The hotel was in renovation when we arrived, not sure who is the one to blame for the lack of notification of this, whether it's Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Then when we arrived we were told that the pool was not accessible. The next night when we acquired about the pool again we were told that it was open and the alternate route to take to access […] it, but the hot tub was no longer usable. The cleaning staff inadvertently mistook my daughter's pillow for their own and removed it from the room. Although the hotel is still a nice one, not sure if I will be staying at this one again. The Homewood Suites chain obviously has high quality standards. The rooms are like small apartments. In my opinion, the guest experience is much better than four and five star hotels that charge extra for things like internet, parking and breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and the chain in general.

Everything was great except door at back of building, were we parked, did not take our room keys to open, so had to walk around building in cold to get in.

This Homewood Suites was perfect for what I needed....a place to stay before an early morning flight out of DFW. Super nice person checked me in and my room was very nice. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and no noise with the airport just seconds away. It did the trick!

This hotel is located next to the Dallas/Fort Worth airport so there is a lot of noise outside almost all the time. Inside the rooms are quite in spite of the constant outside noise. There is a breakfast and, on weekdays, dinner included in the room cost. They have a strange mix of plastic and metal eating utensils along with styrofoam and china plates. […] I happen to like real dishes, don't like eating with plastic, so this was not my favorite. The worst part about this hotel is it's location. With all the construction and one-way streets, it is difficult to get in and out. The Homewood Suites was a nice reprieve from the typical hotel. The rooms we had were very large and provided all the necessities of home. The morning buffet was good, not great, as it was a Sunday morning they didn't have all the usual items you'd expect (no fruit, the waffles ran out). But still a great stay and we'd definitely come again!

Room was big and comfy, nice to have a living space and bedroom. Tough small breakfast had a few nice choices, only thing missing was some fresh fruit. If oafs were a maze due to construction but that is temporary.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The ceilings are incredibly tall and the room is spacious. There is a full kitchen, including a regular-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Loved it! Had a great time the only thing that would made it perfect would be to be a lil closer to our destination. It was about 25 to 35 minutes away.

Just what I hoped for in a hotel. Clean, nice beds and a good shower with good service. Not much in the immediate vecinity for eating, but quite a few options that deliver.

The carpets were were EXTREMELY dirty and the smell of tobacco is very strong inside the hotel. Pools are not very clean either. The only good thing/convenience is the breakfast included in the stay!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites because we were flying out of DFW. Got a good rate on Expedia and the hotel offers park and fly at no additional charge. The free airport shuttle runs every half hour but doesn't start until 7 a.m. so if you have an earlier flight you will need to make alternate arrangements. Our room was nice and big with a kitchenette, […] sofa, large screen TV, I was a little sorry we were just staying one night. There are no eating places within walking distance of the hotel but Trisha at the front desk provided us with a list of places and she also drew us a map to show us how to get to an In & Out Burgers. They have an indoor pool that has an outdoor patio which also has a couple of grills for people to use. They also have a comfortable game room for families to use. Free breakfast included. Les mer

Stayed just one night with my daughter during our drive home from college. The room was vrey clean. The free popcorn was a welcome sight after a long day and fast food while on the road.

Not for the hotel itself, but we booked it for the Texas Frightmare Weekend going on that weekend. The hotel was great, the staff was kind, the pool was excellent. The only complaint I had was that the water pressure in the shower was low. Otherwise I have decided that next year I am going to book this hotel again.

Expedia reflected this hotel as having complimentary 24 hour shuttle service to/from DFW. The hours of service are actually limited and we ended up shelling out an additional $30 for cab fare to the airport for early departure. The hotel did offer shuttle service to / from restaurants until 11pm. We took advantage of that for dinner however waited more […] than an hour for pickup @ restaurant to return to the hotel. The hotel is truly a home away from home. It has all the conveniences of home plus the extras. The drawbacks were the cold, cold indoor pool. And the hot whirlpool that was not in working condition. The jets would not blow. Since neither stopped my children from enjoying their stay, I am overall satisfied.

We there we six of us, met for my daughter's birthday, we had a blast. Nice room, kitchenette was very handy, especially the full size frig. We played pool, got in the hot tub, swam (the water was freezing, but refreshing) and just had an all around good time, plan to stay here again next year!

Staff was very helpful getting us a taxi to the airport since their shuttle didn't run until 0700 and we had a 0600 flight. Room was nice except we reserved a room for 5 and there was only towels etc for 3. That was the only inconvenience. Front desk staff brought up extras, which I thought was really considerate.

This was our first time staying at Homewood suites by Hilton. The room was just the right size for our little family. The pirce for our stay was reasonable and the staff was really helpful in helping us find places to eat and get to the airport. Next time were in Dallas we will be staying at Homewood suites,and we would recommend that our friends stay […] here! Les mer

very nice hotel. we were supposed to have a free shuttle to the airport but it doesn't start until 7am. So we had to pay $54 addl to get us 5 min to the terminal.

Three of us stayed at this location in order to visit the Texas High School Football Finals at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. The location to the airport and our designated venue was ideal. I chose this location since it was close to airport. I had a 2 queen bed suite which had plenty of room. Room was quiet clean and spacious

Excellent hotel and stay. Hot breakfast each morning was delicious. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Room was very quite considering proximity to airport. Located in a nice area of town. Easy access to highway. Rooms are well appointed and clean/modern. Only down side was the internet connection was not the fastest..........that's the only concern […] I had. Homewood suites tend to be very spacious and modern for the price. I was only at this particular location for one night (even though they're billed as extended stay locations) but I like the amenities offered. I definitely look for Homewood suites wherever I'm traveling.

The airport shuttle was very useful as we only stay 1 night. We did not get out and about but we found the hotel to be clean, comfortable and good breakfast, just what we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful also.

I never write reviews on hotels but thought this one deserved it!! Everything about this hotel was perfect!! Clean, lots of amenities, comfortable, great location, staff was EXTREMELY nice, and VERY affordable!! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Its not right next to alot, but it is near my family and super close to the airport. I love hilton suites. During the week they serve a full dinner and always have a full breakfast. I love the grills, bball court and pool. We always get the suite, it is much better than other hotels because ir has a door to sepeeate the rooms! Lots of dpace

feel in love with the hotel. We had a family of 6 and all enjoyed their stay. only problems were small but caused no real problem. Sofa bed no a comffy as it could have been. Continintal breakfast wast moore then expected. Swimming pool smaller then pictured but still the kids had fun. I will consider staying there again.
