LM dubai ligger like ved flyplassen, men det støyer mer fra mosken enn fra flyplassen.., 2 etg hotell med 4 bassengområder, ca 18 restauranter i en grønn oase. Restaurantene er i alle prisklasser og du får ikke mer for pengene ved å spise andre steder. Gjester fra de omliggende hoteller kommer faktisk her for å spise bla da samtlige restauranter kan […] tilby utendørsrestaurant.Betjeningen er fantastisk hjelpsomme og kunnskapsrike. Hotellet hadde god service og vennlig betjening. Gode restauranter med meget god mat. Greie priser. Club Loungen var også meget bra. Her var servicen på topp. Et herlig opphold.

The service of the staff at this hotel is excellent. I only had a few issues. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I got a regular room - the room was spacious and really nice. This time I sprung for a suite - it wasn't any nicer than the first room I had! The other issue I had was that there were a whole lot of working women of […] the night. I don't like seeing them. I know that they're an integral part of the GDP of Dubai, but I'd rather not see them. Check-in took a little too long, but besides that, it was a good stay.

Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. We upgraded to the Royal Club and were treated to a free airport transfer, buffet breakfast, afternoon tea/scones/cakes and hot canapés with free drinks during happy hour. The staff in the Royal Club Lounge and private patio couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable and entertained. The wider hotel […] amenities are also first class - including the village with a great selection of restaurants and night-life. Overall we were very impressed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the whole establishment. Finally, the hotel location near the airport seems a bit strange at first. It's worth noting that the hotel is only a 10 minute walk to the metro station at Terminal 1. Alternatively taxis in Dubai are very cheap, so getting around is not a problem. This isn't the place to stay if you want to lounge on the beach all day, but it isn't short of sunshine and is better value for money than most of the beachfront locations. Les mer

My recommendation if you are in transit, airport transfer only takes Minutes, since the location is right opposite the terminal. Good and clean rooms. Even though it is close to the airport, there is almost no noise from the planes. Nice pool and bars for relaxation

Happy hour was ok, but there were no snacks available except nuts and the hors' doevres were exceptionally small; 2 very tiny feta cheese spring rolls on one night and none at all available on the second night. Simply not worth the extra cost.

The beds are extremly comfortable. Their Room service is outstandingly profesionel, but the best is the Fitness Gym ! They have state-of-the-art Nautilus machines and plenty of free weights and cardio options. The drive to Dubai airport T3 is ~5 min

Hotel is right next to the airport without feeling like part of the airport. So, very convenient location. Hotel is beautiful and clean with great facilities on site (food, drinks, pool, fitness, etc.). Survey forced me to rate the surrounding neighborhood. Example, I am a single healthy male, I travel with one small rolling bag. I don't need porters following me around trying to take my bag away from me. Friendly staff overall. Restaurants with the exception of breakfast slightly disappointing. 5 Star breakfast bakeries!! This was the highlight of our stay. Room and particularly the bath room is 3 Star at best, The dimensions are to small and quality of the plumbing is poor. Very friendly staff and hospitality!

This is a great place to stay in Dubai close to the airport. We stayed for about 17 hours for a stopover and were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Since it was Rammadan going on, only room service was available, but that was just fine with us. The hotel is a short 3-5 min taxi from the airport. The check in was fast and easy. The room was clean, […] cozy and comfortable. A nice view of the pool. Room service was very nice and quick with a great selection of foods. Check out was quick, easy. Getting back to the airport was even quicker... Overall, better to stay here than the Emirates Terminal 3 hotel in my opinion. Les mer

GREAT HOTEL WITH NICE STAFF AND LOVELY ROOMS

Le Meriden Dubai is my hotel of choice whilst travelling through Dubai having stayed well over 25 nights in the last 18 months or so. Whilst situated away from the main attractions 'downtown', it's convienent location in Garhoud, 2 mintues from terminal 1 and outstanding choice of restaurants, bars and probably the best equipped gym and social area […] in the middle east, make it perfect for the business traveller. Recommend booking the Royal Club room which provides chauffeur driven limo from/to airport, recently refurbished rooms, soft drinks and afternoon snacks/sandwiches and free alcohol and canapes from 1800-2100 which can result in substantial savings on dubai drink prices. Fantastic breakfast is also provided in the morning. Whilst recommending the hotel, and the superbly friendly staff, for business travellers, the place is surprisingly full with viistors to Dubai enjoying the several swimming pools and extensive gardens. Would recommend Dubliners Irish Bar in Le Merdien Village for a reasonably priced pint, cracking english style food and sky sports playing Premier League football on huge screen. Les mer

I have stayed here 3 times now and can not fault it in anyway - use hotels.com to crack a great rate and then enjoy, its a no-brainer. Also use the hotels restaurants and sign up for the gourmet card - it saves you money!!!!

