Hadde en natt på reise til Boston og valgte et litt bedre hotel for oppholdet i området. Dette var et meget flott 4 stjerners hotell som føltes som 5. Fra det at vi kom til hotellet i taxi så fikk vi den flotte behandlingen. Luksusfølelse hele tiden med super proff og hyggelig personell på arbeid. Fikk god hjelp med bykart, tips og råd, veksling av penger og bagasjehjelp inn og ut. Stort flott rom med superflott bad og kjempegod seng. Vi burte ha vart her flere dager men kommer sikkert tilbake for litt mer "luksus" i hverdagen.

Dette er ett veldig bra hotel, store fine rom. Beliggenhet Cambridge, men nær Boston sentrum, ca 5-6 minutter med T-bane/buss til The North Station, Boston. Det tar ca 2-3 mninutter å gå fra hotellet til T-banen/Buss. Det eneste å sette fingeren på er frokosten, som nok blir i enkleste laget. Alt er bra, men bor du der i en ukes tid skulle man ønske seg noe bede variasjoner,. Det ligger noen skikkelig bra supermarkeder i nærheten, ca 2 minutters gange fra hotellet, åpent til midnatt, her får du tak i det meste.

"Boston bargain"
While not cheap, this is an affordable FOR BOSTON option if you want a higher-end facility. No restaurant for dinner, but room service came very quickly from a local Italian eatery and the food was very nice. Some chain restaurants are a short walk away in a giant shopping center (where there's also various big box stores in case you need necessities). Convenient with respect to getting to and from UMASS Boston. Excellent service and well maintained facilities. Good internet connection and free local calls were convenient amenities. Only sorry that I could not get Marriott Points because I booked through hotels.com
"Good location for the Convention Center"
Comfortable, clean hotel close to Andrew station. Staff was always courteous and helpful... They always went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The shuttle once came and picked a group of us up from the convention center at 1am one night, for free. Airport shuttle is $5/person, and took less than 15 minutes to get us to the airport. This hotel is within walking distance of some great shopping and dining. The hotel itself was clean and friendly. Although they do not have room service, if your looking for food or places that deliver, the front desk will gladly help you with finding local restaurant that delivers.

Room was a little dusty but clean. A short walk from the T station was convenient and the roads were well lit. It was quite safe walking alone to the hotel at night. Convenient shuttle service to the convention center was a bonus.

the hotel is very much accessiable. For out of town travellers it will help quiet a bit if there are signs on the highway Telling the hotel is one mile away, 1/2 mile away keep in the right lane. It will help, because the traffic is fast and changing the lanes is hazadous. Free parking is good. Reeption and keys to the room is swift and coutious. So […] is the check out. Breakfast room is convenient and worth the pricegetting dinner at late hours is a problem, because does not serve dinner, but they will orderit for you and tell you when it is deleivered. "A Good Deal"
This hotel was a nice stay at a great price. The staff was very nice and gladly brought anything we needed up to our room within minutes of calling. You do sacrifice a few things for the price though. You are not within walking distance of the town so you either need to drive and pay a sometimes ridiculous amount of money to park in a garage or you […] can take the "T" which I believe is the local train into town (not sure on ticket prices). Regardless, that did not bother me. I at least had options to get into the city if I needed. The neighborhood on the other side of the hotel located behind the shopping center was VERY SKETCHY. We went to visit Boston College and and the GPS took us through some really rough areas within walking distance of the hotels. I must say I had no issues and the hotel seems to be fenced off from the area well. One of the biggest perks for us was that parking was free at this hotel. Many hotels we looked into charged a daily fee to park on top of what you are paying per night. This hotel does not do that. Overall we had a great stay and it is a hotel I would stay at again in the future. Les mer

Recommended stay if you're in the South Boston area. The staff were very friendly, the room and the hotel itself was gorgeous, very easy access to Andrews red line T Station and easily accessible from the highway

Very nice hotel with very friendly empoyees. The only problem I had was trying to get to it, growing up in the area but being away for some time made it a little tuff to get to but once there everything was very nice.

