We had a fallswiew room booked, and that was we'll worth the money. The hotel was ok, nothing spesial, but a tiny bathroom in our room.

Hotellet ligger ganske så sentaralt. Ansatte ved hotellet var veldig greie og behjelpelige. Standarden på rommet var et røverkjøp til denne prisen. Hotellet hadde også en ganske så rask tårdløstinternett uten tilleg i prisen. Vil anbefalle andre som vil heller bruke penger på noe annet kjekt enn hotellrom å velge dette hotellet, da du får utrolig mye for pengene.

Absolutely wonderful. Excellent location for airport, shopping and dining. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable and dining facility just what we needed [ food and drinks for all tastes ]. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Buffalo.

Nice hotel. Nice location. Staff very helpful. Not sure if it's the Air Conditioner, but the room had an "odd" odor. Kind of like it was used as a smoking room.

Once again I was very happy with the Hilton chain. I chose this one becauae of its proximity to the airport. Our room faced the airport and was .2 km. from it. I did not hear the planes that were obviously flying over. The room was clean and I always look forward to the beds. Great sleep. The shuttle picked us up at the airport at midnight just as we […] exited the building. I left my sweater-coat in my room and a week later after I arrived it was waiting for me. Always a smile for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Next time I fly south I will use their services again. Les mer

Hotel stay was great only problems I have was the bath shower top wasn't cleaned and the mouthwash provided to me was already used by someone else. Other than that it was fine,shuttle service fast and efficient and it does t matter if the hotel doesn't provide breakfast! Across the road there's McDonald's!!

we enjoyed our stay the hotel was clean staff friendly food was ok. The hotel was close to the areas we wanted to shop in. Our son enjoyed the pool was a little disappointed the hot tub was out of order the whole time. No noise dispite the closeness to the airport.

We were pleased with our room. Usually we bring candles as alot of rooms have a musky smell to it - but at this hotel we didn't need to. Front desk also called us within 15min of being in our room to ask if everything was ok. Overall great stay. The staff at the front desk and the shuttle drivers were so friendly and helpful and just made me feel good. Also, the hotel was super quiet for being next to the airport. Quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were very nice also, just wish sheets and bed were softer and better quality.

"Perfect location for staying near airport"
No frills, clean hotel across the street from the airport. I had an early flight so I wanted to stay close to the airport. When I left the hotel, I returned my car, checked bags, and was at the gate within 20 minutes.

Didn't spend a lot of time there - got there late, then got up early for a flight the next morning. Hotel was fine - probably didn't need the free shuttle though - didn't realise the terminal was so close - could have walked!

We stayed at the Hilton Gardens Inn Buffalo Airport location to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary. The suite was perfect for our two night stay. Everything was wonderful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The staff was very pleasant, the room was very clean, and surprisingly being so close to the airport, we did not hear any […] airplanes! As an added bonus, the staff at the Hilton were aware of our wedding anniversary, on Friday night delivered a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberries and cookies!!! Such a thoughtful gesture which we truly appreciated!!! We will definately stay there again!!! Les mer

This place would be much better if #1, the did not allow smoking. Our first room reeked so badly from smoke we could not even step in. Our second room (a no-smoking room) also stank. AND #2 - had windows that opened. At least, if you have a stinky room, it would be nice to be able to open a window. No way to do that at this hotel. Nice work out area […] though. We had an excellent stay, including the full breakfast. We got a huge handicapped room we had not requested, and this was great except that the water from walk-in shower got all over the bathroom floor.

We chose this hotel for a quick stayover before an early morning flight, and when we arrived, our non smoking room smelled horribly. I asked the front desk to switch our room (someone had smoked an entire pack of cigarettes in this one), she told me she only had one left, and it was a king. i have 3 children, so that wouldn't work. to make matters worse, […] their alarm clock was set an hour ahead of time. when waking for a 6am flight, can you imagine the start one gets looking at the clock thinking you're going to miss your flight? when i told the front desk about all of the issues, she was essentially non responsive and could care less. pick another hotel close to the buffalo airport if you can. this one isn't worth the money. I stayed here while taking the NY bra exam. The room was perfect - comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Slept really well every night! The pool and whirlpool were great for relaxing, and the food at the hotel restaurant was good, and cheap. "Almost missed my flight-no wake up call!!!!"
My only issue was that I did not receive my wake up call and almost missed my early morning flight. Recommend NOT to use the electronic wake up call function!!!
"Great, but alittle pricey"
Clean and close to the airport. Only downfall was the bed was hard, not like other Hiltons and breakfast was not included for the price we paid. But would highly recommmend.
booked 2 doubles,got 1double and cot for 4 people,one adult had to sleep on chair-receptionist said they don't know how many people or how many beds because reservation was made online ! Maybe in this was bull or truth , but this has NEVER happened to me before-my first and last stay at Hilton
"Convenient and I will go back"
I stayed at this hotel recently for three nights. The hotel is right across from Buffalo Niagara International Airport. It has a nice lobby with cosy fireplaces - so it gives a homely feeling the moment you walk into the main lobby. This is nice and pleasant especially for one who has endured some 16 hours of flight into the city. Generally, it's […] a nice and comfortable hotel to stay in. It is convenient for air travellers who arrive or depart via BUF airport. The shuttle bus service is excellent. Both day and night shift drivers are friendly and very kind and helpful and that is one of the best things (if not the best) about this hotel. I stayed in a junior king suite on the third floor. The room is clean and reasonably well lit. It's a bit worn though and there is room for improvement for housekeeping. A couple fo hooks on both ends of the blackout curtains had come off and I had to juggle a bit to close the curtains properly. It was a bit of a shock to find booger on the shower curtain (the side near the shower head) - probably left behind by some previous guests. I didn't notice it till the night before I checked out, being virtually blind without wearing my spectacles and I left in a great hurry the next morning. I will be back to stay at the same hotel in less than four weeks' time - will be booking in the next few days. Just in case I get the same room, I would certainly like to see the curtains fixed and the booger gone. I checked in rather late, close to midnight with a young child and the two of us had to push our luggage (4 pieces) up to our room on our own - seems to have no concierge service at that time of the day or, if there was any, no help was offered. The breakfast - not enough variety - in particular, considering that it did not come free. Restaurant service was okay but not outstanding. All in all, it lives up to Hilton standards and I will be back because of the convenient location and the free shuttle bus service to and from the airport Les mer
