Was reasonably satisfied with Disney All Stars Hotel, compared to the prices of the more upscale hotels. The rooms were just right for a couple days stay, the pools were very nice too. The food court had ample offerings for most tastes. Since I was with traveling family from out of state, we were able to get adjoining rooms, a definite plus! My husband and I loved our stay! The staff was very nice and helped us celebrate our anniversary. We had a King bed room that was very comfortable and quiet even though it was in front of the Duck Pond. We did have a problem with the shower knob not sticking where it was set and the water getting hot very quick. We love staying on site at Disney. Kids love the themed pools. We love the ease of the Disney buses to get around.

We decided to try out a Disney Resort this year. The All Stars Movies Resort was not a bad resort at all. The prices for the stay was great if you wanted to have more spending cash for food, fun and drinks or if your on a budget. The Resort: There was daily lawn or area maintenence to keep the areas clean. Food was okay but, got old after several days […] of having the same choices. They offer collector mugs that you buy to have free refills throughout your stay (it can pay for itself after 1 day). Daily activities everyday if you take a break from the parks. Buses were pretty frequent to all parks. On-site store, playground, gameroom and great customer service throughout resort. Magic hours made it a blast everyday... just had to get up early hit the parks at 8 am and back in your room around 1pm for a rest before heading back for night events. The Room (Love Bug Section): Was a basic room with two double beds since there was 4 of us. Nice flat panel tv, nice updated furniture in our room. Great housekeeping staff. We brought a cooler since they charge for a fridge which is half the size of a normal small fridge. Internet is pricey no matter which hotel/resort charges for it, so, just upgraded cell phone data plan (which is cheaper than 3 days) and used it for internet. Beds were okay but, yes the pillows are puffy uncomfortable.. I read another review and brought a couple of our own and it really made the difference. We will most likely stay here again when we do our annual Disney trip. Les mer

The location was excellent as were the transportation services to all disney attractions. the food court was very reasonably priced and food was fine. We stayed at the movie one and found it was older looking then the others and our room was far from pool/food. We walked over to the music one which was awesome. If you type in the exact location onto your GPS it will send you to TEAM DISNEY which looks like an office building. We called to see if maybe hotels,com had the wrong physical address but that was not the case. This has been a problem for years was the response from two different employees of the all-star resort. The staff at All-Star Movies were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces offering help. I watched as one of the staff actually chased my husband down to give a balloon and stickers to my little girl. The hotel is super close to all of the parks. We drove to the parks even […] though there is transportation provided (we just didn't want to have to wait on a bus at the end of the day). My daughter was amazed by the Toy Story section of the hotel and wanted to see it every day. There were daily activities for guests and a Disney movie playing by the pool every night. My only complaint would be that the linens on the bed were terrible. Very scratchy. Maybe bring your own comforter or blankets if you have room. In the end we ended up ditching the comforters at night and then slept very comfortably. Overall we were very pleased with our visit . This is the perfect place for your Disney vacation if you have young children. We'll definitely come back. Les mer

We only took this room because or granddaughter was @ same hotel to visit Disney from out-of-state. Room was sparce on any extras(soap, shampoo,etc.). Was Dirty under bed, cabnets and bathroom. The worst part wes the Total Lack of a wi-fi hot spot ANYWERE in the hotel and all of Disney. Sure they had High-Speed internet connection in room, but was Expensive, […] as was ANY EXTERAS @ Disney. fun place to stay for families and teens. Buses run to parks but are very full at the end of the park closing. Meal hall is convenient and buying one cup for unlimited drinks is convenient, but it is very busy and crowded at mealtime and easily becomes no place to sit and eat. Lots and lots of noise, kids, and action which is fun but not a good choice […] if you like quiet. Nice place to take photos, the hotel scenery is beautiful and clever and very entertaining. Huge Disney statues everywhere. The grounds are very well kept and clean and wheelchair or stroller friendly. The rooms are tight. Not much space for stroller or wheelchair but not impossible. The decor is clever. Television lineup had a lot of Disney channels, Spanish, and Asian channels it seemed. Rom has iron, hair dryer, small safe that fits iPad or DVD player and other things. You take the key with you but will cost$35 if you lose it. We forgot to lock our safe but all of our valuables were still there when we returned. There was plenty of towels, cups, soap, shampoo and conditioner in one bottle. Mild soap was good. There are several playgrounds around which are good for young children. There was lots of parking at all times. You must show I'd or room key to drive in gate. There is a McDonald's within a short drive but it is several miles to the nearest burger king and other places to eat in nearby Kissimmee. Also there is a Walmart, target, when odds and other stores within driving but mostly without a car you are limited to the parks and downtown Disney. Les mer

