Everything was fine. The hotel was a fine base of operations for me. I was visiting a relative, but I also had free time to do things alone. Easy on and off to major roads. Everything I needed was close. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was really nice, and it was not expensive.

The room was very clean . Everyone working there was supper friendly . The cleaning lady's are very sweet and happy to help you if needed . I will stay there again . Great beds ! I'm buying one just like there's :")

Terrible- we had to check out that very night- very, very dirty conditions, unsavory guests, very unsafe.

Surprized by the cleanliness of the rooms and of the hotel. Very comfortable beds. The only compaint is about the sink and bath tub: they were clogged. But as they say, one cannot have it all!

To begin with I must say that the staff was exceptional, they seemed to take great pride in ownership. When we arrived there was free chips and nachos and potato soup in a crock pot, and the host was very welcoming. The room was small, but adequate, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. My bedside lamp did not work, but the water pressure was good, […] and the heater worked well. However, in the evening around midnite there was a large, noisy argument which found it way out into the hallway, and when we peeked out it involved a lady and 2 naked men. Then at 2:30 the fire alarm began to sound, and in the time it took me to find my robe it stopped, however once woken it was difficult to go back to sleep due to the deafening noise of the traffic, that did not stop all night long!. We were going to stay another night, but we checked out the next morning instead, they were very sympathetic- said the fire alarm was activated by a broken ballast. The morning breakfast would have been adequate, but it was all carbs, it was presented with pride and care though. So, overall a fine place, just a bad night, if you can stand the traffic noise I would give it a try. The beds were exceptional. Les mer

Enjoyed the stay. Very clean room. Continental Brkfast was above average. Staff very friendly. Excellent value for the money.

Easy, clean place with comfy beds and very friendly staff. Very nice breakfast, nice parking garage area. My only suggestion would be to have a public computer with Internet access. I will stay here again for sure.

For the most part this hotel is similar to others of the same price range. The bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities that one would expect. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. I would recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Location to baseball fields (we were there for a tournament) was convenient. Beds were comfortable, and it's apparent they are making improvements. The granite countertops on the vanity were nice, and the live bamboo in a vase added a pleasant touch. The lobby area where the breakfast was served was quite small, but the front desk staff was super nice […] and accomodating. Unfortunately, the "adult" stores on either side lent a seedy feel to the neighborhood, and our comforters were in need of replacement (cigarrete burn holes - in a non-smoking hotel?) Hopefully, the mgmt. continues w/their improvements, and the staff continues with their helpful and positive ways! Les mer

Older building but well maintained, Bed cover did have a smoker's burn, sheets were clean and upgrated, bed was very comfortable, carpet looked new and was clean, cleaner than most up scale lodging I have stayed, staff was clean and friendly, Added Bonus Breakfast Bar in the morning and Soup Bar un the evening, 2 meals in the price of the room GREAT […] VALUE Les mer

Smell if cigarette smoke in hallway was overwhelming, and heard kids screaming all night and running up and down the halls

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When we made our reservations, we noted that we were bringing our dog. When we checked in, they had not noticed that we were bringing our pet and they were out of pet friendly rooms. They still accommodated us and our dog and made sure that we were not put out at […] all. They offer breakfast every morning and it was nice to wake up to. Les mer

Proximity to the Clackamas Town Center was our main priority and it was. the Adult Store next door was a bit concerning but it was no bother. Fred Meyer is nearby as well as is a gas station and an Elmers. It was extremely convenient. Room itself wasnt terrible either.

ASide from some mysterious "pounding" from an adjacent room at around 9pm, a good sleep.......amenities (Shampoo, etc.) were exceptional, as were the breakfast offerings= Would stay again.

There was a lot of street noise in the room so it was difficult to sleep. We tried to use the fan on the heating unit to drown out the noise, but the fan was too squeaky to sleep through as well. It was a good thing we had our Brookstone Sound Machine with us generate white noise to cover up most of the road noise.

Was with a bunch of girlfriends for a shopping weekend. The guy at check-in couldn't have been nicer. We didn't spend much time in the rooms but for what we needed, it fit the bill.

I was very pleased with our stay and the service we received. I have a toddler so i wanted a room on the bottom floor, the gentleman said the only room they had available on the bottom floor the lock to get in was broken and would have to personally let us into our room each time, which was fine with me. But the following day a different front desk […] person a woman, it almost ed seemed like a inconvenience for her to let us in when needed. There was a few body hairs in the tub and on the sheets but other than that it was great!!! Would stay again.. Les mer

Easy to get to and lots of good places to eat you can walk to. Front desk people were very nice and friendly. Room was clean and beds are VERY comfortable. A bit noisey, lots of traffic going by but I just turned on fan only and it was just fine. Will stay again :)

Rooms on front are facing the freeway off ramp. The television has insufficient power to drown out the motorcycles and semi-trucks using their " jake brakes" on the off ramp. This goes on all night, without a break. Rooms on back are much better.

Friendly staff. Rooms have everything needed: fridge, micro, coffee. Breakfast was good. The bonus though was that they have the most comfortable mattress & pillows of any motel we've ever stayed at.

Between the covered parking garage, the niceness and helpfulness of the staff, the great breakfast, and the good quality of the rooms, AND the great pricing, this is probably the best value in this area of Portland. We had a room streetside, and there was a lot of loud traffic noise at all times, but I am not bothered much by that so it was ok.

Hotel has more breakfast choice. It has elevator and pool. Close to bus stop. Washroom has moldy smell. Lumpy blankets.

people wre smoking in non-smoking rooms, bathroom was dirty and had mold, breakfast was disappointing, location next to adult boutique.

A clean, friendly place to stay. The free breakfast was fine, and they kept up with things that ran out. It was quiet and had several options for food around the area.

It was okay but the hotel could have had a bigger space for the continental breakfast, better selection of food, and needed an air freshner as the room smelled stale.
