Embassy Suites Hotel - Waikiki Beach Walk - Honolulu

Enjoyed the hotel. Stayed in the two room suite. Good size and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location, mins to beach. Staff was so friendly, always greeting guests with an "aloha" and always willing to help. Breakfast was good. Alot of the same things day after day though. Advertised as made to order, but that was only an omelette. Room was clean […] and well stocked. My only complaint would be the room service, the ladies did a good job but were usually very late and one day didn't show up at all. Hawaii time I guess! Would definitely stay again. Les mer

Beautifully styled hotel. Location is perfect. The wonderful breakfast makes up for not being on the beach. So close to the beach you think you are right there! The staff and customer service are 5 star. Will definitely staff there again.

free breakfest ... horrrible. birds were eating people fod on table next to me i seen roaches in hotel toilet broke twice food room service horrible though fast service whole entire pool was closed half the day. then next mornng the jacuzzi was closed half the day!

This is the 2nd time I have booked this hotel in the last year.I am particular where my family stays. The Embassy Suites is well located..easy access to the beach, shopping & Starbucks. The rooms do need updating however they were clean & comfortable. If you stay make sure your room is NOT by the elevator as it woke us up very early every morning. The breakfast was excellent however the 'snacks' at the Manager's Reception left a lot to be desired

You are not beachfront here and many of the rooms do not look at the water. The staff is wonderful, yet the building design below floor 6 has no view of the water even if you are on the water facing side. The building across the street would be lovely to look at if you were in NYC, yet the walk to the beach is short and the breakfast included makes […] up for this. Also, if you ask, there are boogie boards and beach stuff you can use at the front desk for no charge. The staff here is very kind and only want you to enjoy your vacation. Good hotel in central location between many stores and restaurants. We stayed with our four year-old daughter and enjoyed our time iat Embassy suites. The hotel has large and comfortable roomes, we liked the complimentary breakfast. The tour booking service was very friendly, helpful and and convenient.

The Embassy Suites is conveniently located and very comfortable and is not overcrowded especially around the pool.

Once again we did not get rooms we ordered. My family were on 2 different floors. Floor 1 and floor 10. We were told hotel was booked and we were lucky we hadf rooms. Also were told we should have booked direct and not through Hotels.com

We had booked two rooms with ocean view. Did not get these rooms and were floors apart. Service was rude

We stayed ina few hotels in Waikiki, and this is by far the best when travelling with kids.

We really enjoyed our 11 night stay. Hotel is in a good area & is very close to the beach. It was great to have the "Complimentary Breakfast and Managers Reception". There was plenty of choice at Breakfast. I would have liked some Muesli though, but the Omelet station where you chose your fillings was excellent and very popular. The Managers reception […] brought all the guests once again together, which is great in a large Hotel. It of course was very popular. We actually met & talked to other guests. You could drink whatever you liked & they definitely gave you full strength drinks. Some nights they had entertainment, from singers, dancers to a fantastic "Hula" show. There was dips, corn chips, pretzels ,nuts etc to soft drinks for the children . We had a very nice 1 bedroom suite with partial ocean views which was lovely. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The staff were all very nice, happy and helpful. Parking is $30 , valet only & an added expense. There are lots of nice shops below , ABC shops everywhere & it is only a short walk to Waikiki Beach. We walked to Ala Moana Shopping Center & even to Diamond Head. There are lots of little trolley buses at cheap prices if you don't like to walk, but this hotel is very central. The weather is so nice and warm with the tradewinds keeping it very pleasant. My husband & I flew back to Australia at lunchtime ,but my daughter was catching a flight in the evening to California so she was able to stay on using the resort facilities. Her luggage was taken care of & she was given use of a hospitality room to shower & change for her flight. I read all the reviews on Embassy Suites & we were not disappointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there & would recommend it to all.We hope to return one day. Les mer