Amazing hotel, you feel like you're in a Disney Park all the time. The bus service was amazing you will save tons on parking by taking the bus to go to the parks each day. We loved it, is super economic considering is Disney and super close to all the parks, not to mention how beautiful the hotel is! Hotel staff was courteous, helpful, nice. Pick up at airport was smooth. Hotel took care of check-in and printed our boarding passes making the return flight hassle-free. Really awesome gift shop! Okay place to crash. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but was clean. The cafeteria food is expensive (and terrible!) with not much healthy fare, nor food to accomodate […] a vegetarian. Totally worth the money you pay! We really wanted to be in the Buzz lightyear building, as for my son request. Beside that, I heard the Toy story buildings are newly remodeled. We were very happy with the room, the furniture did look new and the room was comfortable enough to fit us all, 2 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The only thing I didn't like is that […] the pillows were not comfortable at all! We felt that each one of the stuff members were trying to do his best to help us out and they did a great job in it. You totally don't have to stay in a luxury hotel, anyway most people spend their time in the parks and not in the hotel itself. The food has gone down hill at this resort but there is a ton of other places to eat. It's showing it's age compared to Disney's Pop Century Resort - Classic Years. Which is the same price. We stayed there for the 2nd 1/2 of our stay. With that said it's great deal for a clean hotel room with all perks of staying on property.

Go ahead and spend the extra money to be at Disney, especially if you are attending Disney parks. Excellent service, great "resort" feel, and reasonable food/drink prices. Rooms were clean and neat. Transportation from the hotel is quick and efficient. Just don't try to use your GPS trying to find the hotel!!!!

Location was good + Disney complimentary services like transportation to the parks and back as well as airport and back. Those were the main reasons why i chose this hotel. Room was ok, not great but manageable for me and my wife.. Room smelt a little damp but no major issues as such..

We did not spend much time in or around the hotel other than good night rest after exhausting walk everyday. So, we can't really comment on the hotel. But, the shuttle busses definitely make the commute to and from Disney parks and downtown a lot easier.

This hotel is nice and convenient! Great for families on a budget and want to be on property!

Despite the room being slightly small (we had 2 double beds in the room), it was clean, we always had enough linens (they were dropped in a bag on our door the second day because we put out the privacy sign), and had alot of things the kids enjoyed. We were in the Toy Story section, and my 4.5 and 2 year old loved that Woody and Buzz were only steps […] away. The playground is nice as well, and the pool appeared well maintained, though we were at the Disney parks too much that we didn't use them. Overall, I would stay here again, though I would probably ask for a slightly larger room. Les mer

We were given one of the newly refurbished rooms in the Toy Story building. Although there was some work going on in the surrounding area it really didnt cause any issues. Despite being a value hotel in the Disney area you dont miss out on any of the Disney service and magic. If you’re going to Disney, there is no need for a car after you walk into your room. There is bus that comes every 15 mins to take you to the parks and to downtown Disney. Magic Kingdom comes more often than the other parks, but it’s the main park what do you expect! There is a cafeteria located that is open till at least 1am. There are two pools that […] are open till 12 am. Then I have never had cleaning service that did what they did for out room. I was traveling with 5 females, and we brought a blow up mattress for one person to sleep on. They made up on blow up mattress, moved the bed to make room for it, and then just cleaned to room to a tee! Placed all of our bags on the hooks, our lotions in size order, put all our tooth brushed in a cup wrapped in a towel, hung up our clothes that was on the floor and left way more towels we needed. I’ve never had room service do that for me! It really did make the stay really feel magical. It really did make the stay really feel magical. My kids loved the theme it is a great place to stay with kids. The huge draw back is the small beds to small for two adults to sleep in. We loved the pool and the food court was very convenient. We stayed in the Toy Story wing so our room was not to far way from everything.

The resort was great for the kids, pool, movies at 8:30 everyday by the poolside, staff was friendly but beds were small and room space was small too.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night, but for the half a day i was there it seemed good. The hotel had a decent dining area, a few pools and cool Disney statues to look at like a 30 foot tall buzz lightyear. Some people at the front desk didnt speak the best English so that was a bit annoying, and my room had 2 twin beds instead of 1 queen, which […] wasn't too big of a deal. The rooms seemed clean so that was nice, but they smelt like a hospital kind of so an air freshener might be necessary if your picky. Its a great hotel to stay if you have kids, they will enjoy all the disney characters throughout the different sections of the hotel the only bad thing I noticed is that they need more personell to attend the check in and out customers there was a delay for me to get my room because my children had not been listed on the reservation and that caused […] for the line to get extremely long I saw alot of upset faces in the line and it took maybe like 20 minutes before any of the employees to apologize for the delay other than that everything else was great Les mer

We liked to stay in this hotel. The room was nice and clean the same the restaurant. Our only dislike was the Disney Transportation service (buses) . They do not have enough buses for all the people that stay at this hotel and the time to wait is really long.Also the bus stop is uncover so in summer is really "terrible" to wait with children for almost […] an hour to get it. The hotel is OK for a Disney vacation with your family. The kids loved the hotel theme and the transportation to and from the theme parks was good feature. However, the rooms looked outdated. The furniture looked old and low quality and the TV was small. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying with kids because the will love it.

Although the exterior was fun, the rooms themselves were not as clean as I would have liked. Since we spent very little time in the room, I would definitely stay there again.

Overall is good. But the hotel is not providing information of Disney world, eg. extra hours on theme parks, what is the stuttle schedule, what kind of facilities on sites etc. We have to call for everything. For the MES, I tried to check in, the lady just told me she could not do it without giving the reason.

I was very disappointed.8
