Excellent location and wonderful view, a wonderful place to stay when in the city, no where else is as convenient to City life.

There is absolutely nothing you can fault with this hotel...from beginning to end it was sheer perfection....thank you Quay Grand....grand you are in every way...we were in a marvellous one bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking magnificent Sydney Harbour, Bridge and Opera House....it does not get any better....we will be back for a longer stay

The hotel staff were absolutely awesome. A great place to stay, with restaurants, bars and the Opera House right on your door step. A bit pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

One of the best apartment hotels we have stayed in, and we have travelled a lot. Impressed right from entering the hotel, with friendly and accommodating staff, to the room itself. The food was so good we ordered room service for breakfast 2 mornings in a row and sat on our deck eating, amidst the ferries doing their daily runs against the backdrop […] of the Harbour Bridge. This place has an understated elegance which appealed to us, as well as the unbeatable location right on Circular Quay. Our apartment was very spacious and well equipped, with a great view to the east over the Botanic Gardens, and a glimpse of the Opera House from the balcony. The Quay Grand Sydney Harbour has been operated by Pullman only for a few months so maybe the staff were trying to make a good impression, whatever, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxed stay but right in the bustle of Circular Quay with ferries, trains and buses all a very short walk from the door, this is the place. Expensive though... Les mer

First time at Pullman. Initially choosen for location ( close to freeway) I found that walking to city meetings or bridge to North Sydney equally convienient. Great pubs and meals available in hotel and opera house surrounds. The room however was stand out. Spacious suite allowing for lounge to relax, looking over gardens with balcony to read paper […] in morning. Felt like a home not a shoe box. The staff were outstanding,catering for our every single need. From private transport to and from a function and even emergency dental work at short notice.?They were prompt with everything and were the most polite and helpful staff I have ever encountered anywhere.

One of the best locations in Sydney. Despite the Circular Quay transport hub with large numbers of people in the area, the apartment was very quiet. Clean spacious apartment and is well appointed. We had a wonderful room on the 7th floor overlooking Circular Quay and the Harbour Bridge. Watched the sunset from our balcony. Inside the room was quiet and very well appointed. The particularly relaxing, large spa bath in the suite was superb. Would not hesitate to stay there again. We travelled recently with a young baby for a wedding that took place at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The hotel recommended an excellent baby sitting service which we used for the night. The rooms are fully self contained apartments and very spacious. We did not feel crowded at all and were able to […] settle the baby to sleep in our bedroom and then wheel the cot out into the lounge chair through a sliding door when ready to sleep ourselves. The positioning of the hotel is excellent being right on circular quay. We didn't need our car at all for the two night stay. It is also very easy to find when driving as just one right hand turn off the expressway and down a few blocks. Overall it was an excellent experience, a wonderful wedding reception in the gorgeous hotel bar and we would stay again. Les mer

Location is great. Our apartment is right on the harbor front overlooking the Sydney bridge. First class service, very efficient and friendly staff. We will definitely stay there again.

Very helpful staff and beautiful accommodation. It was our first family holiday and very memorable. Our daughter who is in prep wrote a complete page on her visit and stay there. We will definitely be back again.

It was not what you would call a grand hotel or pretty on the outside but it was very well maintained, the service was excellent and the location and views were fantastic.

Obviously the view from our 2 bedroom apartment was the highlight. Breathtaking harbour view by day and amazing city lights by night. Overall standard of the room is comfortable. We found the staff at reception friendly,relaxed and warm. Our room was spacious and comfortable.The only disappointment was lack of attention from the bar staff who had not wiped down the tables and were slow to serve us.They also had difficulty preparing a cocktail which was on the cocktail list.

We loved our stay. Unfortunately, the price would be a major consideration had we not saved to stay at this hotel. The location is awesome...just down the harbor from the Sydney Opera House. The city life does not distract from the hospitality we felt. No real street noise or harbor traffic noise unless you want it from your balcony. Room was fantastic, just a little stuffy & the air con wouldn't go below 24 which was too hot! Only gripes are very minor - there is a Nespresso machine, but pods are $3 - nearly the price of a coffee outside. Toilet paper! Why do even the best hotels insist on using cheap toilet paper? We only stayed one night but the service was exceptional from arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were travelling with a baby so it was great to find a hotel with separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. The view was amazing!

