Et greit hotell med store rom og med alle fasiliteter vi trengte som internett på rommet, safe og minibar. Om du sover lett om natten, er det greit å vite at det var en del bråk fra veien. Hotellet var bare noen få år gammelt, men allerede er det begynt å bli litt småslitt. Ellers var rommene rene og personalet hyggelige.

The hotel is a good tourist class hotel with good proximity to the city of Florence. The hotel offer free bikes for hire and internet. Internet connection is not very fast but good enough for news update and email. Breakfast is OK. Cheese, ham, rolls, fruit, coffe, tea, juice and sweet cakes. It takes around 5-10 minutes to walk from the railwaystation, […] but the passage is partly not good due to high traffic and also how the cars are parked. This hotel is exactly advisable. usually hotels in the Florence are quite old, old is means everything is old like beds, decoration, carpets etc. But this hotel is not like this. Hotel Leonardo Da Vinci was about a 5min walk from the train station and 15 min into town. There's not much by the hotel but it is tidy and comfortable.

Very new hotel in the central location, pleasant staff, nice food for breakfast, they agreed to change our room at once, after we complained that is noisy from the street, which we very much appreciated. No complaints. I recommend it

We were a family of four so can only comment on the room accomodating four people (one double and two single beds). When we came, it is only a 10 minute walk from the train station (as long as you exit on the south side, which is on the right if your back is to the tracks at the SMN train station). Very easy to find. Neighborhood is very safe, at least […] on the path to the city center (cant comment on the rest since we didnt explore). Lobby is clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a pitcher of hot water when we asked to make some tea. We were tired and came at a late hour and came when no restaurants nearby were open so at least wanted to make some tea we had brought. Some of the reviews had complained of the rooms being dirty but ours was great. Shower and bathroom were small but very clean so acceptable and we didnt come to spend time in the room. Had a safe, small fridge and enough storage. We could hear noise from the neighbor's kids who were paticularly loud, I dont think thin walls were the problem. Could barely hear the trains, so no complaints there. Free internet access in two computers downstairs. Breakfast was fine, with limited boiled or scrambled eggs and fruit but lots of pastries, bread, yogurt and coffee types. The hotel is 10 mins away from the station in the opposite direction as the city, but u could get to the city center in 20-25 mins walking at a leisurely pace. Hotel can also quickly call for cabs. A comfortable hotel with a warm welcome and well-equiped spacious rooms

It was quite a good and appealing hotel. Food was good (we only had breakfast there though). quite good location (10 minutes walk from santa maria novella station). Pity that one has to pay to use the sauna =( Overall, it could deserve a fourth star =)

Room was nice and spacious. Equally nice continental breakfast. About 7-8 minute walk from the main Firenza/Florence SMN railway station and the starting point of the Hop-On/Off tour bus. Location: The hotel is located off the beaten path north of the St Maria Novella train station. It is walking distance from the train station for about 10 minutes but lacks foot traffic in the area so it is better not to walk there when it is dark. The area does not "appear" to be a good area so please be aware. You can walk to the Duomo from the train […] station in about 15 minutes so if you consider 25 minutes of walking to the main attraction reasonable then it should be no problem. I personally like more of a lively neighbourhood with more tourists as it feels safer and this hotel lacks that vibe. Hotel: The check in process was smooth and the front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Ask for a Florence map here bc we could not find any free maps at the train station. The wifi requires a different username and password for access and it is not easy to type. You also need different username and password every day. It also disconnects you often so you have to retype the difficult username and password many times. Very inconvenient and the connection is also spotty. Breakfast was decent with croissants and coldcuts. No hot food. The lobby has white leather couches that probably used to be crisp white but now, it was all worn down which did not provide a good first impression of the hotel. Room: The hallway and our room reeked with strong cleaning chemicals when we arrived and it gave us a headache. We opened the huge window to try to neutralize the smell and it took awhile. We have never asked a hotel for no housekeeping but we did for this hotel bc we simple could not stand the thought of another day of headache. The room decor was simple and modern. However, it seemed a bit rundown and not well maintained. The tv was super small and old style. You can tell the sophistication of a hotel by the tvs that are placed in their rooms and frankly, we were not impresses. My husband and I were in Florence for two nights and really enjoyed the Da Vinci hotel. The staff spoke excellent English and our room was very clean and comfortable. (We requested more pillows, and it was definitely more comfortable.) The bathroom was very spacious with a large shower and great water pressure. 15일동안 유럽여행하면서 5개 호텔에 묵었는데 그 중 가장 마음에 든 호텔이었습니다. 우선 숙박객에는 와이파이가 무료!!입니다.(호텔에서 흔치 않은 일이죠) 그리고 외관은 허름해보이는데 리모델링을 한것인지 안은 굉장히 모던하고 깔끔합니다. 모든 시설 최신식이구요, 직원들도 친절합니다. 체크인할 때 피렌체 지도주면서 주요 관광지 모두 표시해주고 가는 길 설명해줍니다. 저는 예약할 때 웰컴드링크 포함이라 조식먹는 레스토랑 겸 바에서 맥주 한 잔씩 마셨구요, 자전거와 우산도 무료로 빌려줍니다. 위치는 역에서 도보 7분 정도 걸리는데 역에서 주요 관광지 방향이 아니라 그 반대 방향으로 걸어야해서 관광지에서 다니기에는 조금 멀게 […] 느껴질 수도 있지만 피렌체 자체가 작은 도시라 불편하지 않았습니다. 3성이지만 로마에서 묵었던 4성 호텔보다 좋았습니다. 신혼여행객에도 추천합니다! La atención del desk es muy eficiente. Tanto el desayuno como la cena del Hotel son de muy buena calidad y abundancia

