Watermark Hotel Brisbane - Spring Hill

Facilities reasonably old, location isolated, service very ordinary specially the dinner , there were 6 other guest in for dinner, it took almost an hour plus before I was served with my dinner, the price I paid for the stay and the service given will not see me back, I will look around

I am totally not happy with the condition of my room and its design. If I am asked to rate the hotel's cleanliness I would give 2 out of 10. I will never come back to Brisbane Watermark hotel and also never recommend it to my friends. It was terrible stay.

This hotel is well located for Roma Street parklands, Brisbane Grammar School, St Andrews hospital, and local hotel that offers great meals. Parking available. ..

Impressed with the staff at reception, bar & restaurant. Watermark is conveniently located to the City and Spring Hill restaurants. The only negative point is the fact that some nearby apartment blocks have residents who we considered to be of direputable nature and walking in the side streets was not a good experience. Staff freindly and helpful. Rooms are nice , but bathroom was very old and tired without a suitable shower.

Just short n sweet Every thing was great No faults at all oh only may be 1 minor thing i missed I fogot the I phone dock so that would a been handy!! Not hard at all to get into or out of the hotel either as with some others around the City! Didnt eat there But the Beer was cold!! Happy Me!! All good 4.99 Stars

I was certainly disappointed. The photos of the rooms on the website were nothing like the room we stayed in. There are three room choices and three different photos of rooms at the hotel. Unfortunately, the photos are better than the real thing. Otherwise our stay was fine.

We do not recommend this hotel. We stayed there for one night (phew) and found it a very uncomfortable experience. It had been advertised as a recently renovated hotel- so although it did not look too good on the outside, we thought it would be different in the inside. However, it appeared that all that they had done was put a new bed in and update […] the TV. The bathroom was the worst- cracked tiles and a terrible finish made us want to have very short showers! The hotel is located next to a very busy road- we found it hard to sleep as it was very noisy. We checked out at 6am the next day so we could get out of there as soon as possible! Les mer

the room was awsome as waas the bufet breakfast, my only issue with the room was that the remote control wasnt labled very clearly and the batteries were very low...but our overall stay was wonderful thank you :)

The hotel was nice, they had 24 hour front desk service and a business center with free internet. The location was close enough to downtown. Like many of the Australian hotels we found there was no fan in the bathroom so the showers tended to be moldier than they should be. The hotel room was nice and modern though. Parking in the garage under the hotel […] cost $14 a day, but we think on the weekends we could have parked on the street somewhere for free. The hotel was on a busy intersection but was quiet enough. Les mer

Hotel had great staff and services were good.

The Watermark Hotel in Brisbane, Australia - the price is very reasonable. We had 2 queen size beds in the room. Unfortunately our balconany looked over a back laneway and each of the 4 mornings we were there we were woken up by loud garbage trucks at around 6.00 am in the morning. Front desk did not clearly explain expenses e.g. did not tell us that parking was not free.not happy to be told a $30 fee was to be paid on leaving. Had to wait for downpayment to be put back in account for 24 hours and this should have been explained upon arrival.

The location was very good within leisurely walking distance to the CBD, Shopping Malls, Parks and the Brisbane River. That said even more convenient was access to the free public transport Spring Hill Loop Bus Service with the bus stop practically outside the front of the Hotel. Locally there was a couple of cafe's and a pub and the Hotel is opposite […] a beautiful park. Reasonable rates for a good location. I had a Superior Room which was very clean and more than comfortable, comfy beds, good pillows (I certainly had a good nights sleep), good size TV, good size bathroom with bath and shower, well stocked mini-bar (pricey though as is the norm) but plenty of tea and coffee provided. Nice Restaurant, good cooked breakfast. Although continental breakfast needs much improving, there was no slices of cooked meats or any cheeses, no yogurts or whole fruits (just tinned fruits) all as you would normally get in a Euorpean style Continental Breakfast. Helpful Staff. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other travellers. Les mer

公園が目の前にあり、立地環境はいいが、回りにスーパーがなく、セブンイレブンと韓国食材店なので、割高。ホテルの湯沸かし器が古く、錆びていて、お湯が沸かなかったが、部屋は広く、清潔で快適。

Lähellä kaikkia palveluja ja liikenneyhteyksiä. Hotellissa oma Fuusio-ruokaa tarjoileva ravintola. Vieressä tutustumisen arvoinen ja upea Roma Street Park.

Lorsque vous sortez de Roma Street Station et que vous partez à la recherche de votre hôtel, vous pouvez couper par l'Enoggera Park. Ça vous annonce tout de suite la couleur, une ville propre, verte et où il fait bon vivre. Arrivé à l'hôtel, l'accueil est chaleureux et la chambre très confortable.

Hôtel très mal isolé des bruits de la circulation routière (absence de joint sur la porte vitrée qui donne sur la rue et absence de vitrage d'isolation phonique).
