"Great Hotel Great Price !"
Clean , Cheap , Hot-Tub , Indoor Pool , Staff very friendly & Helpful ! cant' think of any reason not to stay there > If you have to be in Knoxville that is ... I personally will never go back to Knoxville again !!! But if I had to I would definetly recommend This Hotel !!!

It was a nice hotel. I appreciated the little frig,microwave and coffee.Also, there were enough towels. I would like to see some Splenda for the coffee.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, but pull out sofa for extra person was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but had few low fat choices, for example no fat free or low fat milk,yogurt, etc. Hotel was not as close to the University as expected.

We enjoyed the large twin bed room, it was clean and in a good location. The breakfast however needs improvement. Service was good and we had a quick response on one request

Visit Knoxville on a regular basis. Will stay at the Best Western from now on. Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient to downtown and UT. No complaints at all.

"great hotel with very nice room"
I was very pleased with the hotel. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. In fact I was surprised by the design and amenities in the room. It had a separate seating area and two sinks for multiple users to get ready in the morning. Very thoughtful. Kudos to the designers. I will definately stay here again.

Booked thru Hotels.com and got a great price for a very comfortable bed and reasonable continental breakfast. Very easy access also, and a pleasant staff.

5-10 minutes from downtown good value clean friendly only issue is the pool hot tub and workout areas are very small.

Exteremely comfortable bed, lots of space, micro, fridge, large bathroon and they treated our dog very well.

Price was the best part of this stay. Rooms were nice and big but chair, couch and carpet were quite dirty and worn. The first room that we were given the door lock would not work sowe had to request a different room.

"Everything was great except..."
My wife and I checked in late on a friday. The lady who checked us in, an elderly lady (Mrs. E???)) was probablely the most plesent greeter I've ever met. The room was great, compfortable bet, etc. Housekeeping was great. The only thing BAD was breakfast. It was supposed to be served until 10. We arrived ~9:30 to find (maybe) 6 or 7 pc. sausage a waffle […] maker, and cereal. When questioned about the food, the answer was "after a certain time they don't let me cook anymore" We were not the last ones to arrive expecting breakfast. I went back in the kitchen area and complained. Finally, she brought out some biscuits. BTW she wasn't exactly thrilled about having to do it. To summarize, everything was great as long as you are willing to hit MacD for b'fast Les mer

Due to bad weather we were unable to make it to our hotel. We asked if someone could help us find another hotel in an area where we were stranded, but they could not help us. We were very disappointed and did find another hotel at another chain on our own.

I was not expecting my room/suite to be as nice as it was considering the relatively low cost. I thought the room was a bargain, and it apparently had been renovated so that everything was clean and looked quite nice even though the hotel may not be brand new. It was very comfortable. The staff members were all very friendly, efficient & helpful. Comfortable beds. Layout of the rooms excellent. Nice to have microwave, refrigerator, conveniently located outlets, living room area, & plenty of space to put things.

We were there several weeks and had two water problems from the rooms above. Both were taken care of with satisfaction. One time they moved us to another room and the second was resolved before we returned for the evening. We had stayed here many times and will again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The desk staff was a bit frazzled because the hotel was completely booked, but they handled the craziness well. The room was large and clean. This hotel is convenient to the interstate. It also has a grocery store across the street and a couple of sit down type restaurants adjacent to the property.

Walls and ceiling had paint peeling in both my and my coworker's room. My room had food/beverage stains on the wall. Room also had previous wall patching/repairs that were done by someone lacking the proper skills. Left early for a better hotel.

"Very clean nice floor plan"
Very clean hotel with nice floor plan. Mattress wasn't as comfy as some of the other hotels we have stayed in. Plumbing fixtures were very contemporary. Our room was across from the elevator and it was very quiet. Hotel is near a busy intersection with a wide variety of restaurants. Best Western staff from entering the doors to the check-in desk and arriving to the room. We very satisfy with every moment we spent there. Also, the breakfast / room very satisfactory.

The room was very nice and there wasn't any of those "bedbugs" that many other motels have had. The sheets were clean, the hotel was quiet and the staff were very nice.

"Best Western Suites - Knoxville -courteous staff,"
This hotel staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a package shipped to the hotel well before my stay and the staff held for me. The room was large - separate sitting area with a small refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