El hotel esta muy bien para ser un hotel de tres estrellas, las habitaciones son muy cómodas. La gente de la recepción es muy amable y muy atenta, el único punto negativo es que el tren se escucha un poco y el desayuno podría ser un poco mas variado.-

Hotel bem localizado, confortável e bom serviço. Deixou a desejar com a recepção. Para alcançar o elevador tem que subir escadas, e não havia ninguém do hotel para ajudar com as malas. No conjunto, o hotel é bom. Recomendo.

Al abandonar l hotel me cobraron 18 € de tasas ( 6 por dia de estancia ) del ayuntamiento, habiendo pagado previamente el hotel más las tasas a Hoteles.com

Hatten uns für das Hotel entschieden, weil es einen Parkplatz (15,-Euro) anbietet. Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist zwar ganz günstig, aber so lala, wenn man dort am Abend unterwegs ist... (Bahnhofsgegend eben...) Ansonsten machte das Hotel nicht mehr den allerneuesten Eindruck, ist aber OK, vor allem für einen Stadturlaub.

Positiv überrascht hat uns, dass wir bereits um 10:30 Uhr unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Auf Anfrage bekamen wir an der Rezeption kostenlos wireless Codes für unsere Smartphones. Äusserst negativ war der lausige Service während des Frühstücks. nettes, komfortables Hotel, sehr sauber, ansprechendes Ambiente, leider nur bedingte Zentrumsnähe, dafür aber nahe zum Bahnhof. Supergutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer vielbefahrenen Einbahnstraße, was aber nicht stört, wenn man den ganzen Tag über aktiv in Florenz zu Gange ist. Die Einrichtung ist wie im Angebot beschrieben, die Klima-Anlage erleichtert bei sommerlichen Temperaturen den Aufenthalt ungemein. Frühstücksbuffet (im Preis inbegriffen) ist reichlich, Abendessen ebenfalls seinen […] Preis mehr als wert. (Über dem Restaurant ist ein Wasserbecken mit Zierfischen!) Praktisch ist der Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist nüchtern, da in Bahnhofsnähe, was man aber nach Betreten des Hotels sofort vergisst. Fussweg zum Zentrum knappe zehn MInuten. Super für einen angenehmen aufenthalt, bei dem man Florenz perfekt erleben kann. Les mer

Hôtel parfait! Sachant qu'il bénéficie d'un parking surveillé, cet hôtel est idéalemment situé et nous avons mon amie et moi-même pu parcourir la ville très facilement à pied. A deux pas (vraiment) de la gare de train, il ne faut pas hésiter si vous venez en train, si vous venez en voiture ou en avion, le constat est le même... parfait. Bref, service […] disponible et personnel très bien, endroit sûr, confort top, ville sublime. Pour ce que ça intéresse... le buffet du petit déjeuner et très complet hormis pour les amateurs d'oeufs et de saucisses... pour cela il vous faudra demander, mais après avoir demandé, vous l'aurez ^^.
