Excellent hotel, very relaxing. Breakfast was good! Never tried the resturant for an evening meal, but the menu looked good! Went to a chinese restaurant 2mins away, it was deliciousand had a Maus ice-cream for desert, it was under the chinese! Very nice break.

The best Buffet breakfast I've had in the UK, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Not our first time to stay here. Excellent location. Reception staff go far beyond the call of duty. Lovely atmosphere and very well run hotel. Will be back

This is a lovely hotel in beautiful surrounding and just 11 minutes away from the Airport. The restaurants served a high quality of food and overall it was a brilliant hotel.

SDtayed here loads and will again. Very good gym and pool, spacious bar, good staff, lovely bedrooms.

Tried to book via hotel direct and they were very rude and unhelpful. So booked online. Not told on booking about maintainance work as hot water turned of on 23/01/2012 and electricity went off. NI huge manufacter of Bacon but hotel had no bacon on Monday 23/01/2012. On arrival night asked specifically for a meal that included a blue cheese sauce( diabetic) […] food arrived with a BBQ sauce which I cannot eat. Why did the waiter not tell me as I would have change meal. 25/01/2012 Fire Alarm at 08:10. This was the worst run Fire drill I have ever experienced. No-one seemed to know what to do. No check as to which residients had left the building a complete shambles. On my return to London had discussions with a client in NI who said they had had similar experiences with this hotel and do not recommend it to visitors. I booked this hotel because of the Hilton name and reputation. They way the reservation staff spoke to me was very disrespectful ( I am Sales Manager and any of my staff dealing with a client like I was dealt with would have been in seroius trouble) I very much doubt that I would book a Hilton hotel in the future Les mer

I visited this hotel on business and i really suggest it is worth a visit if the location suits. The reception staff on arrival were very welcoming and frirendly and the check in was quick which was appreciated. I ate the restaurant and it was fine, good food and good service. I used the pool which again was fine and clean. I also used the hotel as […] a meeting location and the bar staff looked after us in the day and made bacon rolls for my clients mid morning. Les mer

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! They really do care about making sure you enjoy your stay. This is my 4th time as a birthday treat for my granddaughters and again they excelled themselves with balloons, sweets and drinks in our room to a beautiful little cake in the restaurant.The staff are all so good with children and make them so welcome […] A real family hotel will be back for next birthday!!!(or sooner of possible ) Les mer

The rooms are a little 'tired', especially the bathroom, but they are comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I have had in a UK hotel.

As a regular business traveller, I have found my experiences at this hotel nothing but 100%. Friendly and professional staff who actually smile. Great fitness facilities, bar and restaurant. the overall hotel is 1st class ,only one complaint would be that the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever for such a nice hotel.

Overall Hotel experience was good, Breakfast was excellent but evening meal in room was poor - description in menu did in no way match what arrived so be careful - perhaps best ot eat in restaurant. Golf course totally water logged and muddy in many places so di not enjoy. Overall location was good, good value, but some areas could be improved on.

The hotel was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu was extensive and excellent.

I don't usually read or write reviews because it only tends to be the negative ones that get written with the satisfied customers content that they dont need to spread the word as surely everyone else has had the same stay! Anyway, the service desk couldn't have been more helpful, the food was as expected in a country hotel and the golf course was exemplary. […] The greenkeepers and golf course staff were most welcoming ande not the pretentious types often associated with the sport - there should be special mention to the kind greenkeeper who offered to go get me a plaster for my blister and came back with a buggy! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has some great facilities including the spa which was booked out for the weekend unfortunately. The website when booking said the room had a view of the beautiful hills of Antrim, the car park was on a hill I suppose. I have stayed in Hilton Templepatrick in April for one night. The hotel was nice, room was spacious and clean, the service was good, I originally had a twin room booked and upon arrival at the reception i asked if we can change it for double room - it was no problem, the only issue i had was food, we had a small bite in the evening in the restaurant […] and it seems to be ready made and just reheated food, the breakfast also could be tastier, and the restaurant was very crowded in the morning, but overall pleasent experience Les mer

