Enkelt hotell men med perfekt beliggenhet, god størrelse på rommen, rent og pent. Ekstra pluss for den lille goldbamse-posen på sengene og svært hjelpsom og hyggelig personal

Rommet og frokosten meget bra. Resepsjonistene var for formelle og ikke imøtekommende.

Det meste er positivt med hotellet, bortsett fra sengene, eller madrassene - de var stenharde. Ellers er beliggenheten veldig bra i forhold til både jernbane og sentrum. Det var stille og rolig. Strøket og nabolaget var av den mer tvilsomme karakteren, men ikke noe som plaget oss på verken dagtid eller kveld.

Bra plassert hotell i Hamburg sentrum, nær togstasjonen. Men med en dårlig ansatt som vitterlig trakk ned de andres grei oppførsel. Sur sur sur!

Sentralt, fint, god standard, rent. Ligger ganske nært party strøk..så litt bråk på natten. Var der med samboer og en gutt på et år. Anbefaler hotellet til prisen.

Vi ble positivt overrrasket over alt ved dette hotellet. Vi skulle bare være et døgn i Hamburg, så vi valgte et billig alternativ. Hotellet var pent og rent, rommene helt passe med gode senger og fine, rene bad. Service fra ansatte bra og frokost var helt super, her manglet ingen ting. Et stort + for parkering i garasjen i kjelleren. Tok bare noen få […] minutter til jernbanestasjonen med tog og buss rett ved. Masse fine spisesteder i nærheten. Anbefaler absolutt hotellet til andre, uansett hvor lenge oppholdet varer. Les mer

var 2 netter på dette hotellet. fant fram med en gang. ligger midt i smørøyet, topp frokost. anbefales på det sterkeste. vi hadde med bil, betalte 24 euro for å stå trygt og overvåket i garasje! veldig betryggende. er du var for lyder bør du ta med deg sov i ro, kan være litt lytt på rommene. ellers var alt perfekt!

Veldig bra service, trivelig og sikker hotell. Renovert og rent. Garasje i kjelleren. Rett over sentral tog stasjonen, og noen få minutter gange fra shopping området og servedigheter. Litt tvilsom området med barer rundt hotellet, men ingen trussel om kveldene. Enkel men god frokost. Anbefalles på det varmeste.

Good location but there are some caveats:Small doubles are really for 1 person (or 2 very small people) and bed is uncomfortable. The area isn't the best, but convenient for the station and walking distance to the old town area.

Although quite clean this hotel offered no in room service you had to purchase coffee or tea from a machine in the lobby. The hotel had an odour of stale cigarettes the beds were hard and the pillows were flat and for a family room it was very small overall not very comfatable and you can also hear the odd train from time to time.

Sketchy neighborhood, but as an international traveler you must always remain aware of your surroundings. Very convenient to the Central Station for access to anywhere in the city and surrounding area!

If you want a hotel close to central station this is your place. Surrounding environment is a little dodgy but ok. The hotel was comfortable enough. The pillows are almost flat so not great and the rooms are not sound proofed (as advertised) But overall I would stay again here. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed here with our toddler for only one night, as we were passing through Hamburg on our way to the Baltic Sea. The hotel is conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) - but the neighbourhood is a little seedy at night. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself to be clean […] and in good condition. We checked in late and were up and out early the next morning - so our time in this hotel was pretty limited, but overall it was a nice experience and we would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quick place to rest their head while passing through Hamburg. This is a great little hotel close to the train station. The only reason I did not give it a 5 on room comfort is it is small. We stayed for two nights while traveling through Europe and had no problems with it.There is a lot to see and do close by and the train station is about a block and a half away.

Gets pretty loud at night. As there's no AC, we have to open the window to let cool air in... Good location.

Very good value for the cheap price. Rooms quite small but staff very friendly and helpful. Free wifi and great buffet breakfast included in tariff. Rooms noisy however, particularly from outside where strange happenings occur over the steet. This is a shame as the hotel is centrally located and staff are very professional. Older Hotel in great condition. Hotel staff was great. Secure area provided to store suitcases while out sightseeing. I wish this hotel was at a nicer neighborhood. Did not get ANY sleep from constant noise (shouting, breaking bottles, auto tires screeching, etc.) all night long. Closing the windows did not help much at all. Had a 4 night city break at this hotel. It was a good price. Clean, comfortable and central as near the main station. A good breakfast and the staff were efficient and helpful. A good place to stay.

