Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

Super Nice place to stay! I asked them for a pool view, they gave us Room#112-1st floor,in Building #1,it was important to us because, we want to keep an eye on my older son , when he’s in the pool he’s only 11yr old ,that was so nice of them, I was surprised of how clean and roomy it was, it had a brand new 40in LCD Sony wide screen TV, and blu ray […] player, full size kitchen, with brand new Whirlpool appliances/refrigerator,microwave, dishwasher, stove, the bedroom had two double beds nicely made up with fresh clean sheets, a large LG 37in wide screen TV on the Wall, the night stand had a ILUV Clock radio with iphone/iPod docking, it was very quiet and I slept good the whole time I was there, the maid kept our room clean every day, the pools were crystal clear, the Jacuzzi tub, was good to, The Free breakfast buffet was really good, the property seemed well maintained and clean, also they have a nice exercise room, loved the massage chair, not to mention they also have a Gazebo with a gas Grill, Sports Court, send box for the kids to play, and a game room, Laundry facilities, and plenty of free parking, in room Free internet/wifi, Absolutely love this place! I will positively come back next year, Thanks for reading my review. "Good for the price"
The hotel was a good choice for the price. It is centraly located to the theme parks. Employees could be a little more polite, however very honest. Lost my cell phone and the staff returned it to the front counter. Thank you!!

Tub was clogged, we found hair all over the floor, exhaust fan did not work , over all it was terrible . Paid for a king size bed and ended up having two double beds :( The only good thing was that the breakfast was free at the hotel, other than that did not have a good stay.

this hotel seems to be falling apart. There were a bunch of holes in the ceiling with blue painter's tape cover them. The cabinet door was falling off. The furniture had holes in it. Also with the name 'The Palms', one thinks they are at the Palms, but this place was more like a low end chain. "Needs To Be Cleaned/ in Kississimmee"
The hotel needs to be overhauled and cleaned! When you are afraid to sleep on the bed, wear you shoes when going to the bathroom and afraid of sitting on chairs. That about sums it up.

The hotel was ok for the price, however the lock on the door of the hotel were not very secure. You have slam the door hard to make sure it is locked. Our window was by Interstate and you heard cars all night didn't rest good. Only good thing was It had free hotel parking and free shuttle to Disney which was a great saving. "Kinda what was expected.."
Room wasn't too bad, was pretty clean, but nothing to get to excited about.. We didn't use any of the amenities, so can't say anything about them..
"Reasonable, inexpensive accommodations"
Spacious unit, with a kitchen and a few plates, cups, etc. The beds were a little uncomfortable, and the first night there was a really lumpy pillow. It's the first time I've ever stayed in a motel type place that charged for parking, or a room that didn't provide hangers for clothes until I requested them. The rooms had been retrofitted with sprinklers, […] leaving ugly holes on the ceilings around the supply pipes. But this is better than no sprinklers. Even though the price was good, specially considering the complementary breakfast and the convenience of having a kitchen in addition to the great location, I don't think we would stay again at this hotel. 2 problems: A roach in sink and the shuttle service is terrible everything else acceptable.

The hotel is as it is presented and indeed marked as 3 stars. The staff are great and helpful. if you are there for the Disney venture for a good price, then this is the hotel you should pick. With a good planning the transport to all Disney worlds and downtown is convenient. The breakfast could be improved though.
"Bad Experience"
This is a dated establishment, with inadequate lighting in the rooms, extremely poor sound-proofing, and generally "down at the heels". It was a depressing experience, and the sad breakfast just iced that depressing cake!

