Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Disneyland Paris tiltrekker seg barn i alle aldre. Det ligger i Marne-la-Vallée, 25 km øst for byen. Området består av Disneyland Park, Magic Kingdom delt inn i fem etter tema, og Walt Disney Studios. Seks hoteller og underholdningssenteret Disney Village ligger rett utenfor parken. Bruk RER Linje A mellom Paris sentrum og Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy stasjon ved inngangen til parken. Reisen tar 40 minutter. Eurostar kjører direkte fra London.

"Ferie 2011"
Hotellet ligger i fin beliggenhet i forhold til Disneyparkene. Men det bærer preg av å være slitt. I treningsrommet fungerte ingen av apparatene. Allikevel greit for to dager, hvor vi i utgangspunktet bare skulle sove og tilbringe dagene i Disneyparkene. "Greit hotell"
Bodde på hotellet i tre dager i forbindelse med besøk i Disney parkene. Hotellet lå noe lenger unna parkene enn vi hadde forstått, så vi var avhengig av transport for å komme oss til og fra. "Hotel Residence du Parc"
Ble møtt av hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Rommene var helt greie. Passer bra for barnefamiler da rommen har kjøkken og badekar. Muligheter for å vaske klær i felles vaskerom. Bassenget var ok. Fra hotellet så er det 3.5 km til Disneyland. Anbefaler hotellet for de som resier med bil.

"Perfekt for familier"
Hotellet er perfekt for familier som reiser med bil. Veldig stille område, med kort vei til Disney og et kjøpesenter. Rommet var rent. Men air condition anlegget fungerte ikke og det ble til tider ekstremt varmt der inne. Wi fi var også ganske ustabilt og fungerte bare til tider. Jeg vil eller anbefale hotellet dersom disse tjeneste var i orden.
"Parc de Recident - Det enkle er ofte det beste"
Rommet var rent og flott. Bassenget var tømt, fordi det var for kaldt til å bade. Frokosten bestod av søt mat, som croissanter med og uten sjokolade, pariserloff og syltetøy med juice, kaffe og melk. Savnet salt til froskost. Det er ingenting å gjøre på rundt hotellet, og vi måtte i buss for å komme oss til sentrum som lå 2-3 km unna. Buss fungerte […] godt, og hotellets minibuss, kjørte oss for 5 euro, mens taxi tok opp mot 15 euro. Vi har storkost oss de 4 dagene vi var på hotellet, og betjeningen var hyggelig og gjestfri, men de slet litt med å snakke engelsk. Det viktigste var at de prøvde så godt de kunne. Les mer
"Nær Disneyland"
Helt ok avstand til Disneyparkene, ikke gåavstand med mindre det skal være en del av opplevelsen. Hotellet har en minibuss som du kan melde deg på kvelden i forveien. Hyggelig betjening og sjåfør. Kjempefint med eget kjøkken på rommet, litt kjedelig med bare franske kanaler på TV'en. togstasjonen ligger v inngangen til parkene, m togmuligheter i alle […] retninger. Ca 30 min m lokaltog til Paris. 10 min hurtigtog til flyplassen (CDG). NB! Sjekk togtider for denne, IKKE flytog. Eneste minus måtte være at det ikke finnes butikk i nærheten, med dog veldig kort kjøretur til nord-Frankrikes største kjøpesenter Val de Europe. Ville def. bodd der igjen :). Les mer
"Helt greit"
Rommet var støvete, men framsto som rent ellers. Bodde dær i fem netter , skulle ønske di bytta på senga en gang under oppholdet, men, men. Fine forhold for å bade i bassenget i bakgåren:) Du må rengne me å betale 13-15 euro når du ska nån plass, handle/disneyland ol. men alt i alt helt ok Hotell.
"Bra for bilferie!"
Med togstasjon lett tilgjengelig, og parkering på Disney 4 minutter unna, var hotellet ypperlig for oss på bilferie. Kjekt med basseng, og helt greit kjøkken på rommet.
"Ligg unna dette hotellet som er både dyrt og grusomt"
Hotellet var i dårlig forfatning, trenger definitvt oppussing! Det gjør personalet også. Dårlig service får ny betydning på dette hotellet i St Raphael. Det skulle liksom være 3 stjerner, men jeg så ikke engang 1. Eneste positive var bassengområdet samt barneklubbene. Leilighetens stand var svært dårlig; vonde madrasser, vonde puter, selvsagt ikke […] aircondition, stygt inventar (70-talls), småmøkkete og sjuskete. Fellesarelene (lobby, restaurant etc like så). Vi skulle trekke for gardinen for kvelden, og i da viste det seg et område på ca 30 x 15 cm på forsiden av gardinen hvor det var larver eller pupper som hang fast i gardinen! Jeg gikk ned i respesjonen, hvor mannen bak disken ikke var særlig sjokkert. Han gikk inn på kontoret og leverte fra seg gardinen, hvorpå vaskehjelpen få minutter senere kom ut med en ny gardin som skulle henges opp. Det viste deg imidlertid at det var den samme gardinen! De hadde bare skrapet vekk skiten, og hengt opp den gamle ekle filla. Denne episoden er dessverre representativ for hele vårt opphold på Maeva. Alt jeg har å si er; Ligg unna!! DYRT og DÅRLIG! they change blankets and do beds,clean. but since we entered the room the tables were dirty, and the floor was not clean at all, & it stayed like this until we left. that's my only down point there otherwise all the rest is perfect