Very nice hotel!! The front desk was very helpful and accommodating and even allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. They were very helpful with directions as well. My room was very clean and comforting as well as the rest of the hotel. Will most certainly stay there again when I return to Boston! "Standard Courtyard"
Recently stayed here for a girls weekend in the city and conference. I was amazed at the prices in the city so this was a nicer option (more than I would normally pay for a courtyard marriott but way better than $300+/night in the city). Everything was as pictured, was updated and clean. Only improvement in the room could have been a mirror outside […] the bathroom but the shower was great! Front desk staff were not overly friendly but polite. Had our breakfast not come included with the room price I would not have paid the $12+ per person that is normally charged. It was a simple breakfast that most hotels offer for free. Others have mentioned about not feeling safe while walking to the T; we walked several times and had no problems. The hotel can be a bit tricky to find when driving however. Located just behind a large shopping complex with an Olive Garden, Panera, Applebees, and grocery store which was convenient. Be sure to ask for a room on an upper floor that faces the city/shopping complex for the best view! Les mer

"Hotel Marriott close to downtown Boston"
The staff were very friendly, and the service was good. We were visiting the sights Boston had to offer, and this hotel was situated just mins away which was just right when traveling kids. The best part, there was no charge for parking. We would stay again when visiting Boston.

"poor signage"
Great hotel and staff, but very bad signage. Almost impossible to identify from the bad approach. We had to pull up and go to the lobby before knowing we were at the correct place.
The staff could have been alittle more explicit with disseminating information, eg shuttle service information was not clear, until after asking questions. There was no continental breakfast, for the price paid. There was a problem with the sink in the bathroom.Front desk staff left the phone to ring when call was coming from outside. Our view was much to be desired because we just looked out onto the round air vents or whatever they were on the roof of the hotel. It was close to the subway and made it easy to get to other places in the city. It would have been better for us to have the opportunity to have a continental style breakfast @ the hotel and in that way save us time in […] the morning looking for a place to have breakfast before we got started site seeing in the city. We just wanted something small to eat to get us going. All things taken into consideration we would stay there again only if we didn't have young children with us. Les mer
"Good hotel for the money"
We stayed for 3 nights during April vacation. The location of the hotel was a little out of the way, but a short (5-7 min) walk to the T, so ok other than having to drag our luggage on the walk when getting there and leaving. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, other than the fact that we found a shirt under the chair in the corner […] when we checked in. Kinda weird, but everything else seemed clean. The heater/air conditioner leaked at night, so there was a wet place in the carpet by the window. The pool is very small, but if you have young children, it is enough for them to be able to jump in and get wet. Overall not bad for the money though. Les mer

The room was nice but it had the smell of tobacco smoke when I entered the room. It was suppose to be non-smoking and I didn't see any evidence of tobacco products. the sink wouldn't hold water. I was impressed by the room. It was spacious and clean. A little disappointed that I had to agree to terms in order to use the internet. "Enjoyable Stay - Easy Access"
We checked in early with no hassle and found our room very clean and comfortable. We used the shuttle service to the airport by purchasing two shuttle tickets. No additional or "hidden charges".

Very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds were SOOO comfortable, I couldn't get over it. Close to the subway so easy access to everywhere in Boston. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and modern. The lobby area was large and comfortable. It was great for visitng with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel had a lot of guests our stay was peaceful and quiet. The hotel was not well marked and we found it difficult to locate.

The staff were helpful and friendly during my stay. One thing that was not so impressive was the breakdown of the lifts for the whole 3 days of my stay, luckily I was at the 2nd level, don't know how the other guests might feel staying upstairs. The Courtyard Marriot south is a great hotel . close to Boston and the MBTA red line . It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Andrew square station. The hotel provides a shuttle to Andrew sq. every 30 minutes. It took us 8 minutes to get fron downtown crossing to andrew sq. and 7 minutes to walk to the hotel. There is a shopping center behind the hotel. not […] someplace that you want to be after dark. I have never been to a Bed Bath and Beyond that had a police officer standing outside. most of the stores had an office at or near their door. Les mer

Airport shuttle did not stop for me, drink machines ate my money, maid service did not come until very late in the afternoon. BUT, the front desk staff was great, apologized, and even offered me free drinks.
