Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

The hotel is old. The beds and pillows were very beaten up so we slept very poorly. It took us an hour just to find where to check in, then were given the room at the very end of a mile long hallway. I had to call maintinece multiple times to fix multiple drains...one of which never got fixed. The final 4 days of our stay, the pool in our complex was […] closed and every morning we were woken by construction workers. At first I was a little annoyed. Our unit lost power, and the sofabed was broken when I pulled it out. But the maintenance men in building eight and nine, tomas and giovanny were so friendly, efficient and fast that the problems were fixed in no time. It felt as if we had been friends for years. "Did we get what we paid for"
We did not get the queen size bed, as a matter of fact we got a regular bed. There was hardly any soap in the suite - one small one. If we were staying any longer we would have definitely complained.
"Vacation Village Resort -not very good"
First of all, we got lost. The registration office is too far from the actual resort. The area is very confusing! Also, they dont have house cleaning everyday and they dont pick up the garbage everyday. The biggest problem was the pool! To make the story short, we found poop in the swimming pool. Overall, I would not recommend this resort.

Our stay was great! The price was great for the stay. Just be prepared to make a deposit once you get there. We weren't expecting such a steep deposit but it is reimbursed 5 days after check out. All in all our stay was good.

We were a little disappointed this year. Building one is in need of new mattresses unless you like a hammick and the furniture is looking tired. The kitchens are very basic. White melamine cupboards and white older style stoves. The cookware is terrrible to use. We were in an A side- the larger of the two set ups and we were a party of 3. I had to call […] for an extra blanket as there was not enough bedding to make up the couch. Mid week service forgot to give new towels, prompting another phone call. Quick service when requested. The resort has grown, but the number of chairs avail. at the pool has not. People had bought their own from Walmart to ensure they would have a seat. I think they need to provide more chairs and direct people to new pools if there are any. Orlando is just too busy, traffic experience and restaurants turned me off- dirty, expensive, poor service+ food quality. We plan to try another location if and when we try Florida again. Les mer

"VACATION VILLAGE ORLANDO"
We first stayed here as a time share exchange this past Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the location and the property so much that we came back this past weekend to celebrate our children's birthdays (we live in Florida). We have also already book a week for Spring Break. We don't usually participate in any of the activities that the property offers, but […] we do swim in the pool a lot. Our extended family comes with us so we always get an A and a B unit which makes it really nice. If you request a 2 bedroom, this is what you will get. Les mer
"Unclean Room"
The condition of the room was really bad hair on the bed, on the bathroom, tables were not clean, even found a milk in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Not worth the price that i paid for it.

Very close to restaurants, Downtown Disney and all of the attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that is planning a trip to Orlando, Florida. The staff is very friendly and pleasant . I could not have picked a better hotel to stay at. I would recoomend this hotel to stay at. Every ting is very accessible.

Our overall experience was a good one. Check-in was quick and easy, however, a bit more direction would have been nice. Finding our room took a little bit as there were multiple buildings and it was night and the markings were hard to see. Once we found our room we were very satisfied with the size and cleanliness of the room. The only complaint with […] the room was the matress. It needed to be replaced and was very uncomfortable. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. Check out was a bit of a different story. They had told us at check in to allow 15 minutes or so for check-out because we had left a cash deposit as opposed to a credit card deposit they would have to inspect the room. This process took closer to 45 minutes with several other cash deposit customers coming and going while we waited. Finally the very nice young lady who had checked us out asked why we had not been completed and got things taken care of. Overall a good experience and we would stay again without question. Les mer

This is my 3rd visit to this hotel, and we would not stay anywhere else. The service was magnficent, and friendly.
"Just like being on the Disney property close toall"
My family and I have stayed at this hotel five times, they rooms are great for a family, the kitchen is great so you can bring food and snacks, cook breakfast in the morning, all the amenadies of a condo. The jacuzzi in the master room was great after a long day at the park. I would recommend to everyone.

FANTABULOUS! This is better than any Disney Resort!! The staff is awesome and friendly! ALL of them! This is the cleanest and safest place I have ever been to. I highly recommend the King Suite with the jacuzi tub in the bedroom. It is our home away from home. This is our second time there and are planning to go again in October. It is centraly located […] to everything and you are not in a stuffy old hotel but a beautiful condo. LOVE THE STAFF AND ROOM....LOVE IT!! Les mer

El unico comentario negativo fue acerca que al preguntar sobre horarios de limpieza y cambio de toallas me dijeron que eso el HOTEL era un Timeshare y yo tuve que recordale a la srta que yo no habia pagado por un timeshare y que de hecho en mi reserva lo confirmaba.

Me desilusiono mucho haber alquilado un hotel y encontrarme que era un apartamento y por tal motivo no cuenta con servicio de mucama, solo una vez a la semana vienen a cambiar toallas y retirar la basura, el resto lo tiene que hacer uno. Solo proveen de jabón para el cuerpo y cuando solicite shampoo y acondicionador me indicaron que los fines de semana […] unicamente entregaban un obsequio y que podía comprarlo en una tienda cercana. El Lobby esta muy lejos de los apartamentos y es el único lugar donde proveen internet gratuito. El lugar es muy bonito, tiene buenas piletas climatizadas, abiertas hasta tarde, la habitación es confortable y amplia tienes una cocina completa si deseas comer allí, pero definitivamente, no es lo que alquile y en una pagina de hoteles no imagine alquilar un apartamento. Hotel muito bom para hospedar em família, espaçoso, limpo,boa localização, área de lazer agradável, lavanderia completa com máquina de lavar e secar roupas dentro do apt , bom atendimento e com uma cozinha totalmente equipada ( inclusive com máquina de lavar louça) para quem está com crianças e quer cozinhar algumas vezes em casa. Gostamos muito!