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. I loved the open lobby! At check-in my husband and I were greeted with complimentary fresh juice. The hotel also offered us an umbrella for our use during our stay (the first day was rainy). The suites are very comfortable and spacious. Both seating area and bedroom have TV's and there is plenty of storage […] space. Bedroom had a vanity and living room had a wet bar w/fridge and microwave. The lobby has a person specifically to help you book any activities you would like during your stay. This was very helpful to us and we were able to plan our weekly activities there. The complimentary breakfasts were great! There was variety and the made-to-order omelettes were delicious. The pool is very shallow (4ft at deepest) but we didn't spend much time there as the beach was just a short walk away! I also liked the fitness center equipment, all the treadmills/ellipticals had their own tv monitors. The hotel is right in the middle of great shopping and restaurants. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful bell-captain, then by a helpful lady at the check-in desk, who at 11am gave us the key to our 2 bedroom suite 4 hours ahead of the normal check-in time. The suite was just what we needed for our 1 night layover before the long flight […] back to Perth, Australia. It was perfect for a family of 4, with a lounge area as well in which to watch the Royal Wedding! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean and well-equipped. The concierge were extremely helpful, and gave us a lot of information about what sights to see in just a few hours. They even managed to secure us a table at Roys for that night during peak hours. They organised a limo to take us to USS Arizona, and told us where to go to take the kids surfing. The breakfast next day was perfect for what we needed - nothing fancy. The location of the hotel was amazing - ok it's not beachfront, but we only slept in our hotel. Fantastic being next to all the best shopping. All in all a really good choice for a hotel in Waikiki. This hotel is an excellent choice. It's very central in Waikiki and the staff are all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet and daily manager's reception was great value. I would definitely stay here on our next Hawaiian vacation.

From the moment we checked in, it felt like this hotel was designed from the ground-up to cater to families with young kids. Our's (2 & 4) had great fun at the pool (although it was a bit cold) while mom and dad could sit in the hot tub and easily keep an eye on them. The included breakfast in the morning is not your typical "free continental breakfast", […] but rather it is a very full selection of pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, fruit medley, breads, and miso soup. Great location; clean, sizable, comfortable, simple, standard Embassy Suites rooms; great pool; great breakfast; friendly staff. Completely comfortable for those like us really needing a second "room for the kids." Only wish we could have stayed longer!

As a famliy of 4 from Australia who just did 2 weeks on the West Coast, this was the best of any hotel we stayed in. It was outside peak (October) so reasonably quiet. Everyone friendly. Service great and yes happy hour attended most nights. Breakfast more than suitable. Booked a taxi thru the hotel to get to the airport for our departure...and got […] a stretch limo at the same price. My kids (and wife) were nearly beside themselves. What a finish to one of the best holidays ever. More than happy to say that Embassy Suites, the location, the room (pay the extra and get the Ocean View - you won't regret it) and also an excellent gym were all awesome. An excellent family friendly hotel which was perfect for a family with three teenagers. The full breakfast every morning helped make the vacation less hassle free and enjoyable for all. For light sleepers, however, some loud boisterous noises from outside after midnight.

This is a great hotel for families greater than 4 people since this hotel offers 2 bed-room suites (one bed room with a king size bed, one with two queen beds and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room). This weekend at the hotel was outstanding from the first moment you walk into the hotel the staff showed awesome customer service and attentiveness to me. The facility was amazing and the area was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I was very impressed by this hotel. The service was impeccable from the reception staff, to the porters to the entertainment desk, the cleaning staff and especially the staff who man the buffet eating area. The buffet is free so I wouldn't have expected the great service as the staff weren't really looking for tips just trying to be super helpful. On […] one occassion I was stuck at the table with my 5mth old as my husband was getting his food from the buffet, one of the staff came up to me to ask if I would like a drink and grabbed me a juice - from a Buffet??Unheard of back home!! The suites are elegantly furnished but still has the Hawaiian theme. I loved the mini- kitchen with the microwave, sink and coffee maker. I was able to sterilise my baby's bottles which was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel. The location is great. Since I was in Hawaii 9 years ago the Waikiki has been renovated and where the hotel is located on Beachwalk is very lovely with great shops and restaurants. Right across the road from the hotel is the walkway to go directly to the beach. There's a little sandy beach and the water is beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel for the location, the amenities, the yummy buffet breakfast and the spacious rooms. Les mer

ホテルのスペックやサービス品質もそこそこに、コストパフォーマンスを重視する方向けのホテルです。ファミリーレストランのホテル版といったところでしょうか。スイーツが標準ですので、子供をベットに寝かせていても、親は別室でくつろげます。それ以外は食事もアメニティもまぁまぁ。ハッピーアワー（レセプション）も朝食も無料なのもそこそこで、家族向けにはうれしいサービスです。最寄の海岸もワイキキではなくて、フォールトデラッシーですから、これまたファミリー向け。パパママには非常に過ごしやすいホテルです。

滞在中に、日本人のスタッフのリーダーという方が朝食中に挨拶に来られたので、帰国前に掃除機（衣類圧縮するため）をかりたいとお願いをしていたのですが、フロントには伝わってなくて、大変困りました。申し送りが出来ていないようで、一から説明し、やっとかりれたら、ハウスキーパーの方の前でやるように言われ、ずっと監視されているみたいで、とても嫌でした。ホテルの立地条件や部屋の広さは充分でした。

