Har vært i Dubai mange ganger og bodd på forskjellige hoteller. Kempinski Mall of Eimrates er et fint hotel, men ikke det beste i Dubai. Ligger sentralt til og kan anbefales for en aktiv Dubai ferie. kempinski er et hotel der man føler seg både glamorøs og avslappet samtidig. betjeningen er hyggeglig og profesjonelle og gjør sitt beste for å forsikre at oppholde er så fantastisk og lettvint som mulig. jeg har opplevd kempinski flere ganger, men anbefaler pool chalet rom der verandaen åpner rett ut til basseng området og man føler at man er i en […] annen verden hvor livets herligheter ligger ved dine føtter! anbefales med det sterkeste for foretningsreiser, kjærlighetstur eller med småbarn - hotellet passer for absolutt alle... This is a beautiful hotel and conveniently located in the Mall. The downfall was that check-in and check-out took a long time as there was a long queue and only 3 manning desks. It has no kids club (which was important for us) and they informed us that the mall itself had one. This I don't recommend as its hopeless! Regardless of the great location of the Hotel beside the Mall of Emirates which gives the Hotel the right to be so expensive, but I was booked delox room and I found it like Royal Suite. Thank you to all. One thing missing is the inclusion of the breakfast to make it 100% pervect. Regards.

Stayed at this hotel on way home from Rome to Sydney, Australia. Could not fault anything. Great staff, great service, clean & very comfortable. Location was most convenient. Highly recommended!!!!!

Wonderful hotel and attached to the Emirates mall. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, but be careful, they can put you in the corner where rooms are small and compact. My first stay there was one of those rooms so I was a bit apprehensive about staying again. But I got a regular room and was more than satisfied.

we stayed in ski Dubai view room and it was VERY loud all night. I don t recommend this room, location for shopping great.

If you go for shopping to dubai, hotel kempinsli would be your best choice , everything around but the only thing I did n't like was our kingbed, it was two attached single bed not comfortable at all.

EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND LOCATION.

This hotel is amazing. We booked in at 9 in the morning and they had our room ready even though the check in time was 2. my husband and i were on our honeymoon and to our surprise a lovely honeymoon cake was delivered to our room. the service was excellent. the location was brilliant. we got off at the airport, got onto the Metro and arrived right at […] the Mall of the emirates. i would definitely reccommend this hotel Les mer

True 5 star hotel, situated at the Mall of Emirates. very good specially if you have children, the Mall is right there and has a food court and supermarket. the lifeguard at the pool was excellent, always friendly and helpful. we would definitely stay here again. all the staff were friendly and helpful, overall very good service. the deluxe rooms offer […] a lot of space which is great when travelling with children. I travel to Dubai quite often, mostly staying at 5* hotels. This time I ventured into Kempinski at the Mall of the Emirates, not 100% sure though that I would receive value for money. The room was exquisite, the flowers real, the fruit fresh. The bathroom was awesome, the two TV sets a treat and the bed as comfortable as they come. Whenever I requested […] something from the Consierge or the Reception, they went out of their way to serve and satisfy my every whim of desire. I asked for internet connection password and they gave me free access. Free basket of fruit on the second day. Free extra toiletries to take away on the last day - a first for me. Drawbacks? Just one; there was too much noise coming from the motorway just below, which was a bit annoying at night even if my room was on the 6th floor. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, good value for money, and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Dubai. Les mer

I have stayed at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates before. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is very convenient. It is adjacent to Mall of the Emirates which is great of those who love shopping. Moreover, there is a wide selection of the restaurants at the mall.

