hotellet var bra, men skuffet over at vi ikke kunne se ut på den fine utsikten da vinduet satt så høgt at vi måtte stå på en stol for å se ut. litt trangt ved inngangen på rommet

Greit hotell nært Stockholm Universitet. McDonald ligger rett ved, og en bensinstasjon praktisk. MEN: internett koster 50,- for 8 timer => det er for dumt!!

"Helt greit"
Et greit og godt sted å bo. Rimelig pris, OK rom, godt renhold, hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Anbefales for den som vil bo rimelig og greit uten snobbeluksus!

flott hotell, men umulig å sove på grunn av støy hele natta fra spedisjon ved siden av. kansje bedre på rom som ligg på andre siden. litt dumt, for hotell og personal vart helt topp. (vi lå på rom 412)

Hotellet var meget bra tatt i betraktning prisen vi betalte for 3 netter. God mat og hyggelig betjening. Etter mange hotellnetter i løpet av året var dette et meget godt gjennomført hotell på sin spesielle måte. Litt usentralt beliggenhet, men med et svært godt utbygget buss og tognett rundt Stockholm, fungerte også dette veldig bra. Ved å ligge såpass […] nært en togterminal, hvor gods flyttes over på lastebiler eller omvendt, må en beregne en del støy, men dette virkere det som om det tatt høyde for med en ekstra god isolering. "Hotel New World- world of nothing"
In the middle of nowehere, next to large railroad and storage houses. For getting from a bus stop to the hotel one has to go through a area of storage houses, where only big trucks drive. No stores close by, which is a real downside as the food in the restaurant is horrible.Not to mention, that when you step out, there is nothing enjoyable. 2 old tables […] and chairs to have a cigarette and watch trucks going by on a highway or how they load frozen food in them. So as I was coming couple times to the hotel late, with the money I spent on the cab and transport it would have been more reasonable to stay much more central. Only really good part was the service. Front desk is super nice. My room was more or less ok, when you take in the consideration that is probably built early nineties and left like this. In the mini-bar I found a half finished bottle of vodka, that looked like it had been there for a while. Over all cleanness was otherwise totally ok. As the overall theme for the hotels is supposed to be chinese, you only understand it after you get to the restaurant. And are disappointed. Very disappointed. For the price that allows you to have a decent meal in Gamla Stan I got tasteless shrimps, with big chunks of veggies, like onion and red-bell pepper and zuccini, that were barely cooked and swimming in some kind of sauce that seemed to consist of water, buillon powder and some kind of thickening substance (either flour or cornflour) and had too much salt in it. Lunch was basically the same vegetables with boiled tasteless chicken and sticky noodles in a similar sauce. My stomach got quite upset after these meals! I was too busy working and had to eat at the restaurant, thought I had taken a safe choice that is not possible to mess up. And the food is not chinese, my chinese friends would be definitely insulted by this! Breakfast was kind of ok, but the consistent problem of using lowest quality food was clear there too. "Ta med ørepropper"
Rommene var helt ok, og frokosten bra, men støyen utenfra var veldig irriterende. Hotellet ligger i et industrområde med godstog og trailere som kjørte til langt på kveld og tidlig morgen. Ellers var det langt fra sentrum, med buss og t-bane, men med mye service-innstilte svensker vi møtte, gikk det greit å finne fram

"Helt kurant hotell til en allright pris"
Et helt greit hotell om man tar prisen i betraktning. Dog så bør man være forberedt på at beliggenheten er noe usentral, samt at det ligger rett ved veien. Er man det så tror jeg ikke man blir skuffet. Veldig bra frokost!
"Not even close to three stars"
The Hotel is located in an industrial area, trucks going in an out twentyfour hours a day. Some of the rooms don't have windows facing out to fresh air. They are facing into the restaurant of the hotel. How we know? Well we had to change to another one. Which the women in the reception did a great job to accommodate. "Close to the Stockholm Exhibition Centre"
I was very content with this hotel. Will definitely return. Good breakfast buffé and at least my room was really comfortable.

