This was my familys 4th time to stay at this hotel. Each time we've stayed here things have gone without a hitch.The desk person has always been friendly and professional. The room has always been clean and had a fresh smell. The wi-fi has always worked, though it has been a little slow at times.The walls and floors seem to be very well insulated making […] for very quiet rooms. It was hard to find-- way off road the breakfast was too late for us- we needed to leave earlier so had to go pay for it somewhere else. The bed was comfy, the room ok- not the cleaniest around. Needs remodeling. The location is great once you find the hotel.

The location of this hotel is good, but signage is sorely lacking, making it **VERY** difficult to find. If you find the Discount Tire location on TX Avenue, you're there! Otherwise, you'll be driving up and down TX Avenue looking for it for a while. The hotel itself is set back a ways from the street. Our family checked in to the hotel after midnight. Evening clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. We will stay here again when in the area.

Room was spacious for a family of 5. Room did not have a 2nd TV which would have been nice for the kids. Breakfast was just average - cereal, waffles, sausage, yogurt, muffins.

There was ants and dead crickets all over the floor under the hide-a-bed. When we pulled it out, the carpet was littered with bugs! It would have been nice to have ice and pop machines on the third floor. We had to go down to 2nd floor any time we needed anything.

Very quiet room, comfortable beds. Staff accommodating to any requests. There was a slight odor in the room, but this was probably from the carpet/air conditioning being on and off in our Texas humidity. Breakfast selection was great for kids as well. Will be back :)

This hotel, centrally located, was unbelievably quiet on a football weekend. The staff was amazing and helpful with all of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable and the meeting place for our group due to size and location. This will be my overnight destination now.

The hotel was very conveniently located and had all the services and amenities I needed. Desk staff was helpful in identifying a taxi service to get me to and from my medical appointment. I would stay there again for the next overnight required by the next round of oral surgery.

Staff was more than accommodating with our needs to store items for a wedding the next day -- Steven at the ftont desk was so friendly and helpful!

They might think about improving signage on front entrance, hard to see from street/ Texas Ave. Also give desk clerks a little more prep on area sights, nightlife and directions. But my GPS saved me...... no complaints, they were very friendly.

We stayed here both times we came up to the campus. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly. We will continue to stay here on our returning visits! Thank you!

Overnight trip to view A&M campus. Hotel staff was nice. Toilet was dirty but beds and rest look clean. Hotel hard to find. Sign on road would be helpful. Would stay again

We were visiting our family for Easter. They allowed us to check out late with no extra charge so that we could change and collect our items after church. We didn't have to worry about dragging our things in and out of the car.

This hotel is located very well for me. The rooms overall are in good shape. I think the hotel could be updated in the hallways and elevator. They are a bit below average on the "modern" look.

My biggest concern was the location and lighting of the hotel. It is off the street behind a Discount Tire store, it was difficult to find and had little outside lighting.

When I walked in I was greeted immediately-extremely friendly staff. My room and the hotel itself were very clean. The breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Our rooms were very large. We had two queen beds and a pull-out couch so plenty of room for us and two teenagers. The free breakfast had a lot of options and newspapers were provided. The hotel is located on Texas Avenue near restaurants and shopping. My only small complaints were that the bed was softer than I liked and the room seemed to always be […] hot. We were there in the winter but turning on the A/C seemed to counter the heat issue. The staff were helpful and nice. Les mer

I was pleasantly surprised with the Comfort Inn. I had never seen it before as it is tucked from view off the main road. It was clean, quiet, well kept with every amenity I expect at the other places we routinely stay at. The room was clean and the refrigerator and microwave were readily accessible. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. […] The whole entry was clean with a welcoming appearance. The breakfast buffet was actually quite nice. I would definitiely go here again. We visit the area several times a year with no problems, but this was an exceptionally busy sports weekend at A&M. Our usual motel overbooked and failed to notify us until 3 days prior to our arrival, needless to say we will not stay there again. Comfort Suits not only accommodated us but did so with a much bigger suit, and at the same price we were […] to pay for a standard double queen. Though it’s not a new property it seems well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. We will definitely be back. Les mer

It was close to Aggieland and was ok. You could hear street traffic all night. The was no closet or hook to hang your cloths up. The TV was very old and the picture was not good. The sofa looked really old, I didn't sit on it. The desk and desk chair were great for studying. Curtains let outside light in.

The front desk staff was very helpful and happy. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever selpt on--the sheets are exquisite.

All employees were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and nice. If I need to stay in CS again, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Staff was friendly, Room was clean but plain. Beds very comfortable, Free breakfeast needs some work, hot foods were not good. Would stay again for the price but when they say free cooked to order breakfast then that is what you expect, not a self service area.
