Afrikansk gjestfrihet og vennlighet som må oppleves. En fantastisk velkomst, serviceinnstilling som man bør lære av. Beliggenhet som det ikke finnes maken til. Elefantene spaserte på utsiden av hotellgjerdet og bavianene spiste middag på plenen. Hoitellpersonalet hadde stort fokus på service og sikkerhet og var diskret, men svært hyggelig tilstede. Bodde på hotellet i tre netter. Et meget fint hotell i gangavstand til Victoria Falls. Personalet var hyggelig og hjelpsom og servicen var upåklagelig. Veldig overraskende at hotellet kun har tre stjerner fordi rommet, restauranten, resepsjonen og uteområdene hadde høy standard og var godt vedlikeholdt. Det eneste kritikkverdige var at middagsbuffeen […] gikk tom for visse retter en av kveldene. Reiser gjerne tilbake til det samme hotellet ved en senere anledning. Les mer

Very nice hotel and staff. Very accomadating. Great location to the falls. Very nice pool area and would be definitely suitable for kids. Only knock on the room is that the mattress was as hard as a rock. But everything else was pleasant and very worthwhile.

It is a beautiful hotel and gardens are well maintained. Staff are very friendly and it is less than 5 min walk to the entrance of Victoria Falls. The cost was 30 US dollars per person. Hotel is a very large one and also includes a casino. You walk nearly 5 minutes to reach your room from the hotel entrance as there are several buildings on the large grounds. It is a good value for money. It is only 10 minutes walk to the Victoria Falls. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite, air conditioned and clean. Staff was nice. location in town great , next to vic falls colonial hotel a must visit ! very americanised though w/casino .pool was not very clean and closed at 7pm ! :( luckily we had spent 8 days in the bush resort prior ! staff very kind ,helpfull & friendly.

"Good hotel but be careful with late reservations"
We enjoyed the hotel itself, but not the front desk or reservation service. When we arrived and stated that we did an online booking through an outside hotel (and didn't have our print-out of confirmation of payment), you could see the dismay in their faces. We did a last-minute booking of the hotel online, 2 days before our stay. They said that the […] central office hadn't sent them proof of payment and threatened that we might have to pay again. This was very frustrating and put a damper on our stay. Later that evening, I pulled up the hotels.com reservation and emailed them a copy, and while that helped with their attitude about us staying there, there still wasn't a guarantee that they wouldn't use my credit card again. The quality of the hotel was good, it was in a great location within easy walking distance of the falls (although a teenage elephant was in our walking path once, and baboons were in the path the next time). We had no problems on our walk back to the hotel either time, and we took a longer alternative path to avoid the elephant. We ate at a nearby restaurant since the hotel's restaurant opened at 7 for dinner and we wanted to eat before that. They seemed to have good entertainment for the restaurant when I walked past it. Overall a good hotel. Pool bar staff could be a little more attentive when you are seated away from the bar. Lack of smaller US $ notes at reception meant I was unable to tip some of the people I would have liked to. Food and entertainment quite good. Rooms spacious and well maintained.

"Wonderful Stay for 2 nights"
I spent 2 nights at the Kingdom because I had to see the falls before I left Africa. The location is actually perfect for the falls as you can walk to it making it very convenient. The Buffet breakfast was excellent and you will have to eat meals at the hotel as there is nothing much close by but the menu prices at the pool bar are fine about average […] with any other hotel so it won't break the bank Its also walking distance from a shopping area if you want to but tokens but if its a long stay you will have to book activities top keep you occupied Les mer

"A likely best choice in Victoria Falls"
This hotel seems just fine for someone like me who wants a safe, clean, and conveniently located place to stay for a couple days. This place seems better than a typical 3 star property but doesn't seem like a 5 star property. I was assigned a room on the basement level in the furthest section of the almost empty hotel ... an inside room with a view […] of the pools and water features would have been nice (and much quieter, with the animals making noise at dawn and the groundskeeper trimming the grass shortly thereafter). The buffet breakfast included in my plan was excellent and included a wide range of choices. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the falls, the border with Zambia, and frees you to focus on being a tourist instead of trying merely to survive this is a good place. Les mer

ビクトリア滝に一番近いホテルでホテルの裏門からわずか5分で滝の入口までいける。また、ホテルの門番が滝までの案内をしてくれるので安心です（チップをあげると喜んでもらえる）。またホテルの裏門からLook out pointの景色がすばらしく、これも門番の人が案内してくれました。朝食はプールサイドで食べることが出来、開放的でおいしかったです。町へは徒歩5分で行くことができ、空港からもタクシーでホテルまでは＄20−30程度と値段もそれなりで、アフリカらしさをenjoyできるホテルでした。

L'hôtel est très agréable mais c'est le règne du dollars. Rien n'est gratuit, même pas l'accès internet. On sent l'avidité et le règne de la monnaie verte et c'est perturbant. On doit toujours surveiller quand on nous rend la monnaie car les serveurs n'hésitent pas à la mettre directement dans leur poche.