One night stay at Hilton Templepatrick for Business. Small gym but sufficient for a quick pre dinner workout. Room service was quick and very tasty. Bar staff were friendly and happy to let me sit outside longer than advertised to enjoy the unseasonably warm evening. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

Out of all the hotels I stayed during my 2 weeks in Ireland this was the worst. I paid more than any other hotel I stayed and didnt even get free internet (which all the other hotels we stayed offered free internet). On hotels.com it said internet included. They said we had to upgrade and pay more or pay 6 pounds for 90 minutes of internet in the lobby […] or 10 pounds for 24 hours. Then over 2 days of complaining they upgraded our room and said we would get internet. Then it didnt work and we called the front desk and said it was down for a large region of Ireland but we spoke to any other employee a few hours later they said we just needed to enter a code (which worked right away). At check out they said we needed to pay another 187 pounds for the room transfer. This hotel was a joke, it has beautiful landscape but that is the only thing it has going for them. I would never in a million years stay here again or recommend it to my worst enemy. Les mer

Excellent stay and accomodation for the special rate Hilton price on offer and in addition your excellent booking service which gave an extra 10% discount. Location is so easy to get to and just off the main motorway network. We had a room which was so quiet and overlooked the golf course. Our request was noted and provided. Alongside the inclusive […] super breakfast we were to make full use of their pool and gym. Just such a relaxing stay and we will return in the not to distant future. For working in Larne this is a nice alternative. It is a 20 minute drive away but a good business hotel. The only negative comment was that the internet cost extra. The breakfast was very good, I was doing the healthy porridge and yogurt thing but I had to be very strong to resist the other offerings. I found staff to be friendly, the rooms comfortable […] and modern. There was an error on my bill (caused by booking site) which was spotted and refunded to me before I realised it so full marks for that. Les mer

Was informed on arrival at the hotel (by taxi) that the shuttle bus had been discontinued some months previously. The hotel has made this known to the booking agencies but some still state on their websites that the service is available. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The (standard) room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The lighting in the […] room is rather dim. Good choice of foods for breakfast, served by an efficient staff. Would stay at the hotel again except for the cost of the taxi fare from the airport, which is around £12 each way. Les mer

this was a shopping trip for Jct 1. the hotel was very adequate and we had no problems whatsoever. the room was quite sufficent, breakfast excellent,and no problems at all

We stayed there for a family wedding and were very happy with the stay they also have a nice pool and center with lovely grounds

I stayed in the Hilton the night before my wedding. The staff were more than helpful, they upgraded my room, provided us with complementary champagne and allowed us to eat late in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were both fantastic and the restaurant view over the golf course is lovely. Many thanks.

I selected the hotel because of its close location to the Belfast Int'l Airport, but the hotel offers many things for a longer stay. There is a golf course and 3 restaurants on the property and the rooms were large and comfortable. The included breakfast was outstanding. The hotel went out of their way to provide a courtsey van to take us to the airport. […] The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. Les mer

I arrived very tired and rather dirty after being a judge at a large local horse show on a very hot day. Check in was swift and efficient. I needed someone to pull off my riding boots and I was obliged immediately with a smile .My deluxe room was huge with a wonderful view of the golf course and surrounding hills. Very clean, quiet and peaceful. My […] only slight irritation was that because of a large function the restaurant was only a carvery that evening due to lack of staff. The carvery looked very tired and unappettising by 9pm. However the restaurant staff could not have been more helpful in suggesting other choices. I opted for room service which was 24hrs and the food was very good. Pool, steam room, sauna and gym are all clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again. Les mer

Everything at the hotel was excellent, only fault was lack of internet access in rooms. In this current environment Internet access & WiFi is something that all hotels should be offering as standard and also Free of Charge.

We liked. The room was especially nice and the staff were friendly. We would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel set in peaceful surroundings. Not far from Belfast for shopping and close to other amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. The pool and spa are great and the breakfast was plentiful with a great range of choice and variety. I would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our room overlooking the golf course. All the staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. Dinner in the evening, although very nice, was not as good as on previous stays at Hilton hotels. The choice was very limited and the menu remained the same all week. The […] only real complaint I have is that the area allocated to smokers outside meant that there was a lot of noise outside until the early hours at the weekend.
