The Kings Port Inn was a wonderful B&B. Our room was so nice that it felt like we were staying in a top hotel chain accommodation. The staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Every night we went for coffee in the dinning area, and the hotel staff member, Christine was so nice,-- she went out of her way to make us a fresh pot of coffee if we felt […] the coffee was not just right! The room was spacious, with a beautiful king post bed, and the bathroom with jacuzzi and separate shower, looked like it was just remodeled. Would definitely go back again. PS: the location was also perfect-- it was walking distance to the beautiful and quaint town of Kennibunkport, with little specialty stores, coffee houses, eateries and galleries! Les mer

Great location ! Price was terrific . Ver clean. Hotel breakfast limited but very satisfying. . Short walk to good restaurants and shops. Touring and sight-seeing was incredible-all within a short distance. I wish they didn't roll up the sidewalks at 7PM though. Bring a good book.

We were satisfied. Our room was marvelouw,incuding the washroom and jacussi. It would be nice if there is a small fridge, expecially that the sorrounding restaurants were pricey catering to tourists... I like the decor and furniture. Breakfast was very nutritous and the person looking after us was so effiecient and fruendly. It was a reflection if excellent […] service. The reception area needs improvement, its light and cleanliness . I dropped some coins,and when I picked them up, it revealed how dusty the corners, floor and carpets (including the stairways) need shampooing . If we have a chance of going back to Kannebunk Port or if friends will ask us where to stay, we definetely will recommend Kings Port Inn. Les mer

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel could use some upgrades, but the location was great. We were in walking distance to town. The breakfast was a perk as well.

KBPT is one of our favorite spots to visit. This time, we attended an event at our favorite Brew Pub and relaxed for a couple of days. Only a one night stay but we would have been more than happy to stay on. Everything was spotless and the room was very well equipped. We were made to feel welcome and had the feeling that the staff really cared.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful about things to do in the area. The location of our rooms was great as we had our own 'private wing'. We were able to visit with family at a table just outside our doors without waking the baby. The rooms seemed clean but really needed updating badly.

For the price, this is an excellent choice when visiting Kennebunkport. Parking is great and you can walk to Dock Square in 5 minutes. The room eas clean although not very large. By river in Kennebunk, several good options for eating close by. Very nice breakfast including freshly cooked waffles. Staff on reception very helpful, polite and friendly.

This hotel is in a great location for the town of Kennebunkport. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and a great price. The entry door to our room was a sliding glass door so we had to be a little careful about privacy but no big deal. We had a great time!

The location of this hotel is excellent. You can walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and the overall appearance of the hotel was quite nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made dinner reservations for us and made great efforts to ensure our comfort. The jacuzzi was an added plus. Good location, walking distance to shops. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very central for exploring the maine coast line The breakfast room could do with decorating but other than that it was very good. The fact that all the hotels we visited had a computer for the guest use was great for keeping in touch with family and making further bookings

Hotel was great. Room was comfortable. Parked the car and did not move it entire stay, so close to shops in port. Only flaw was some cobwebs in corner ceiling in room.

Enjoyed our two-night stay. Only issue was relatively limited parking. The continental breakfast was excellent. The desk and breakfast room attendants were friendly and responsive to every request. And, the price was right. Would go back.

Loved it! People were So nice and when we told the lady we were on our Honeymoon, they upgraded our room to a king with double jacuzzi!

The building is a bit plan compared to some of the old sea captain's houses, but the room was well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right in the heart of Kennebunkport with shopping, restaurants and the harbor close by. The beach is a 1 mile drive or walk and parking is by permit. The hotel charges $5 for a permit. I booked the jacuzzi suite for my girls only annual trip with my small daughter. It was very reasonably priced. Since there is no pool we were able to enjoy hanging out in our jacuzzi tub instead every night and it was a blast! The room is small but comfortable. The only odd thing is the nook area with the table and chairs which is cute but your head […] may hit the lowered ceiling if you are not careful. The whole room was very clean everyday. The jacuzzi and double shower area was nicer than the pictures. The free breakfast was really fine for us except we couldnt get down before 10am most days. But, the day we did we got down at 9:55am and everything was still out and we were greeted by a genuine, warm smile by the kind lady working it. She even asked if we needed anything more (after 10!!!) before she began putting things away. My daughter and I found enough options to satisfy us. There is a super cheap but really delicious breakfast place down the street if you miss it. ("All Day Breakfast") Everyone at the desk was very friendly and when I pressured them for dinner suggestions they were on point and patient with my picky taste. I encountered both a young woman and a (very) young man who were most helpful. Quite a delightful, restful, fun stay. Our room was on the third floor no elevator but I can accept that. Les mer

My wife and I do an overnight trip every 3 to 6 months. This was the cleanest and most accommodating room and staff that we have seen in a very long time.Even the shower room with 2 shower heads an a jacuzzi was a treat. The staff was superb.
