Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre - Whistler

My family stayed for weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. My kid liked swimming pool and spa. I also liked the included breakfat. Parking was a bit expensive but it is worth it for staying. Overall, its a good family-friendly hotel.

Such a fabulous stay! Went there for relaxation and my boyfriend proposed <3. The hotel was wonderful. Amazing staff ~ upgraded us when we got there and helped us celebrate. We will be back for sure! Our room was clean, comfortable bed, and a beautiful balcony with a view!

Value for money with the everyday buffet breakfast and the après ski drink and snack . Wish it runs hot buffet breakfast all the time.

Very convenient location. Can store skis in sister property two minutes walk away and right next to slopes. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, young, and international. Free very extensive full breakfast buffet and free happy hour that saved us money and hassle. Room had Murphy bed and a fold out couch as well as a kitchen. We didn't need all that […] and weren't thrilled by the Murphy bed, but for a family or two couples on a budget it would have been a great. Decor too dark and manly for my taste, but had a nice gas fireplace. Hotel is right in Whistler Village with lots of restaurants and primarily sports related shopping close by. Les mer

Our accommodation in a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen and spacious lounge area was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. All the staff at the front desk/porters, breakfast/bar staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful and so made our stay very enjoyable.

Our room was upgraded from a studio to a beautiful one bedroom without asking. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and different every morning. The personel was also very attentive and pleasant.

We stayed here in August 2012 for two nights. One bedroom plus pullout bed in living room worked out great for our family of four. The buffet breakfast was one of the best anywhere. This hotel was our teenagers' favourite. Kitchen was fully equipped - in hindsight should have used it more! Had a boutique hotel feel. Really enjoyed the apres ski reception and breakfast buffets. Outdorr heated pool and hot tubs were great after a day on the slopes.

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and good inclusive buffet breakfast. We stayed in a spacious 2-bed suite for a family of four. Decor a little dull (brown, beige and more brown) but very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I was disappointed that the staff did not mention that there was a happy hour at the bar and we had no water pressure in our shower.

Stayed as a family in a 2 bed apartment style room. Fixtures & fittings were a modern high standard. Reception & breakfast staff were excellent. Very family friendly hotel (lollipops on the front desk!). Pool & hot tub well maintained. The only negative was the room cleaning on one day. Because there was no door sign to hang to indicate cleaning could […] be done they turned up when we had just returned from a morning out. Had a birthday stay at the Pan Pacific, staff was very helpful in getting us checked in early (as we had a full day of activities in Whistler booked that we had to arrive early AM for) and even left me a little chocolate treat for my bday in the room. Love this hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two kids. Very kids friendly as they provide crib, baby bathtub, etc. Suite is very roomy. Location is perfect. Great staff too! Will definitely stay in this hotel for our future visits!

When you organise ahead of time to have a room with a view you don't expect a room with a view (mainly) of roofs and the carpark. When I complained, there were no real options available so the receptionist (Megan) removed the extra fee I was going to pay for the "upgrade" so that was the only saving grace. The hotel was otherwise ok.

Upon check-in, our one bedroom was upgraded to a large two bedroom condo with an awesome view of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains. The staff was extermely pleasant and helpful. Located in the middle of Whister Village, the hotel is walking distance to everything. Had a nice balcony for enjoying the views. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at. It was clean, in a great location, even the pens were nice. It takes just minutes to get to the lifts . There are two supermarkets near and everything you'll need for cooking is supplied.

Very unimpressed. Without informing us, the front desk swiped our credit card blocking $300 of credit on our card. When I discovered this unauthorized use of our card, I requested they clear the block. They did so and restricted our stay by not allowing us room service, in room movies or even local calls. We complained to Pan Pacific management who […] seemed unwilling to acknowledge any wrongdoing by the unauthorized block they placed on our card. I would never stay there again. The front desk could not even answer a simple question whether the Olympic Opening Ceremonies were being broadcast at the Olympic Plaza. Les mer

Loved the cleanliness of this hotel! A bit disappointed with their small, odd-shaped swimming pool though. We couldn't go for a swim b/c there were about 10 people in the pool and that pretty much made it impossible to do more than 2 strokes in the water. Weight room was okay, but also a bit on the small size with only 3 machines. Also, their restaurant […] is only open for breakfast during the summer? They have this pretty large game room to sit and watch t.v. and play board games, but there's no waiter service for drinks and appetizers, b/c the restaurant doesn't operate past 11 a.m.? Located at the upper edge of Whistler, it was easy to park and still was close to all the attractions. Hotel was spotless, staff was friendly and attentive.

The weather was unseasonably cold, grey and rainy, so having a fireplace in the room was great plus the best part was that we got a free upgrade to a single bedroom suite so that was a very promising start to our stay. Nice Hotel, great central location 2 small issues 1) the balcony has an out jut that can clobber your head off if your not on your toes 2) No fan or window in the bathroom, bit strange..other than that we had very nice stay.

The Pan Pacific contributed to our fantastic time in Whistler. We got a free upgrade on arrival which we were extremely grateul and the quality of the studio was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Pan Pacific Whistler village to my friends.

Perfect location in Whistler Village. Wish the hotel had it's own bar and restaurant and the pool and gym could be better. Two bedroom room was really nice.
