Eza Vista - Eze

We stayed at this hotel from saturday till monday off season (feb). Service at the reception was both helpful and professional. They knew the area well and had good suggestions for both daytrips/nearby walks and dining. Cleaning was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. The hotel is located next to a road with some traffic and this might be a problem […] in the high season when it comes to noise. (We had a good night sleep though). Price for breakfast was 11 euro and parking 10 euro pr day. Les mer

Our family ( 5 persons) had a great time, with good service. The hotel is located in a very nice village, 40 minutes to walk to the sea.

Greit for overnatting - fin leilighet. Men resorten ligger i en bratt skråning, og bassengområdet blir temmlig trangt. Alt for få solstoler. Et stykke til nærmeste strand, og beskjedent med spisemuligheter i gangavstand. Ikke noe sted å slå seg til for flere dager - i alle fall ikke for barnefamilier.

We stayed in the two bedroom unit for 4 adults and 2 children. The place is definitely spacious enough and bedding arrangement adequate for 6 adults. What we appreciated the most was even the hotel info published there's only one bathroom these family units actually contain a full bathroom of good size plus a separate toilet. And unlike other budget […] family hotels that charge separately for linens and towels, and possibly cleaning fee if you don't do it yourself at departure, all that including daily cleaning service is free! The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I ended up extending my stay an extra two nights because of the young lady working there. The room had a very comfortable bed and came equipped with everything an apartment would have: all appliances, cooking utensils, linens, etc. My only complaint was that this hotel accepts student groups. […] The management asked the teenagers to quiet down but they didn't comply. The chaperones were nowhere to be found. This happened on my second night. The third night was fine. One tip: In order to have a good view of the sea from your balcony, you need to be on at least the second floor and on the right hand side of the hotel (as you are facing the sea.) Otherwise, your view from the upper floors will be blocked by trees. The rooms on the ground floor( where I stayed) are studios and you can only have a sea view if you are standing up. If you are sitting on the terrace, you will not be able to see. Les mer

The hotel"s position was a pleasant surprise as it was right in the middle of Eze village. Our room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was available should you require it but the hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants to meet any budget. I would recommend this hotel being excellently positioned and very good value for money.

Location of Eza village is very nice, the deck is with great view! Room is clean and comfortable, but service is very minimal, it's just like service apartment style. The male staff's attitude is a bit luckwarm.

this place was perfect for us... BEAUTIFUL location, great staff, and we stayed in a great 2 bedroom "apartment" that had all the amenities we needed. also, a nice grocery down the street, a FANTASTIC restaurant right across the street, and the beautiful old city of Eze right above us. Clean, convienient location, great views.

The staff was excellent+++. Room was very clean and comfortable for our needs. Only stayed one night but would stay again. We were on a tight schedule actually visiting from Tennessee. this area is beautiful.

This place is great! I hesitated when I saw the reviews about surly staff, but I found them to be quite pleasant. The room was large and comfortable, and we used the well-equipped kitchen to cook a wonderful pasta dinner with food from the local grocery (an short & easy walk). We ate it on the lovely balcony with a great view. The only downside was […] the pool -- it had overly restrictive hours, wasn't heated and didn't look very well-maintained, but everything else about the hotel more than made up for it. The room/apartment was very large and clean for the most part. However it was promised as a nonsmoking room which had heavy smells of past smokers. The only other complaint was the sofa bed cover was filthy and had an overpowering smell of cheap perfume.

The location of the hotel and size of the room were good. We were given a room with a view of the ocean which was nice. The downside was that the property has not been well-maintained. The halls were dark and musty smelling and the sofa and curtains were stained. For the cost of the rooms a new coat of paint and replacement of worn furnishings seems […] justified. Les mer

Terrible hotel, dirty, run down, very poor service, not confortable at all. Avoid.

The only thing which let this hotel down was the poor or lack of maintenance. Eze is a nice village to base yourself and only a 10 minute drive into Monaco. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the accomdation for the five of us was perfect. The view is fantastic. The staff at the front desk is the worst ever. No customer service, they are sarcastic and make you feel that you are not welcome during your stay. They need to learn customer service at any hotel in the US. The rooms were average and it needs an upgrade.

the best thing about the hotel is where it is. fantastic location. It's quite basic accomodation though for the price & not very comfortable beds. pool is better in the photos than real life. Staff are very friendly and helpful though and it was perfectly clean.

These apart-hotels were lovely. This view wasn't that great but having a balcony and well equiped modern kitchen was still fabulous! The staff were delightful, very bubbly and helpful. Although on quite a busy road traffic noise wasn't a problem. Located very near the old town of Eze it is also quite a short drive 10-15min to either Nice or Monaco. […] There are beautiful views to be had from the top of the Eze village in the Jardin..well worth the steps! Picturesque hotel situated in the hills between Nice and Monaco. Car and a good map needed if coming from Nice airport. Private parking, for a price. Trusted the area and parked outside the hotel complex overnight. Cafe Eza were a great help, giving us 'takeaway', handing our plates and cutlery back the next day before we left. Pros: 1- Location: 100 meters fron the Eze village which is a must see. On the medium corniche. Everything within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants (Eze cafe and colette very good). 2- Installations. recently build , so everything works. Nice cafeteria and terraces. 3- Good rooms. We had a two bedroom with good space, good bathroon […] and well equiped kitchenette. Cons 1- Service: Simply put this is more a rented apartments style than a hotel. Front desk closes at 8 pm. The power key on the Tv remote was broken... solution = do it mnually sir!! 2- Internet access = only available a the reception area and at 5 euros per hour, ouch!!!! This is really a dealbraker for me. 3- Cleaning = had to supervise the lady.. a couple of days did not picked up garbage. Les mer

This hotel was perfect for our family who was planning to visit Eze, Monaco area for two nights. The beds were comfortable...even the sofa bed. Much better than those in the States. Being able to walk to the market and top of Eze, was great. The restaurant down the street (not sure of the name) was ok, not great but good enough. The location of this hotel (apt.) was wonderful. The apt. was rather tight (no need for the table near the bed and window to the grassy patio area).

