The only regret I had about the stay was the check out time. The resort has a 10:00 a.m. check out policy. In my opinion this is to early. They have a 4:00 p.m. check in time, it's only fair to have a later time for check out. You are paying to a full day but not getting a full day worth. Otherwise the say was good.

The 1st night was great and the check in was fast. The rooms were very comfortable. The 2nd night the people in the room next to us were having a party and people were in and out until 4am. I did speak to them once myself because I was unable to get in touch with the office and have them tell them to quiet down. I tried for 1 hour dialing 0 and no one […] answered the phone. I was very disturbed about this. I expected something like that to happen in a hotel but not a resort like yours. When my son called and got in touch with someone in the morning they did offer a later check out time. That was not satisfactory to me because we had to leave early and I was exhaused the next day. Someone should have answered the phone and handled the problem. Les mer

We had a very nice stay, except that we brought food with us and I made the mistake of leaving food on the counter. We went out for a while and when we returned our food was full of tiny ants. I called the front desk and they sent up someone to exterminate. Next time I will put everything in the fridge.

I was very impressed with the price and the resort. The villa was great, very large and spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tube. Having the full kitchen and washer/dryer was super convientent.

Great location. Beautifully manicured golf setting. The rooms are spacious and clean. I will definitely plan to return.

Only had minor proplems but they took care of it. other then that everything was there. my family had a blast swimming in all the pools (4) total and playing putput golf. I will make sure we stay there again.

The property looks very nice from the outside. Staffs are generally nice. I didn't like the people trying to sell me the property/timeshare. The problem i had was at 1:00 am, some people stayed next to me talked so loud that I had to wake up and I can literally use my iPhone to record the whole conversation. I called front desk and they responded quickly. […] However, after the security left, the conversation returned. I couldn't sleep that night at all. As you can see, I don't complain about the people work there but instead the porous insulation or quality of the property. We definitely not coming back. Les mer

We came up to a softball tournament we found this place in hotels.com, the price was right and the accomodations were superb. i reccomended to anyone. easy to get to close to all major attractions.

The hotel was clean & in great shape. Staff was very nice. Room was great for the price. Really close to Disney, which was awesome. We will definitely be staying there again.

I did not know what to expect but in all honesty the staff that checked us in were super friendly and so welcoming. The room made us feel like we were in a 1000 dollar a night suite. Very clean and very nice. Do not hesitate to go and stay you will be so impressed with everything

Beautiful property, however hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. The unit I stayed in was okay, but like I said it wasn't renovated yet. Would definitely return after renovation.

Great view, great room, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, yet has many activities that you can participate in. Shuttle service convenient. The lifestyle I want for retirement.

We realize that the hotel is undergoing major changes, however there should still be hot water and safety. There was an awful amount of dust and dirt behind the bed, almost no warm(let alone hot) water and when we arrived the sliding glass door was unlocked and appeared to have been broken into before. There were nice things about it as well, but being […] someone who doesn't travel much I was hoping for a little more bang for my buck. glad we got a price break. Les mer

We truly enjoyed our stay, everything exeeded our expectations. The pool was a delight for the children with the water slide. Right around the corner from disney witch was exceptional. We plan to stay at this resort again.

Room to small. Small children making noise most of the time. Check out at 10:00, was to early. Did not play golf because guest said the greens were to fast.

great room (or villa) great value jacuzzii in the bedroom resort is huge so it's better to have a car definitelt recommand it to anyone

great for families of all ages. kids enjoyed the 3 different pools. Golf course was great and lives up to it's name Mystic "Dunes". We stayed in one of the older buildings and room was small compared to newer model.

I chose this hotel because of past reviews . It has a nice view and is well kept for the surrounding area and the room. However , my shower did not work and when we called for service they did not come . We had to managed different to find a way to shower. Very uncomfortable if you are on vacation. I would hesitate on recommending this hotel to someone […] else . Les mer

The accommodations were far beyond our expectations. The only negative critism is that the 10AM checkout is too early.

Very satisfied with the resort's location, room and amenities. Have recommended this resort to others and plan on staying there next year. The only problem encountered was that my internet VPN access could not be used.

We had a very nice stay at the property. The grounds are lovely however the rooms are rather stale (white on white) and the appliances and TVs could use some updating. Also, my two daughters and many of the children were very disappointed in the pools and especially due to the fact that the lagoon's slide was not open on Friday at all and on Saturday […] we were told that it wouldn't be open till noon or later. So when I did call the front desk to complain, they said that it should be opened at 10am and I said it's 10am right now and no one is here. The children were extremely disappointed and there was nothing I could do. When someone did come to the pool to check it out, they just checked the lock and then left. Again the children were left with no slide. Othere than these issues we had a very nice stay and could possibly return. Les mer

