Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Vi er meget fornøyde, men synes at hotellrommet var for lite. Vanskelig å få varme på rommet når det var vind og litt kaldt ute. Vi kunne også tenkt oss en liten minibar på rommet. Ellers er alt til å anbefale. Har vært på dette hotellet før, og kommer garantert til å reise tilbake dit. I hvertfall hvis det går an å få til noen av mine ønsker.

"Praktisk nær Terminal 1-3"
Stille mot utvendig støy, men dårlig isulert mot gang, Ble vekket flere ganger av sent annkommende gjester som pratet utenfor døren. (Stor glippe under døren.) Eller meget bra i forhold til prisen

Good location close to the airport - the #2 Hoppa bus runs every 15 mins and takes 10 minutes to get to the hotel. Exceptionally good staff at reception, and wonderful room overlooking one of the runways. No noise at all - excellent insulation on windows. Will return

Great location, although not that easy to find the main entrance by road. Only complaint was that the room we had was dated and very cold. We turned the AC up as far as we could, but the room just never warmed up.

I don't write reviews. Ever. But I have to with this place. I'll just recap the highlights. Quick, hassle-free check-in. Friendly, helpful staff - EVERYONE from the reception to concierge to convenience store to restaurant/bar. Immaculate room and bath. Quiet because of reminders in the halls to Shhh and sound-proof glass on windows. Comfortable bed […] with ample bedding and pillows. Cozy room with every amenity from trouser ironing thingy to 2 hairdryers to nice smelling toiletries. FABULOUS, safe gym with lots of real machines that actually worked. Good menu at restaurant. Convenient to airport with shuttle for 4 pounds that you can purchase a ticket for in the lobby at a vending machine. (I mistakenly took the receipt and left my actual ticket in the machine. When I went back to get it a few minutes later, someone at the concierge desk had rescued it for me.) Very reasonable rate compared to surrounding hotels - paid $159. Well-lit halls. It was great and such a nice relief after being on a plane forever and not knowing what to expect. Got a great night's sleep. Top notch in every respect. Les mer
"Easy access to airport, but a bit tired"
Our wardrobe door was hanging off, the reception staff didn't get back to me to answer a question despite saying they would and the shuttle to the terminal is £4.50 each. But, it is close to the terminal, the restaurant and bar are OK and the room is comfy enough. Fine for a night before a flight.

"Pleasant experience"
We were transiting London and stayed there for one night. Me, wife and my son had relaxing stay at the hotel. An upgrade offered to us was good value for money. Buffet breakfast and club lounge facility was good. We will definitely stay there when we are traveling through London next.
"rennaissance hotel at heathrow - older building"
This hotel is ideally located to Terminals 1-3. The hotel itself is an older building. Although the entrance reception, bar restaurant and public areas were impressive, the corridors / entrance to your room was plain and unattractive. The room itself was very compact, especially the Bathroom.

We chose this hotel to be near term 1 for our UA flight back to LAX only to find that they don not have a free shuttle. And though we paid extra for an upgrade that included breakfast when we woke in the morning we had no lights! -pitch dark out. it took 3 calls and 2 fuses to fix it. We showered and dressed in the dark and had to maneuver around the […] repair man. We missed breakfast and almost our paid shuttle as it took the front desk agent 20 minutes to process a refund for the upgrade!! Les mer
A nice hotel. Clean and close.. Took the hoopa bus over was 9 pounds and took taxi back to airport for 10 for 2 people..Hotel was perfect for a quick one nighter and early flight..Check in pleasant and efficient...we're in our 70's and would stay there again....Willy

We stayed at this hotel a year ago and all my husband could talk about was the incredible breakfast buffet. This year the buffet was just as we remembered--delicious foods, giant selection, and beautiful presentation!

We needed a place out by the airport and had stayed here before so decided to stay again. Last time the hotel was under constructon but this time it was complete and I must say the Lobby area is very nice. I also like the Starbucks attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was good about this hotel, but we stayed there only for the reason that on their website is says "0.3 miles" from airport. This is true as far as physical location is concerned (next to the runway). But GUESS WHAT IT IS ACTUALLY 8 MILE DRIVE TO THE TERMINALS AND TAKES 20 MINUTES WHEN THERE ISNO TRAFFIC. "Excellent service"
The service at this hotel was wonderful. The quality of rooms is fine. I would stay any time. The only thing I would comment on is getting from the hotel to terminal 4 is not easy. It would be helpful and no doubt create repeat business for the hotel if clear written instructions were designed for guests as to how to locate the specific check in areas […] of their airline at the various terminals; and a map made available to guests leaving the hotel to catch international flights. "Cancelled Flight"
I stayed in this hotel after my airline canceled my flight and offered to put me up in a flea bag hotel. I booked in this hotel knowing it would be OK and it was. Nice dinner buffet. Slow elevators and a few hassles with the bill, but otherwise quite nice. I would definitely stay there again if stuck at LHR.

check in was terrible, riooms not ready and service slow. Crowded, noist lobby and poor conditon of lobby. Rooms were "non-smoking" yet smelled of tobacco. Rooms small and noisy. also, first time I have stayed at an airport hotel and had to pay for shuttles to hotel and back-usually provided as a service and especially disappointing as a Marriott Rewards […] member. All in all, this hotel is clean and comfortable (very, very small quarters). The hotel restaurant is nice, but the dinner buffet was quite expensive and there aren't many options for dining outside the hotel (save a McDonalds and a small pub down the road).

Service was good. Rooms were fine, if a little old, but the corridors all smelled smoky, even in the non-smoking section. Maid service showed up at 9 am demanding to clean the room.

The Hotel was nice for an airport hotel. Problem was the hotel staff told us that the best way for multiple people(two or more) to get from the airport to the hotel was by taxi. Well that short ride cost us 20 pounds to go less than two miles. Second the subway is essentially not reachable by foot. You need to go back to the airport to catch it. I just returned from a trip to Europe with my husband and daughter. On our trip out, we opted to stay the night at the Rennaissance Heathrow following a day flight from Canada and catch our connection to Nice after a good night's sleep. Here are our impressions: The Good: The hotel is very close to Heathrow. Unless you're travelling alone, a taxi is […] less expensive and much faster than the bus service. We were able to have a decent dinner at 10pm in the bar and the food was better than expected for London. The beds were relatively comfortable, but again, if you're accustomed to the high quality beds in North America that have become the norm in business hotels, you might be disappointed. The Bad: The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when sorting out a discrepancy in our booking. There is no doubt the hotel is in a great spot for catching your early morning flight, but the hotel itself is dark and tired looking. The rooms are small and could do with a complete refurb, the bathroom was grubby and the hotel sheets were reminded me of those a hospital would use. I would definitley not stay there again.

The hotel met our airport needs very well. The room had all the necessary facilities for a traveler and the beds were clean and comfortable and nicely aplpointed. We would definitely stay at the Renaissancae again.