It is located in an industrial district, doesn't feel safe and the breakfast is cheap. The room is size is good.
"Good value hotel in the middle of nowhere"
The hotel itself was nice: the price was cheap yet the rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The only minus for the breakfast was that we had asked for a gluten-free breakfast beforehand, but we were told only in the morning that we should have sent a note to the kitchen on the evening before, so the first morning our […] friend with keliakia had a more simple breakfast than the rest of us. Luckily, the buffet is so varied we still found options. The location, tho, is in the middle of a truck depot - convenient if you come by car, sure, but if you're moving with the public transport like us, be prepared for 30-45min downtown. It's not bad if you only leave in the morning and come back in the evening, but it doesn't allow for visits to the hotel in the middle of the day. The walk to the closest bus stop with weekend and late night transportation is 700 meters, and the buses go every 10-15 minutes. Les mer

New world is i low quality hotel - but the real issue is the 'restaurant' which only has a very poor 'buffet' for dinner - the meat looks a few days old and so does the vegtables. My dinner was cola and chocolate.

"Hotel itself is good for those on a budget"
The location is not great for those who don't like taking public transport as you need to get a bus to Liljholmen and then take a metro into central station. However, with the travel card this is not a big deal, we certainly didn't mind for the price we paid and the hotel itself was very good. Lovely staff, very helpful, comfortable rooms. The bathroom […] was particularly nice, and breakfast was great. They had a really nice spread of cereal and hot food that was actually hot and rolls too. I even made a sandwitch for lunch from breakfast. I would reccomend this hotel for anyone on a budget, particularly young people who don't mind public transport. Les mer

It is a hotel which is inexpensive, but but pay by the way of travel time to the city. The romms were very warm and you can not open the windows due to traffic noise.
Slow Internet Connection. Bad location, only suitable if you have a car. You cannot use public transportation to get there.

I think everything about this hotel was good. The only problems were its relatively long distance to the public transportation system and a poor dinner menu with a medium meal quality.

Stockholm hotel rate is expensive, but this hotel is reasonable priced. But it is 15 min drive from city centre. Hotel does not have ant AC, and it is hot inside. I will choose a outside room and facing the noisy street with cool wind at night time. Breakfast, parking and internet are free.

I was a little taken aback initially when the taxi dropped me off at what seemed to be an industrial complex. But I soon found the hotel entrance and found the staff to be friendly and efficient and the overall standard of the hotel and rooms to be good. Free WIFI was available and there are simple meals available at the on site bar/restaurant. The […] one draw back is the location but this need not be a huge problem to the independent traveller. For the equivelant of about €3 I was able to find a tram about a quarter of an hours walk from the hotel and on the same ticket tranfer to the metro a few stops down which then took me directly to the central station a journey that can be completed well within an hour, however if you simply want some night life a bit nearer there are districts even closer that have bars, restaurants etc. Les mer

There is no air conditioning in the room whcih is extremely diffucilt to deal with. The receptionist did not want to change my room for the non sunny side of the hotel explaining that hotel was fully booked. Which is not true, I tried to check the availabily on the Internet and could book up to 8 rooms the same day! The only thina she offered is to […] have a tiny little fan. In order to connect is in my room I hade to move the furniture around becuase the is no electrical sockets visually available. The one I found was behind the refrigirator ( which was unplugged anyway). Te breakfast was beyond my expectaction, so poor and tasteless. Never again I will stay at this hotel. Les mer
"Great Hotel if you have a car"
The hotel itself is a real nice. it good even go for 4 stars. Great breakfast ans rooms. Only problem is we didnt have a car and the walk to the closest tram was about 15 min. there are other hotels that arent as nice but are right next to the metro. I would definetly chose this hotel if i had a car or wanted to pay the taxi.

Not good location. Challenge to find (always remember it is on 226 and you'll get there, otherwise you're lost!) Free breakfast (make/take a sandwich for lunch later to save money). Overall not a bad hotel for the price. Getting to and from secured parking area needs improvement.

I booked this hotel as it indicated that it was within 2.5 miles of the city centre, which is certainly was not. The picture suggested that it was on the water, again, it was not. Most importantly, the noise from the highway next to the hotel was so loud that I could not sleep.

se ritornerò alla fiera Vinordic sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo in questo hotel, è comodo per andarci a piedi anche se c'è il servizio navetta gratuito.
Nel compenso buono, ero li per una fiera alla Stockholm Massan a circa 2 km dall'hotel. Hotel non da vacanza, ma va bene per brevi soggiorni lavorativi...

Överraskad att hotellet var fräscht, bra frukost, rent och snyggt på rummen. Badrummen var slitet och sängarna var mycket hårda. Annars var det valuta för pengarna.

venlig og sød betjening i restaurannten. Gode middage.

Tyckte om portiern Christian som var mycket vederhäftig och tillmötesgående. Jag hade köpt en flaska vin, som det visade sig senare, jag inte behövde. Fick lämna tillbaks den med pengarna åter. Annars var allt i bästa ordning. Enda minuset var ett trist läge.