The hotel in itself was very nice ,however the check- in time with a lot longer than expected. We came from the park and got there around 7 o'clock not able to get into our room For an hour and a half due to the line for check-in. I had four kids in the cars Who needed to go to sleep because they were overtired and we had to wait that long for a room. […] Either there was not enough help or they were too oversold! We stayed at this hotel for the slide and the pool. However, our kids, along with the other 10 kids in our group were very disappointed that they do not open the slide until 12pm each day and close it off at 5pm. We called to ask if they would turn on the pool one hour early because we had decided to stay at this hotel for the slide and had to check […] out before the 12pm opening time. The worker at the pool also made a call to ask the same question for us. I was told that they would call me back. They never did. He was told that they would turn the pool on early. However, when an Activities Employee arrived, she informed us that she was only willing to turn the slide on for 2 minutes. And she made it clear that it was a literal 2 minutes and told us she had other things she needed to be doing. She had us all sign waivers and put bracelets on the children. She opened the slide for about 10 minutes and then left. Another dad at the pool that morning complained to our group that he'd been trying to come to the slide with his kids for 3 days and had yet to find it open. He said if you visit the parks during the day, it is impossible to catch the slide open. On the website, it shows the slide as a centerpiece of this property, but says nothing about the slide's hours of operation. We were very disappointed in the Activities Employee's attitude and her informing us that she had other things to do rather than make her hotel guests happy. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very spacious. It was clean enough for my satisfaction, but our friends who stayed in a 3 bedroom villa next door had a drain issue with their jacuzzi tub. We ordered food, poolside, from the hotel service and it was great, arrived hot and was reasonably priced, as well. Our entire party was not overly pleased with the slide incident, drain issues and employee attitude so we won't be returning. We'd rather try somewhere else that backs up their website advertisements. Les mer

We were very pleased with our stay. We traveled with two teenagers ages 15 and 16. The pools were very nice but very shallow 4'. Very close to Disney within 5 miles. Lots of restaurants within a couple of miles. Would highly recommend to anyone. We did not have time to Golf, but the course looked very nice. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this spacious villa. Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The pool facilities were fantastic but they were a little bit of a hike from our room. We were in the furthest building from the big pool area. The hotel is very close to disney and to all kinds of great shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 […] nights would say again for sure. Overall it was a good resort. We didn't experience to entire resort as we only went for the theme parks. so pool was not used and golf was not played. Although they both looked good. The room felt a bit dusty and several things were falling apart (door handles, fridge, patio screens etc..) nothing major but noticeable. Overall I would still return to […] the resort because the location was great (15 min to disney) (5 min to night life, restaurants miniature golf etc.) (15 min to international drive) Les mer

I have had the oppertunity to stay at the Mystic Dunes Resort several times now and in different types of suites. I would hope there are available suites whenever i visit Orlando because they are awesome! The suite offers everything for your comfort! (Everything else is within miles of the resort). What a great get-away!

Kids loved (!) the Jacuzzi in the room, the kitchen was clean and fully equipped (even a can opener).... We got the room a little late than promised - 7 p.m but they upgraded it to a 2 BR -HUGE!! a little bit dated as far as big old TV's but altogether - BEST VALUE FOR OUR MONEY!!

The rooms are oudated and my toilet overflowed each of the first two days. The heated pools weren't very heated if at all. After fixing the toilet they left the towels used to clean up the water on the floor. Only one restaurant onsite. And the greens on the course were in horrible condition. Supposedly to be renovated with new ownership. Wouldn't stay […] again unless refurbished. Les mer

This is a great place for the money. Its quiet and very well maintained. Only thing is its a time share so they try to get you to go to breakfast and sell you a time share, but just say no and your on your way to a great place to stay.

Stayed for one night, a few weeks earlier and really enjoyed jacuzzi. Decided to stay Christmas week and celebrate with family . Price was excellent . All the comforts of home, with a touch of romance. Would definitely stay again, when we are in the area.

I loved this resort! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was with the shower. Not sure if they are like this in the entire resort (we stayed in building 10), but in our room, it was more of a tub with a removable shower head than a shower. That would have been fine had the shower head had a place of residence ABOVE […] my head, but as it was, it was located on the base of the tub. Thereby, in order to wash my hair, I had to put the head down to grab my shampoo, lather, and then grab the head and try to wash out the soap/shampoo with only one hand. Also, the tub itself was VERY high to step into, and I can foresee that being an issue if someone was elderly or had any leg conditions. Other than that, though, the place was lovely! Les mer

This hotel is a time-share facility, so the rooms have full kitchens, separate bedrooms, and great facilities. They upgraded our room free of charge from a studio room to a one bedroom villa. It was perfect for the three night stay! I wish we could have used the pool, but it was too cold...Great stay and 5 minutes from the parks! I would definitely […] recommend it! Les mer

Cleaning cost extra. Asked that it be cleaned daily but they only cleaned it one day! Elevator had a hole in it, plus the elevator door looked like something out of a 60's urban housing project. Appears the management was more interested in selling villas/condos more than taking care of the customers real needs.
