The condo was a little bit different than the pictures. We expected 1 queen and 2 rooms with single beds because we had 6 adults, but not all were couples. The private company was helpful and offered other arraingemnets a block away but we chose to make it work. The appliances were very outdated but everything […] worked fine. I think a few updates would be needed if I owened it and sublet it out year round. Please don't read this wrong I have no regrets and would go back in a heartbeat. Les mer

部屋の設備も内装も綺麗で何の不自由もなく快適に過ごせました。1人の滞在では勿体なかった感じです。また利用したいです。ユニットは#7-109でした。

家族で マウイに 滞在しました。 快適にすごしました。ビーチでのグッズも 揃っていて 子供の砂遊びの道具 パラソル ボードも 部屋に置いてあり 便利でした。が 難点は 最初の 手続きは 英語だけでした。 ので 言葉ができないと かなり つらいなと思いました わたしは 現地に 友人が いるので スムーズにできましたが 。家族で 家に いるかのごとく 快適でした。

Well, the place is really nice, you can enjoy your holidays. Really nice play, not too noisy, a little bit old school for the deco, but all was useful (full kitchen, 2 bathroom, living room with sofa and tables) A few step from the beach, really appreciated that ! Easy check-in but once I had the key, for any problem, I had to deal with another office...where?whom? […] ok call if you have questions. Great. Room service even if it was a condo....none. nada. Ok Check-out ? since it was prepared, leave the key and go ! I could come back if necessary Les mer

　キヘイに10日間滞在して、ビーチ・ショッピング・生活のすべてに対応出来ていて（レンタカーは必要ですが）楽しい旅行になりました。 　お部屋はガーデンビュースイートでしたが、４階で中庭越しに海も見渡せて最高でした。 　室内の造りは普通ですが広くて、インテリアも統一感があり問題無しです。 　唯一残念だったことは、用意されていたタオルはちょっと疲れた感じのものだったことです。 　次回マウイに来る時にも、また利用したいと思っています。