The stay was pretty decent - my girlfriends and I stayed in a triple occupancy room. I'd say our major concerns would be: the third "single"/sofa bed was not stable because everyone someone moved, the bed would spring up... and also you are required to leave your room key at the front desk when you leave for the day. I've never stayed at a hotel that […] required you to leave your key at the reception if you have paid and reserved the room! When asked about why I had to leave the key they said "it's the rules" .... In terms of decor and fittings, the Hotel Eleazar Novum was a decent 3* hotel. The room was small, as others have pointed out in reviews, but it was clean and neat, as was the bathroom. It would have been nice if the room had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, but we coped without. Free wi-fi in the room and throughout the hotel was very […] useful. It was mildy annoying to have to hand in our room key every time we went out, and ask for it again when we came back. And reception staff couldn't really be described as welcoming or friendly. The main reason I woudn't recommend this hotel is the slightly dodgy area it is located in. We felt safe walking from the Hauptbahnhof to the hotel (about 50 metres), but we went out on our first night to find dinner and explore the area, and were a little perturbed by the number of casinos, sex shops, drunks or drug users and prostitutes about. I would not have felt at all safe if my husband wasn't with me. When he went out alone to the convenience store another evening, he was propositioned twice within 100 metres of the hotel. And on our last night we were frequently woken by pimps and prostitutes arguing and talking on their mobile phones in the street below. If the hotel was in a different area of Hamburg I think I would definitely say it was good value for money, but the area really spoilt it for us. Les mer

Hotel Eleazar Novum is a good place to stay if you are in hamburg for a short time. We were there for 2 days and the most important reason for booking here is its proximity to the main train/bus station as well as the city centre. Our room was small but I liked how the bathroom was large enough. The room was clean and the staff members were really nice--even […] allowing our luggage to be kept after check out since we didn't leave until the afternoon. As it is located near the main train station, you will be near the dodgy street of Steinstrasse but Bremer Reihe seemed safe enough. It was very nice to stay at the hotel, which was so good situated, clean and had nice breakfast included (it is important, cause not many Hamburg's hotels have it). There was no noise, neither from station or from neighbours. The only one problem: "strange" bars in the street: could be nice with something legal and nice :)

The train trip from the airport to the main station was very convenient and stress-free then it was only a short walk to the Eleazar Novum which was easy to find. The main shopping street runs from the station to the rathaus and main square. There is a supermaket upstairs at the station. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was fine […] but all the tv channels were German. Booked this hotel because it appeared to be close to the railway station and it was. Just behind the Europaischerhof. Its only three stars so expectations were not high but the bed was comfortable the bathroom had a bath, with a shower attachment which more or less worked and it was all big enough for a few days. Breakfast was included and was "okay" […] variety is the spice of life and there was none there but from the choice you could select something. Wifi was free and worked easily, but the "wellness" cost €8 per day on top so we never bothered. The car park is clearly not for a "fast" car so don't try. For normal cars no problem getting in and out but at €12 per night and given it is virtually on the railway station without a car is probably best. Overall great location and reasonable price but next time I will use the Hamburg tourism special offer. Les mer

The location is perfect. It takes just 2 minutes walk to Hamburg Hbf. The staff in this hotel is friendly and willing to help. The only problem is the size of room is small. But it is still a wise choice for planning to stay in the city of Hamburg for couples of days.

three star hotel near the central station, occasionally you will hear a train underground but not really a problem. If you go one block away you get to seedy areas as might be expected being so close to a large train station. At the right price/offer certainly worth it.

Hotel was located in a convenient location, close to the Hauptbahnhof. The room was clean, the general condition of the decor is decent. The breakfast was included - and offered a wide variety of fresh breakfast foods. Worth the price, would stay here again.

Excellent location right by the train station and bus station very easy to find the hotel. Just out of the way from the red light area so you don't get all the noise that brings. All hotel staff were fleunt in English which was a help as my German is not that good. very nice Buffet breakfast sets you up for the day. Wij waren er 1 nacht met vier personen. nette kamer en badkamer.Met name de locatie ten opzichte van het station is perfect. De andere kant op wordt de buurt wel minder, maar dat hoeft geen bezwaar te zijn.

駅から近いのがありがたい！あまりいいエリアでないということでしたが、特に怖い思いもせず問題ありませんでした。夜中に少しうるさいかなと思いましたが、眠れないほどではなかったです。

立地は中央駅から近く良いです。但し、トルコ人が多いエリアです。ホテルは、部屋の階等にもよると思いますが、私の部屋は、シャワーのお湯の出が非常に悪く、寒かったです。
