Room was clean, good wifi, overall what you expect from a 3 star hotel. Bathroom was cheap...wallpaper was messed up and caulking a mess. The bedding was rough and offended my skin. Staff were friendly.

very comfortable room, clean and extremely well located. closed to shopping mall grocery store and restaurants. It was our second time staying at this hotel and will go back again next year. Excellent.

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Close to the venues we were interested in. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working.

Always quiet, clean and comfortable beds. We have stayed here before and would again. Located right off the freeway with easy access to airports and other amenities

we stayed here while attending a swim meet in the area. Chose this hotel because it had a pool. we couldn't use the pool because the water was freezing cold. the hot tub had been drained of water and was awaiting repair. it was "roped off" with yellow caution tape. The hotel was visible from the highway, easy to get to and the staff were very accommodating. I arrived late at night and within minutes I was checked-in. Check-out was a breeze in the morning. Easy to check in; warm cookies always a nice touch. Pool hours stated open til 11PM but was closed when we arrived at 10PM. Nice choice at breakfast.

Hotel was very nice. Only a couple of items, if fixed, would make it superb. The king sized mattress needs to be replaced as it bows in the middle. The breakfast on the weekend doesn't start until 7:00am. I had to be out of the hotel by7 7:15 so I could not order anything. Staff was wonderful, polite and courteous.

Bathroom rather tired looking. Sink stopper did not work. Fan apparently not working....mirror steamed up after shower.

Overall, our stay was very good I thought. Clean, neat rooms. Lots of space. For our purposes the hotel was perfectly located (within 1 km of venue). The staff were respectful and friendly. I was disappointed, however, that breakfast was not included in our stay.

Really enjoyed it. Bed was comfortable, Room was quiet. Loved breakfast. Only thing that was disappointing to me was the gardens. They were ok, but needed some TLC.Staff were awesome so overall great experience.

I did find it easy to get to, location was a little far out from the main area of Burlington. The room that I was first in faced the highway, and all I could hear is the trucks etc. When i asked to switch, they had 1 room left and put me in a better room - which them I couldn't hear the hwy. The hotel was great. Sleep number bed was nice along with micro, coffee maker, and fridge. The hotel set up a reservation for the Keg steakhouse nearby and the hotel threw in a complimentary shrimp coctail for our dinner. It was a nice touch and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very convenient to the QEW. Although it was in a business area it was close to a Cineplex Odeon and several restaurants for nice dining (we like Milestones).

We chose the hotel for convenience of our event. The rooms were clean, the furnishings were current, and the hotel itself was quiet. Our only complaints were; one person at the front desk was not courteous and friendly. The hotel did accomodate my mother for a check that was 1 1/2 hrs prior to the 3 pm check in. We were up since 2:30 a.m. However, our […] mother's room which was to be a non smoking room definately smelled of smoke. All the other non smoking rooms had a sign just outside the door designating "non smoking". Her's did not, yet the hotel reception persons insisted it was a non smoking room. Other than that the breakfast in the restaraunt was great and you could order a'la carte. A breaker in the hotel kept tripping darkening one side of our room. They however were on it immediately. So we except for the smoky room we rec'd attention immediately. All in all we did enjoy our stay and the traffic from the QEW Hwy 403 did not affect us at all. Les mer

My daughter and I really had a great stay. The pool was perfect for my daughter and her friends, they had a great time swimming. I will book with the Hilton Garden next time we visit Burlington. No complaints only smiles! ;0)

Hotel located in industrial park; had to drive over to the restaurants; not safe to walk with all that traffic. Breakfast - a disappointment -- not a lot of room to maneuvre and the eggs and bacon were cold. 2nd morning we drove to a restaurant. Cleanliness excellent; staff organized and polite. Do not plan to stay there again

The Hilton Garden Inn is a very comfortable Hotel. Spotlessly clean with everything you need when away from home. I would come back thats for sure!!!

We made a last minute booking to stay here because my brother lives close by and was throwing a party, so we didn't want to drive the 40 miles home on New Years Eve. We've stayed at hotels all over the world, and I was expecting just a place to crash, but honestly I was impressed by the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and pillows and buffet breakfast […] in the morning, ... and most pleasant of all was the happy, helpful and very friendly staff. I have no complaints about this hotel. It seemed quite new and was clean, quiet and convenient for our purposes.It had free wi-fi that was easy to access. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We chose this hotel for its very reasonable price and its proximity to the QEW highway. Aside from some big box stores/outlets, there is really nothing […] around the hotel. This was a great place to stay. We had excellent service, extremely comfortable beds and the breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great except my room faced the QEW highway and it was really loud. Kept me awake most of the night. Wish I would have brought ear plugs. Otherwise the room was spotless & staff was fantastic. Would definitely recommend as long as your room is at the other end of the hotel.

I enjoyed everything about my stay, after I got the reservation details cleared up. The booking through Expedia offered a hotel promotion of free breakfast, but that was not provided on the reservation when I checked in. I had to print out a copy of my hotel booking confirmation and show it to the desk before the promotion was honored. They did promptly […] provide the promo breakfast, but had I not had the printed confirmation, I was not going to be allowed. Nicely appointed room. Close to several shopping centers.