"Cheap but not a 3 star property"
This is more of a residence as the name suggests than a hotel. It is very close to Disneyland but you need to either have a car or take the bus #43 to get there. The hotel provides a shuttle which is 7 euros per room. It is a pain to locate the residence the first time, but once you find it it, is a straight shot from Val de Europe shopping mall. The […] outside looks much nicer than the inside. The carpet in the halls need serious and immediate replacement. They are torn and so are the wall papers. Make sure you use the underground parking which is free, as the ground parking is small and fills up very fast. The room has a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. We bought groceries from Auchan which is a very large store located at Val de Europe shopping mall. There is free internet in the residence but at night it is extremely slow. It is best to use it early in the morning. The breakfast was available for 7 euros per person but we did not try it. I am not sure what is up with the Paris showers having only half of the glass that covers it. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. They had nice toiletries for guests to use. We stayed there for two nights and for the price that we paid (compared to the rest of the hotels in the area) we found a god value. Les mer

"Disneyland visit"
The location,price/value and the layout of the appartment-rooms was very good. But the room was VERY dirty. We were glad we didn't have a crawling baby with us. The carpet hadn't been vacuum cleaned for weeks it seemed. There was still food leftovers...disgusting!! After complaining we took the vacuum cleaner and cleaned ourselves. And you need to bring […] your own pillows. But we had a great time,the two seperate bedrooms and the livingroom were perfect for us and the three kids. We would go back there. Les mer

The fold out bed was rather hard and bumpy. The room was small but functional. We purchased a 7 day 5-zone Metro pass and took the bus everyday into the train station. The bus (#43) dropped us off right in front of the hotel a regular stop. The Val de Europe train & bus station is only 2 stops from the hotel. There is a huge shopping mall with the […] biggest super market I've ever seen. We picked up all of our cooked in the hotel room meals there. There is a number of places to eat at the Val De Europe. The train into Paris (RER A) was quick about 45 minutes. We discovered that the high speed train came into the Disneyland Paris train station... Coming we suffered with the metro 1 hr 30 minutes and the high speed train to CDG was only 10 minutes. The staff at the hotel had OK English. The breakfast was basic but worked for us. Les mer

Clean hotel with free parking. Had a hob, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. A bit cold but a heater was provided. Had to pay 1 euro per adult per night which was a bit of a surprise. The wifi was not working in room so had to access it from lobby. Lamp in 2nd bedroom was not working even though it was reported. TV reception in room was poor. I guess there's a reason the star rating is not available. I was uneasy the moment we stepped off the elevator into a hallway with unmaintained carpets and walls. Thankfully, the bathroom had been clean/wiped down but the floors were full of dust. I was so uncomfortable with the dirtiness that I couldn't sleep. Yes, it is not far from Disneyland Paris, but. . . you pay extra to rent a hair dryer; you pay extra for the continental breakfast, and extra for a hotel shuttle to the park/train station. It is cheaper to ride the city bus-that comes and goes more often, than to take the hotel shuttle. Good hotel but if you stay in the Suite for 2 with the sofa bed, the bed is not comfortable.
Not as mentioned on website .9 KM from Disney , room extremely dirty Never recommend it to anyone , not worth the value of money at all Regards

A fantstic little hotel. Only about 15 mn to Disney if you don't want to stay in the resort itself. Staff friendly and helpful. It did really work for us as a family.

