It was ok for one night, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more than that. They advertise continental breakfast, but they only served cold cereal, bananas and waffles. This is not a place I will go back to.

Decent continental breakfast, well worth $ spent
They gave us a king bed instead of queen, no extra. Small breakfast room. Plastic TV case clattered every time walking by it. Otherwise, nice stay.

Toilet did not flush. Free Wi-fi did not work. Staff was courteous.
Overall had a good stay, was taking a test that was located only blocks from this hotel. It is a good, cheap place to stay. Don't expect anything fancy. Overall, the room was clean, breakfast was okay, and the price was cheap. I would stay here again.

"Good night sleep in Salem Oregon"
This hotel is quiet and clean. It is not beautiful or brand new but it is comfortable. We called to get extra towels one night, and the front desk never snswered

Overall this hotel is dated and not well maintained. The rooms were filthy. I even found a prescription pill of lithium on the floor! I will never stay there again!

The hotel was clean and for the price decent. It's not an expensive hotel but for the money I can't complain. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I felt comfortable and safe. My daughter and I where two women alone so I was a bit concerned about staying at any hotel. They put us close to the office which made me feel very comfortable. When […] you are staying at a hotel and have a tight budget and the hotel is much less expensive you have concerns about the quality of the hotel and the area. Many of my concerns where calmed when we got there so we where able to attend a family members funeral without added stress. Thanks hotel.com for making our short stay affordable and comfortable. "not a good choice"
after three nights i started itching real bad, found out that the other person with me also had bite on their body, this place has a bedbug problem, won't stay there again, not even for free
It isn't somewher I'd stay if I were on vacation with family but for work it was worth what I paid.

The hotel is ok for travelers staying for visit and vacation. Don't expect anything fancy but it has all the basics you need. Location is very good, close to downtown and freeway in and out.

King-sized beds were good quality and comfortable. Location was convenient near Willamette University. Night was quiet so we slept well. Complementary breakfast was adequate but nothing fancy. There was not much else to report. Would have appreciated a microwave in the room. Television had only Direct-TV, which some might find nice, but we found frustrating […] to use. Was O.K. for the price. Carpet needed cleaned and maintenance was not very good quality workmanship.
Happy with the area. Our room was clean and comfortable and the price was right. Only the treadmill worked in the fitness area and the breakfast was pretty high carbs, but overall everything was must fine.

Hotel staff very nice. Room clean. Everything else average - bed, bathroom. "Fitness room" below average & equipment in need of repair. Too many people smoking @ all the entrances to hotel, since hotel itself was non-smoking.

"Nice but small"
This was a very nice room, comfortable and clean-well maintained, but sooo small. Would not recommend one queen bed for two people- fine for one, but room too small for two. Nice place though.

"Quick Choice"
Room ok...not great. Not refrigerator or microwave in room. Continental breakfast was bread items for toast or ceral and bananas. Not great. Nice to have coffe in room, however, it was on a table in room with not plug to operate. Had to put on bathroom counter to brew. Not enough room. Managers were very pleasant and helpful.

"Good Value"
Stayed for one night while in town for a funeral. Hotel was inexpensive. I was surprised that the hotel was actually clean and comfortable for the amount I paid. Breakfast was included which made the stay an even better value. I'd definitely stay again if it was for just a night or two.

The room was large and had the amenities I want, such as mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer. It is older though, so it's showing some wear. The carpet badly needed shampooing, and the bed linens were pretty dingy from much use - perhaps some bleach in the wash would help, or hotter water and better detergent. The inside halls were a maze with no signage […] and I kept getting lost and never found any ice, vending machines or the office from inside. Great price, so I'd say I got my money's worth. Les mer

We booked three rooms for a high school conference. The value was great, the front desk very helpful and I'm glad we stayed there. I wish my room had had a refridgerator, the other two rooms did.

Room was big and clean. However there was one available electric socket and it was located in the bathroom. Overall a good hotel, just not very "electronic friendly"

"Bring you air freshner!"
The smell at this motel was very unpleasant. Not just in the room and shower, but the entire place. The bed and pillows were very hard. I was scheduled to stay two nights, but after not being able to sleep the first night I decided to drive home. I would not stay here again.
Musty smell from carpets and moldy smell in shower.
The room was clean and it suited our needs just fine.

"A good bargain"
Howard Johnson on Mission was very convenient to reach. We had an event at Salem Golf Club and it was quite near. The breakfast the next morning offered hot and cold foods and was quite adequate. The staff were very courteous.