滞在中に人数が減るため事前に2ベッドの予約と1ベッドの予約をとりました。こちらの予約は後半の1ベッドルームの予約でした。 部屋移動の当日予定があり、チェックアウトとチェックインの間に時間があいてしまうので前日支配人の奥様が朝食時回ってみえた時に相談したおかげか、フラタワー20階の一番海側の景色のいいお部屋に充ててもらい大変満足でした。(予約は1ベッドルームオーシャンビュー) 水曜日？の夜には花火のおまけもつきました。 事前のリサーチ不足で色々調べたかったことも3階のパソコンルームで日本語で検索できたので助かりました。プリントアウトもスムーズにできましたし。 隣のフットネスルームもとてもすいていました。 朝食付きも朝からあれこれ探し回らなくてよくたくさん食べられるので助かりました。ただ待ち […] 時間が長いときもあるので時間をずらすなど工夫すると良いと思います。 不都合だと思ったのは3階と4階の行き来をするにもエレベーターを使わなくてはならなかったことです。(階段はあるのですが普段は使えないようでした。) あと歯ブラシやブラシ、シャワーキャップなどは付いていませんので必要ならチェックインのときに言っておくといいと思います。(付いているのは石けんとシャンプー・リンスのみ) 華やかさはないかもしれませんが、家族連れにはとても居心地のいいホテルでした。日本人もたくさんいましたよ。 Les mer

このホテルのとっても良いところは、朝ご飯と夕方のマネージャーズレセプションでした。　お酒は、いろんな種類があって、とっても美味しかったです。 要望は、高層階でしたが、プールサイドの４階でした。 でも結局は、とっても便利（移動にエレベーターを使わなくて済んだ）でした。 ただし、お部屋の排水が悪く、お風呂に入るとすぐお湯が溜まってきてしまうところでした。　総支配人の奥様（日本人）が、朝ご飯の時に不便はないかと聞いてきてください、要望を出しましたが、結局は直らずでした。 あと、ワイキキビーチに行きたい人には少々遠いので、大変ですが、ホテルのまわりは静かでしたし、とっても快適に過ごす事ができ満足しております。

家族５人(大人２・子供２・幼児１)で利用しました。到着した日は混んでいたようで、部屋指定ナシでしたので・・・５階を割り当てれ・・・ハイフロアを希望しましたが空いておらずダメでした。 しかし翌日からは最上階を用意して頂き、とても充実した10日間を過ごすことが出来ました。部屋は２部屋あるので広くのんびり出来ました。朝食もついていて・・・子供連れには楽チンです。朝食時に日本人女性が色々聞いて回ってくれているので・・・困ったことやお願いを快く聞いてくださりとても良かったです。(うちはタオルを多く入れて頂きました。) 夕方のマネージャーズレセプションでは・・・気さくなバーテンの方達にお酒を作って頂き・・・子供達もパイナップルジュースにはまりバーテンの方のパフォーマンスに大喜びしながら楽しんでいました。 […] チップだけで美味しいお酒が飲めるのは最高です。 人それぞれ感じるサービスの善し悪しは違うとおもいますが・・・うちの家族は大変満足して帰国しましたので・・・次回も是非！エンバシーに泊まりたいと思います。 Les mer

歯ブラシと歯磨きは有りませんでした。 部屋は快適でしたが、ビーチがないので、ビーチでゆっくりとすごしたい人にはお勧めできません。

今回は息子の高校受験のお祝いに奮発をしてこちらのホテルを予約しました。このホテルはすごくいいホテルでした。HIfloorにして欲しいとリクエストしたら24Fにしてもらい、少しだけ海が見えましたが、満足の部屋でした。 ベットもキングサイズで十分な大きさでソファーもベットになるのでゆっくりできました。ただタオルが３枚ずつしかなくて、メモ書きを残したのですが答えてもらえず、最後の一日の朝食の時にオーナー夫人のユミコさんに対応していただいて解消しましたが、もう少し早くお会いしていればと… またハワイに行った際はぜひエンバシーに泊まりたいです。　　ありがとうございました。

ハワイでの娘の結婚式の為はじめて利用しました。ハワイへは１０回ほど来ていますが、今までで一番満足しました。朝食のサービス、夕刻のフリードリンクサービスなどは大変助かりました。朝食時にオーナーの奥さんが宿泊客にリクエストを聞いて回り、すぐにサービスに反映させるなどハワイ初体験です。部屋も広く、とてもきれいです。最近のワイキキの喧噪な雰囲気と違って、大変リラックスできました。バレットパーキングも家族連れには、利用しやすかったです。ただ滞在中に２回ほどネットがつながらない日があり、仕事のメールなどリアルタイムでのやり取りができなくなり、少々焦りました。次回をたのしみしています。