Hotel good, self catering facilities were what we were after and thats what we got. Room good and clean. Hotel very easy to find using tomtom. Easy parking and secure and free. Reception helpful. No kettle but... no problem as high powered electric cooker and saucepan did the trick. Kettle and other items are available in limited numbers at a refundable […] deposit of 20 Euros eg adapter. Nice pool. Never tried breakfast but reception did give my kids a free croissant that they had left over. Room comfortable and clean. TV very limited channels. Room service a bit arrogant as they said they would not come back in 20 minutes. The shuttle is payable and only 3 or 4 runs in morning and about 6 runs in evening.at a cost of 10 Euros. Better to drive car 3 mins to car park cost for day 12 Euros. Location a bit isolated but fine as spent all our time in Disney. Overall we would recommend this hotel at the price. Les mer
"Residences du Parc, Montverain"
A basic hotel - do not expect 5 star luxury cos it's not but it is what it says on the tin. A comfortable room with small kitchen. (Take washing up liquid etc tho!) Pool available in the grounds. Housekeeping daily makes beds, empties bins etc. Friendly staff, excellent French breakfast. Close to Disney parks and RER line into Paris. Nearby hypermarket […] stocks everything and park here for train station. We did not use the shuttle but drove to the parks and, although a bit of a roundabout route it was easy to find. We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely use it again! Les mer
"Just right for families"
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were courteous and helpful. The facilities, although not luxurious, were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet and well kept town, with shops, public transport and facilities all nearby. Is is also very well suited to families visiting Disneyland.
The hotel was very basic but is good vale for the price. The kitchen was very small and the microwave was very dirty. If going self drive take as much appliances and cutlery as you can. If you want a good nights sleep take your own pillows aswell. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay.

The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean. There's a nice outdoor pool although we found the water not warm enough for an average Summer day! On the plus side the staff are very helpful and speak most European languages. On arrival we found the bathroom sink blocked. It took less than […] 30mn for someone to come up and unblock it for us. Parking is free and secure, and all the nearby attractions (Seaworld, shopping centre and lots of restaurants at Val d'Europe; Eurodisney; or the RER metro station to go into Paris) are all 10-15mn away using the hotel shutlle or public transport (bus stop just outside the hotel). There is also free Wifi throughout the hotel with good download speeds. On the minus side there wasn't enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people and dishes and glasses were not clean. Worth bringing along some washing up liquid. Overall a very good experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good value family hotel, that's within easy reach of the main attractions, and with most the amenities and facilities you would expect from a top tier hotel. The hotel is perfectly located for disney land parks and the val d'europe shopping centre. The hotel offers a great bus service to disney land and the hotel staff were very helpful with any question we asked. Also there English was fantastic.

"Great option for a Disneyland visit..."
...with the condition of having a car. The location is great since it is very close to Disneyland Village and to Val d'Europe commercial center. But both are not accessible by foot. The pool is great for a relaxing evening after a busy day if the weather allows you. I also suggest to check with the reception if they have any special offer for Disneyland. […] When we've been there they had one but we were not attentive enough to observe that it was a special offer available only there and not in the park. We found it out in Disneyland. The cleaning is the main problem, they use to do "un peut du ménage" to quote them but is just a "peut". As for the service they don't exceed. We had a problem with a light ball that couldn't be solve in 3 days (until we left) and also obtaining an extra blanket for a couple of cold nights in the beginning of our stay was a 24h effort. We rented the suite room. Overall this hotel was a disappointment. The good: Internet, room size, parking. The bad: bus service to Disneyland - better to drive and pay for parking, room was not cleaned well each day - forgot to replace towels, soap etc. Only TV was in main room, bedrooms did not have TV. "Basic clean comfortable and close to Disney"
The above says it all. We had a family room for 3. Its 10 mins from Disney and whilst not luxury, is 3 *, modern, clean, and has very comfortable beds at the right price. Would stay there again.

booked this hotel as a stop over after a busy day at disney. Its a strange one this, cant make up my mind, dont get me wrong done the job. I enjoyed staying in the hotel my children and wife had agood time especially with the convenience of swimming pool. The only concern I have is the difficulties of locating the Hotel. The present sign-board for the hotel is not visible enough half of it has been overed with overgrown flower. The sign-board should ideally be placed higher up on the […] wall of the building. More importantly there should be some sign-boards and directions on approaching the hotel; importantly at the round-about as soon as one is in Montevrain vicinity as done by other Hotels in the area. "Good for 2/3 day stay with kids"
Good location for Disney and Val de Europe but difficult to find. Need better directions and Map of the neighbourhood at the front desk. We had a ground floor "suite" of decent size - sleeps 4 with a pull out couch, bathroom and very small kitchen. Storage facilities were poor with not a single draw in the place.