We enjoyed our stay in Eze Vista. Nice and friendly staff. Room was clean. Kitchenware available and in good condition. Negative: no view although the site showed very nice view on the beach. The bathroom stuff like soap, shampoo and shower gel in very little quantity. Towels too small. For the price they charged, they should do a better job with such […] small but important things. Really nice hotel. Will be back for sure ! The only issue is the staff, not friendly at all... But enjoy the stay and try not to talk to any of the staff and then the stay will be perfect.

The hotel is at the top of the mountains overlooking the sea and the view is amazing. It said we would have a sofa bed but it was a real bed! Kitchenette is cute and fun, and there is a little grocery store just around the corner, so we ate in a bit. Town is kinda boring but the buses come pretty often to take you to Monaco or to Nice and the hotel […] staff was very helpful in figuring out the bus system. Their English is very good, best we found in all our travels. Les mer

although the web site refers to the fanastic sea views,if you are on the ground floor which we were,the only view is of trees which makes it quite depressing and not worth the money especially when the room smells of cigarettes-room017.be warned !!!!!

The views from the Eza Vista were outstanding! The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were five of us traveling together so the appartment was wonderful. The AC didn't work very well but maybe we were not using it correctly. My family is going to the south of France again in August and we plan on staying there. Eze is a beautiful place!

バス停のすぐ近く。スタッフの英語も分りやすく、部屋もきれいでミニキッチンもついていました。ティッシュがないのだけが不満。ベランダから地中海が見え、すぐ下の建物はフラゴナルの香水工場でした。

замечательное место, обслуживание достойное, парковка разнообразная на выбор.Недалеко Монако и Ницца. ПРавда в номере недостаточное освещение.

proximite usine Fragonard visites par cars touristiques , bruyant. Sinon bien situé près de Nice et de Monaco. EZE site touristique à voir. Hotel- résidence confortable et très propre.

Séjour agréable dans un site remarquable. Petit bémol, pour la proximité de l'usine fragonard avec le va et vient des cars de touristes japonais incessant.

Avis tres favorable

Nous somme content de notre séjour ,l'hôtel a proximité de la citée médiévale et ses petits commerces d'artisanat et restaurant ainsi que des commerces d'alimentation et boulangerie A 10 mn de Monaco et 15 de Menton,tranquillisée assurer.Nous précisons que nous étions a EZE hors saison.

Très bon Hôtel avec superbe vue sur la mer. Appartement très confortable et complet. Très bon acceuil. Petit village sympathique. Seul petit bémol, le parking à 10€ la journée non précisé lors de la location.

Bien situé, appartement spacieux et confortable. Équipement parfait. Belle vue. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Domage que les places de stationnements de l hotel soient payantes pour les clients, en hors saison ou le parking est vide... Domage que les prix du petit dejeuner soit si cher. L alarme de l hotel ne parait pas securisé, car elle a été declenché à 8h du matin et retenti pendant au moins 6 minutes. Comme reveille pour les vacances ya beaucoup mieux, […] d autant plus qu aucun personnel de l hotel ne c est excusé de ce désagrément. D autres part l eau des sanitaires avait une couleur marron, et nous avons du faire couler l eau pendant + de 5 minutes pour retrouver une eau claire... Les mer

j ai effectué plusieurs courts séjours dans cet hotel.Le studio est tres agréable avec sa terrasse vue sur la mer .C est tres propre .Le lit est tres grand et confortable..Le coin cuisine est bien équipée.

エズ村とモナコへの観光のため、２泊しました。家族６人で滞在したのですが、自分で食事を作るスペースもあり、とても快適に滞在することができました。ただ、携帯電話が圏外になるため、連絡が不便になったのが唯一残念なところでした。ただ、眺望もよく快適だったので、またぜひ滞在したいと思います。

L'hôtel est bien placé. Facile d'accès, avec parking privé (tarif très correct) Personnel très aimable et professionnnel. Ayant testé le 2 pièces, c'est très positif. L'appartement est très spacieux, agencement pratique, ombreux rangement, cuisine toute équipée + terrasse avec vue mer dès le premier étage. trés bon hotel à 5mn de monaco

tipico hotel squallido, non curato, poco pulito... classico dei posti dove ci sono poche sistemazione e quelle poche sono molto costose, ti fanno pagare qualsiasi cosa: il parcheggio, il wifi, la colazione... anche la pulizia delle stoviglie (se usi un bucchiere lo devi lavare e rimettere a posto altrimenti ti addebitano 30 euro di pulizie finali). va […] detto che la camera era molto spaziosa.