We loved the location as it was close to Sydney Harbour as well as the Botanic Gardens. Close proximity to great restaurants, Ferry, and all public transport. Beautiful apartment with fabulous views, as well as wonderful service. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant staff, only one small comment would be the re was not quite enough toiletries products (shampoo etc) for 2 adults staying there but the hotel was clean, great with brilliant views and friendly staff.

We chose the Quay Grand Suites as access to the Sydney Opera House was simple. We had 4 adults and 2 children and the space worked well. The car parking and valet service meant the car was neat and tidy when we left, a real bonus after a long trip. Brillianf location right on Circular Quay. The apartment was very spacious with a large living area and complete kitchen, although the apartment is easily big enough to live in long term Quay Grand has everything you would expect in a hotel at this end of the market. We have stayed at the Shangri-la a couple of times and it has better views of the […] harbour - you can't see the Opera House from Quay Grand. However we prefer the location of Quay Grand and will stay there again. Only negative - someone with a leave blower cleaning on the quay woke me at 5:30 even though we were on the sixth floor. Having stayed in Sydney many times at 5 star hotels, we were delighted by our experience at the Grand Quay. Great location with fantastic views over Circular Quay to the Harbour Bridge; always busy and interesting. Rooms were sound-proofed, so one could retreat in from the balcony when quiet time was in order. We visited some of the best restaurants […] in Sydney and found most were in walking distance. To go further afield one just walked 100m from the hotel to catch the free bus down-town. Circular Quay train station provided access to destinations further afield. Staff were friendly and efficient, and they went the extra mile when we had to stay another night due to a medical emergency. When we left a toilet bag behind they also pulled out all stops to find it and send it to our home address. We will definitely put this hotel on our repeat visit list! Les mer

After hours of searching on the internet I chose the Grand Quay Hotel. I was worried that it wouldn't be all I had hoped for but when I arrived I was thrilled to discover that it fulfilled all my expectations and more. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The unit was large; plenty of drawers and closet space, well equiped kitchen, washer, […] dryer, large living/dining room, balacony over looking the ferry boats and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Stayed in a one bedroom Harbour view and it was spectacular. Never, ever got tired of the view of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House was just around the corner. Botanical Gardens lovely to walk through. Perfectly located in the Quay. Hotel was clean and staff professional and prompt. Airport transit train was easy to use and Circular Quay stop is […] within 5 minutes walk of the Hotel's front door. Easy to catch ferry to Darling Harbour for dinner. (Must have beef ribs at Hurricanes! But remember to book!) If you love live music go The Basement (check open hours). We were lucky enough to see Kate Cebrano live. Right next to Circular Quay, this hotel couldn't have been more convenient for all of Sydney's amazing sights. Our apartment faced Harbour Bridge, a view that took our breath away when we arrived at night, all lit up with Luna Park shimmering on the opposite side of the quay. The apartment itself was lovely. I had a disasterous travel experience during my recent business trip to Sydney - my flight was delayed due to mechanical problems with the plane so I missed a connection and then the airline lost my luggage. But the staff at the Quay Grand were very kind when I finally arrived and the suite's ammenities helped make up for the fact that I had no luggage […] for 36 hours. A warm bath, a hot cup of tea, and a bathrobe to lounge around in while taking in the breathtaking views of Sydney Harbor from my room - it all helped keep me sane and focused on my business while recovering from the travel. The hotel is more expensive than I usually choose for travel, but for this trip in particular it was well worth it. I will recommend this hotel to my company for future business travel and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone traveling in Sydney. Les mer

The Quay Grand is smack right on the Harbour, with great views of the Harbour Bridge, and we can even see the Sydney Opera House from the balcony! We paid for 1 night in advance cos our flight arrived at 6am, and requested the baby cot to be in the room before check in. Alas, when we got to the room at 7am it wasn't there and then we had to wait another […] 30 grumpy minutes for the cot to be wheeled in so the baby could sleep.... All the convenience is in the room - cooker, toaster, washing machine, dryer, even dishes and dishwasher. The only other gripes was the hot water coming on & off intermittently, and the bed was too soft - we got neck pain after the first night, and backache after the second..... On the whole the stay was great, but slightly more expensive than other surrounding hotels. Oh, and the convenience store just next door is fabulously overpriced! Loved the property. Everything was 10/10. Not stoked about paying $40 for valet parking (could be included in room price) but otherwise can't fault!! Highly recommended
