Suites on South Beach - Miami Beach

Super beliggenhet i Collins Ave, rett bak Ocean DR. 3 min til strand. Subway 10 meter unna. Store rom til dette område å være, med gigant senger om dere velger 2 twin senger. Ikke sol og ikke balkong på noen rom. Ville heller bod her, enn i Ocean DR, grunnet mye støy i den gaten.

Hotellet har en flott lokalitet. Rommene har dog en frostet glassdør, noe som gjør at det aldri blir helt mørkt på rommet om natten. I tillegg er svært lytt! Dersom disse to tingene ikke plager der, kan hotellet anbefales.

Fine rom og god beliggenhet. Hadde ingen problem med å få sove her. Det har vel litt sammenheng med hvem resten av klientellet er.

Suites on South Beach var en fin opplevelse for oss den uken vi var der. Personale hjalp oss med det vi måtte ha spørsmål om - skyss til de største kjøpesentrene (mot betaling) og samarbeidet med en av aktørene som tilbudte forskjellige turer i disktriktet. Hotellet i seg selv fortjener mer enn de 2 stjernene da det både var svært god service og pene […] rom - akkuratt som bildene viser! 4 minutter å gå til stranden, 2 minutter til supermarked, flere kafeer og restauranter rett utenfor døren, og 4-5 kvartaler til Lincoln Road Mall - en gågate med et titalls kafeer og restauranter og butikker alt fra elektro, Guess? og Applestore. My friend and I arrived late. We stayed two nights. The room was spacious and clean, though there isn't a daily clean up as part of the room. The room had quite a large fridge so if you're looking to saving money this is a great amenity. I liked the proximity to the beach, Lincoln Road and Espanola Way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff was extremely accomodating. The rooms are perfect: clean, large, updated and comfortable. The hotel was so close to the beach and the best of the nightlife.

The room was huge. It had plenty of room and was overall comfortable, clean, and close to everything. My biggest issue was that they had lights on in the courtyard that made it look like it was early morning the entire night. After staying in 3 very nice 4 star Radisson and Marriott hotels on our holiday I was concerned that this would ruin our experience on the last night. I had read lots of mixed reviews and on arrival thought what have I booked here when I met the tattooed men at the front desk who looked like they would be more at home in a garage! The hotel sucked! Back door opened to garbage cans in alley. Noisy all night. Had to wait half an hour to check out. Girl was at breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location in south beach. The rooms were pretty much clean and spacious however not as spacious as you would expect from looking at the pictures. It was noisy as you can hear ppl passing by your door or doors slamming. I would recommend this hotel to couples or younger people which want to have a good time and don't want to […] spend a lot of time in their room, so not recommendable for families. The staff was so so, the cleaning ladies however a little nicer and tried to be as accomodating as possible. i booked for double bed, but they gave me only one full bed :( . The room was very small, only the refrigerator looks big. Disappointed !

Great staff !!! Newly renovated rooms are clean and modern, no problem with the "green light" other people mentioned, I believe new doors solved that issue.... Comfortable, new feel to the room !!! Suites is spacious and close to everything in South Beach. The kitchenette is convenient and the extra closet space was helpful when sharing a room with 3 other adults. Don't expect great views or quite AC...but considering the cost of South Beach, Suites is a bargain. The bathrooms were clean and fully functional and the staff was helpful.

The hotel itself is in a convenient location. While staying here there was no need for a car because everything was located within the facility...clubs, beach, & food. The front desk staff was really friendly & helpful; & so was the cleaning staff but they chose the most annoying time to start cleaning and making loud noise right outside your window. […] The walls of the hotel were very thin, noises of people walking on the floor above you can be heard at all times of the day. Room was clean and exceptionally spacious. Had a separate kitchen with a full fridge, bathroom with a walk-in closet. Steps from the Art Deco district, beach and shopping.

Excellent stay at the hotel. The representatives were very accommodating and helpful. The location is a walk away from the beach, restaurants, shops, clubs. The fact that it has a kitchenette was a plus since we were travelling with a baby. All in all a good experience and I would stay here again.

We ended up with what seemed like a disabled bathroom without anyone asking or informing us of it, and our bed was horrible. As we weren't staying for long we didn't care to complain, however our bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and backed right onto an ally way. hotel elervators are horrible, problem with front desk answering the phone,no one ever answers phone in housekeeping i needed clean towels took over two hrs to get them showers in room differcult to work need some kind of instruction in bathroom. and what are those thing sticking up in the pool i stumped my toe twice in the pool

The room and location were great, but the toliet was broke and it took a day to fix it. The help desk said they could not guarantee the room category based on my reservation from Hotels.com. To save face they offered me a room upgrade which turned to be the deluxe suite. I would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing on all levels television not working Internet not working telephone not working had to change rooms 3 times waited 1hour 20 minutes for car when we checked out after being told 10 minutes hotel put $60.00 hold on credit card for 3 days Suite it was not no sitting Area but it did have kitchenette area balcony had no chairs and no room for […] chairs . Impossible to take a nap durning the day.. Every time a door closes everyone can hear it. At night it's fine, which is what we needed.

My only gripe is that one day our room wasn't cleaned. We asked the housekeeping to come back in an hour and they left for the day. Other than that, it was in a great location and the staff was accommodating to our needs. I would recommend Suites on South Beach to a friend for sure. Most bang for your buck!

This hotel was perfect for our needs, the location cannot be beat, you are 1 block away from the beach, and all the nightclubs, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Housekeeping was great, our room was cleaned everyday thoroughly and always smelled good - the front desk also did a great job, they allowed us to check-in early free of charge […] and held our bags the next day since our flight was in the evening, all in all we were very impressed with this property, it doesn't look like a hotel but more like your own apartment which was really cool - whenever we visit Miami we will make sure to stay here again! Nice location, but the rooms are very noisy, you can hear every thing thats going on outside. Also no late check out option, I had to pay one full night price for few hours extra since my flight was at 8 pm.

This is basically an updated motel, just off South Beach. The location and the layout means that it's a very, very noisy place to stay - especially at the weekend. The motel-style layout meant that neither of my daughters was very comfortable sleeping in a double room by trhemselves. We loved this hotel! The locations is great... the staff was wonderful, friendly and very accomodating. Room had a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Overall it exceeded our expectations. The only issue if you are a light sleeper, the street noise is a little loud.

Stay here if you want to be woken by groups of armed New Jersey mafia dons at 5am, destroying hotel and bringing in 50 or more people. Only one person working at the hotel during the night, would not call police or take any action. Terrifying!
