Every year I look for a hotel room near my moms for New Years eve. This hotel while a bit dated is fairly clean with comfortable beds and hot clean showers and bathrooms. It's a great deal since my mom does not have enough room at her house.

I found this Hotel to be ok. the location is not that great. Nothing really to do except resturants and walking trails. Overall nice family get away with "NO" distractions.

Needed a clean place to spend the night. Knights Inn is certainly not an upscale vacation spot but it was just what I needed for an overnight stay. Extremely easy to find, pleasant staff, clean room.

good, clean, right over bourne bridge so easy to find. drawback is since most action is mid-cape and beyond long drive every where you want to go. we were there in october and it took an hour to go from hotel to dennis, so don't know how long it would take in season. but that is not hotels fault as stated it served its purpose.

I booked three rooms at this hotel for myself and employees and was not too concerned about luxury because we were going to be working nearby all day and only there to sleep. My room at this hotel was disgusting! the towels were visibly dirty and one of my employees awoke to find a cockroach running past the toilet. yuck. we stayed the second night […] at the Quality Inn right across the street. The hotel is easy to find, is close to a shop and diner. Teh staff were disinterested, the room smelt musty, the breakfast was poor, the room was spacious and the shower was hot..

I had to call from my cellphone to get someone to the front desk!! Where the hell were they? I found a bedbug, I immediately called the desk again and was offered another room but demanded my funds back and left. I will NEVER stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised to see how large the room was. Besides the two double beds, there was a sitting area; table and chairs, as well as a very welcoming kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave oven.

Staff were very helpfull, Suite was quiet and pleasant.

We stayed for two nights to participate in our sons rehersal dinner & wedding in Falmouth, 15 miles to the south. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was in a clean and well maintained room. It was on a par with similar acceptable complimentary breakfasts. We were actually closer to the N Falmouth church than people who stayed […] in 3 times more expensive places in Falmouth. The location was great for exploring Bourne and other little coastal towns. It was also great to be within a few minutes walk of the bike/jogging path that goes along the CC canal. Not fancy but well located and perfect for our needs. Les mer

Of our trip, this was more expensive than Marriott Courtyard in other areas. It had roaches, peeling paint, chipped up doors. The breakfast was one of the simplest as well. Nice people though.....

I was surprised by the very average quality of the hotel. It was comfortable enough but felt, from the property description, that it would be better. I was just looking for a place for a quick stay and left very early in the morning so it did not matter that much. I just did not think that it was a very good value.

This is an older motel that is currently undergoing some cosmetic renovation. There were only six cars in parking lot that night so I know that few people are staying there. The room was dirty and dirty linens from the previous occupant had been left in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty I didn't want to remove my shoes. The room smelled VERY BAD. […] The mattress and box springs were stained with what appeared to be years of urine stains (I always check for signs of bed bugs). This is a small town area and it has no major hotel chains so you don't know what you are getting and there is little to choose from. I can't believe the cost considering the state of this motel. We would have left immediately if we could have found anything else in the area available on such short notice. Believe me, I'm not a picky person but this motel doesn't even meet any sort of minimum standard. Les mer

After I read the other reviews, I was skeptical. It looks like a large part of the hotel is under renovation currently. The hotel was a little rough around the edges, but you can tell they try really hard. There was a decent comp breakfast, a microfridge and microwave in the fridge, and HBO and wifi. Everyone was friendly. All things I didn't expect […] for the price compared to the other places listed on the Cape (a good sixty dollars cheaper than the next listed option). One of the table legs was damaged, there's some paint around the borders of the room, etc - those are the rough edges. Totally acceptable for us for the rates. The beds were comfortable, the maids cleaned well, and it was easy to hop on any of the highways to explore the Cape. I would recommend it and would stay there again. Les mer

My family enjoyed staying at your hotel. Everything was exactly what it appeared on line. The hotel staff was friendly. It was a perfect location for us. We prefer the lower Cape. So this was nice and easy to get to. Could not hear the traffic from the rotary.

Booked last minute for an overnight just before a race located right nearby. Low rate made it possible; knew it wouldn't be plush based on rate, chain reputation and other reviews. It was sparse and mostly clean, save one glaring omission. The toilet wasn't clean when we arrived - Yuck. It was impossible to get cold water out of the bathroom faucet […] or that of the efficiency kitchen. Though the bed was clean, the blankets felt like they had been washed and starched a thousand times. The sheets were clearly for a smaller-sized bed, leaving the mattress and box-spring exposed. For the less than nine hours I needed the room it sufficed, but if you are looking for a place to vacation, look elsewhere. Les mer