"was not sure they were open"
If you need a Cheap Suite with kitchenette then this may work, don’t rely on public transportation, in the middle of nowhere, and facility is need of repair. Not a Dive, Not dangerous, just nothing exciting - owners need to invest some TLC to clean up loose ends

Our resorts provides scheduled transportation to and from Walt Disney World eight times per day, and one round trip to Sea World and Universal Studios once a day. We are located just a short walk (.6 of a mile) through the beautifully landscaped Parkway neighborhood to the local bus stop. In less than a mile and a half from the resort, you'll find an abundance of restaurants, fast food restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and other shopping locations for you convenance. I am sorry of you found this short distance to be too far for your needs, and our Disney transportation inadequate. Our guests are encouraged to contact any member of our staff, or hotel management during your stay should you need assistance of any kind. The Palms Hotel & Villas has housekeeping team members on site from 7AM to 11PM daily so even late evening requests can be handled. "Simple Place to Stay"
Not a 5 star but still a nice visit. When checking in our room was changed by the clerk who noticed our room faced the interstate. When he saw they had open rooms that faced the grounds versus the interstate he moved us without us even asking. This was a nice start to our stay. We will come here again.

"The Palms Hotels and Villas Kissimee, Fl"
The pictures are not reflective of the current condition of the hotel. We were not impressed with the breakfast, or the condition of the room. One day they didn't make our room up at all. While it is close to the parks, there are other hotels close by that looked better maintained.
Falsly advertised. Was told by "hotel" (not hotels.com) they offer everything a regular hotel offers. Not true at all. When we called for room service we were offered menus to places ex. fast food that would deliver to the room. Room was by expressway where you heard nothing but traffic all night. I would not reccommend this place to my worst enemy. […] Was told if we wanted to leave we would still have to pay anyway . When we Inquired where we could get some water I was directed to a vending machine by their little pool that charged $2.25 for a 20oz. They do not offer what "hotels" offer and your best off staying somewhere else! 3 stars is a joke, I would give them 1/2 star if that and I am being nice. The pull out couch broke so no one could sleep on it and the king size bed were actually two full size beds :( People at hotel didnt seem to care about anything or anyone. "Palms Hotel - Good for what you pay"
A colleague of mine and I stayed at this hotel for a trade show that was held at the Gaylord Palms nearby. The location was very convenient, the front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel seems to be showing its age with worn and torn carpets, and some of the cabinet doors in the […] kitchen area were coming off its hinges. The key card to my room did not work half the time, although I think it had more to do with the key card mechanism in the door than the card itself. I didn't take advantage of the wireless internet, but my colleague did and said that it was extremely slow. The continental breakfast was okay but some healthier additions (fresh fruit and yogurt) would have been nice. Overall, this is a decent option for what you pay, but I would not recommend it to business travelers. This hotel is more suitable for those on vacation, especially those with children who want to stay close to the Disney property and other attractions. Les mer

"Bad choice"
There were bugs in the room! The furniture was old and the decor was awful! Bed was hard was afraid to sleep in the bed because there was a bug in it!

The Hotel is conveniently located and in the middle of everywhere you want to be in Orlando. The Hotel is clean and the staff is very respectful, and the surroundings are beautiful. The continental breakfast is lacking, the word continental should not be used there. But overall it was a fantastic Hotel.

"Great Hotel"
This hotel was excellent went with family and got more than I expected. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast other than that the hotel was perfect. The room was clean and the kitchen came in handy for those late night hunger pains.

"Disappointed"
I am very disappointed with my recent stay at The Palms Villas. This is my 3rd stay and it was clear the management at the hotel has changed. During the entire stay, the hotel was power washing the sidewalks which also included in front of your hotel room one day. We had to wait until the worker got a call on his cell phone to escape the room. It seemed […] a bit rude. At least 2 days at the pool, we had to listen to the generators and the power washers. Hoping that paint wasn't splattered on us. The breakfast has gone down hill. If you spend 7 days in a hotel for vacation, you expect a bit of variety in the "deluxe" breakfast that is advertised. The maid service when you got it was good but don't expect any before 4:30 pm. Sadly when I checked out, I was hoping the staff would ask how my hotel stay was...but I guess they didn't care. The pictures on the hotel web-site only show the pool, game room and lobby. Well it looks like they spent all their money on updating the lobby because the rooms are outdated, carpets dirty and the doors, bathroom door and front door look like someone tried to break in. I read the reviews and should have gone with my gut and paid extra to stay on Disney […] property like we always do and paid alittle more. I wouldn't even give my grandkids a bath that night because everything wasn't clean. If you don't mind dirty and outdated then by all means stay at this hotel if not I would not recommend it. Les mer