What a great place to stay, and only minutes from the airport. WAfter I left my toiletry kit by mistake, they sent it to by FedEx, at no charge!

Le Meridien is a fine hotel across from the airport, with great amenities and delicious restaurants. It is a bit far from the busy areas of the city and despite being across the road from the airport, it is strangely not as convenient as one would think and you still need to take a cab. Nevertheless, the service was excellent, food was delicious and […] this is a very good choice if you are transiting through, but for longer stays, there maybe other places that have bigger rooms and are less expensive. Absolutely fantastic hotel. Service excellent, lots of different restaurants. Choice of pools and wonderful fitness centre. No need to leave the resort and only minutes from the airport. Unable to find a single fault.

I have stayed at the Le Meridien Dubai for several years and have never had a bad experience. Staff are extremelely helpful and polite and very customer orientated - nothing is too much of a problem. I highly recomend this hotel for business and short vacation breaks Fantastic I will be returning

Just had a quick weekend break at Le Meridien, this is the 4th time I've stayed there in the last 12 months, and to be honest there's no reason why I'd want to stay anywhere else ona quick stop in Dubai. I stayed in the Royal Club, the staff are all very polite and helpfull, the 3 hour happy hour is worth its weight in gold (if you like the odd drink […] or 2). The one down side that I had this time was my room location as this was the upper level and facing towards an area currently being developed, but there was no excessive noise and it really wasn't any great hassle. The Meridien offers a wide variety of restaurants and bars, all of which are good quality, meaning you never have to leave the complex as everything is there for you. Very convenient location for business in central - very good fitness centre.. Extra good thing is that the hotel is used very much by the airlines which means lots of fun in the bar in the evening and lots of beauty at the pool in the daytime.

Close proximity to the airport and a reasonable rate made this an easy choice. The amenities were very nice as well.

If you're looking for a clean, quality hotel near the airport you should consider a stay here. Do not take a taxi. Before you go outside of the airport there are a row of hotel kiosks and the Le Meridien personnel will shuttle you free of charge to the hotel which literally takes 2 minutes! My flight was at 5 am. I had asked for a 2:30 am wake up call. I received the wake up call after I called in at 3 am to ask for someone to pick up my bags. If I had not set my own personal alarm, I would have missed my flight.

Nice memory about honeymoon

This was a very nice hotel and good location for the one night I required for a transit through Dubai. Would not recommend if you are staying longer and want to go to the Souks as it is out of the way.

Great hotel, good staff, great swimming pool and one of the great Japanese restaurants anywhere. I've stayed here 10+ times and am always pleased.

Superlatives can't really do this place justice. The service was very attentive and though my stay only amounted to approximately ten hours, it was time well spent.

I am a passing traveler and I needed a nice comfortable room and a warm atmosphere. This place was a gem. Short distance to the airport, a friendly and courteous staff, great condition of the room - I couldn't ask for more at such a reasonable price. Definite recommendation.

We liked the atttude of the staff, the comfortable beds, the fact that although airconditioned not all the windows were sealed, and the garden settings of the pools. Yes, we thoroughly recommend it

This grand hotel is starting to show her age. The staff is wonderful. The food is grand, but the Hotel is showing its age. The pool area had tiles around the pool that were missing, that could be dangerous to children or anyone not seeing them. The rooms are also starting to show there age. we stay here regularly and as ever we were treated as if we were special. this is unusual in big hotels, but staff go out their way to make you feel welcome. the work on ref urb has been demonstrated with the new club pool and warehouse bar. excellent hotel in excellent location

From the moment the hotel limousine picked me up at the airport, to the final checkout, every detail was perfect. The room was immaculate, the drinks in the hotel lobby bar were ice cold, and the staff couldn't have been nicer.

This is the best place to stay in Dubai. The location is right. The staff was great- very helpfull. The food was outstanding and wow! The small village near the Hotel has plenty to see, and do. I have found my hotel in Dubai. Thanks for everything.

This hotel is literally a 2 minute cab ride from the airport - think it was like 25 of the local currency (the name of which I can't remember), 20 of which was an airport fee. Very easy and convenient, comfortable and quiet, like others have said.

The staff as always was wonderful. The pool side jacuzzi was closed waiting for parts. The pool area and some of the rooms are showing their age. But, the staff and amenities more than make up for any short comings in the facilities.

The hotel and rooms are beautifully done. The service from the staff is superb. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the airport, though not so convenient for other locations in Dubai. The only real downside is the very expensive price of Internet access from rooms.