Breakfast was not complimentry which is very astonishing

If you want a comfortable and opulent Hotel, that's right inside the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, then the Kempinski is for you. The rooms are great and the service generally is efficient and charming. On one day though the service was a bit slow in the restaurant at breakfast, but maybe that was an off day as on the other three days we were there […] it was fine. Having said that breakfast is not cheap at AED150 each and it is standard hotel buffet fare. The only other gripe I have is that the system of meeting and greeting cars leaves a lot to be desired as there is little or no space, so you get a long line of cars with passengers trying to get out just queuing. We arrived at 3 am. The service from all staff members was exemplary. Our room was upgraded upon arrival to a magnificent suite. We had just toured Morocco, Spain and Portugal and the quality of this hotel and the service we received far surpassed anything we had previously. The hotel is situated within the Mall of the Emirates and you could spend 3 […] or 4 days looking around it; ski slope, children entertainment areas, numerous shops, restaraunts, food courts etc. Big Bus tours and the rail run from within it also. We will definitely be back - although we travel regularly, this has been a memorable time for us. To all staff at the Kempinski, thank you, you should be proud. Les mer

It is nice to stay at Kempinski Mall Of The Emirates for families who like shopping since it has direct access to the emirated Mall.

We spent four night at the Kempinski Mall of Emirates before travelling to Abu Dhabi, but we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel service was excellent, everybody was friendly and very service minded. We had a standard superior room, but it was spacious and delicate (probably thre biggest standard room I've ever had). I suffer from celiac disease […] and was worried about the food, but the cook at the hotel ensured me that I could order whatever I wanted from the menu; they even went to the food store and bought gluten free pasta for me. The only drawback I can think of is the distance to other attractions, but the fact that the hotel is built in connection with the Mall of Emirates and the Ski Dubai indoor ski slope, compensate this to a great extent. I would highly recommend this excellent hotel to others, and I will definitively come back next time I'm visiting Dubai. Les mer

From the first glimpse of the hotel to the hotel arranged transfer back to the airport, this was wonderful. I have stayed at many hotels in Dubai and in other places in the world and this hotel is in the top couple in my experiences. The personalised service (names always used) and wonderful attentiveness of the staff, without intefering in your personal […] conversations and privacy, was outstanding. Food quality was also very impressive. The concierge desk was always helpful and followed up all bookings regularly and kept me informed if there were delays. Sharmel was the perfect concierge and must be complimented. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you wish to enjoy the Ski experience. As the hotel is located on the newly completed Metro it is totally convenient to other attractions in Dubai. Les mer

スキードバイが見渡せるスキーシャレーに宿泊しました。お部屋は、３段ほどのステップでベッドスペースとダイニングスペースに分かれたセミスイートタイプでした。大きなショッピングモールが隣接していて便利ですし、カルフールで買ったロコ価格（安い！）の品々をお部屋のダイニングテーブルで食することもできます。また、スキーシャレーはクラブラウンジ利用可なので、夕刻のカクテルタイムには、アラブ地域のレストランでは飲めないこともあるシャンパンやワインなどアルコール類がフリーでいただけるのはとてもありがたく得した気分でした。早朝のチェックアウトや車の手配などもスムーズでした。スタッフもにこやか親切で、楽しい滞在になりました。次回もまた、このホテルを利用したいです。

Очень удобно расположен , это перекрывает все его недостатки. Транспортная доступность, метро , такси, все рядом. Недостатки: Не все номера хорошие , была попытка поселить с видом на кондиционеры, но все поменяли. /Интернет за доп плату, уже не привычно

Gostei muito do hotel, bem localizado, os quartos sao bem espacosos e decorados, tudo novo e limpo. Sem falar que fica praticamente dentro do shopping, perfeito para quem gosta de comprar .... PERFEITO !!!!

Mycket bra läge om man vill shoppa i Mall of the Emirates eller som vi gjorde, åkte skidor i Ski Dubai. Tyvärr hade vi lite problem med att det var för kallt på rummet, vi ställde termostaten på 24 grader men det var ändå iskallt på rummet. I övrigt ett mycket bra hotell.

Snyggt och elegant hotell i världsklass. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

这个酒店位置不错，在地铁站附近，可以看到帆船酒店，逛酋长购物中心可走内部通道。对中国人尤其好的是有热水壶，可以烧热水喝。去机场打车大概50多迪拉姆，没有机场大巴。坐地铁要走一段距离，如果行李多不太方便。酒店服务也比较好，价格当然也比较高。

空港間の送迎やレイトチェックアウト、希望通りにしてくれました。他で予約した観光ツアーの集合場所などを、現地業者に確認する電話をかけてくれたのもうれしかった。朝食も、プールやジム、スパも素晴らしいです。モールや地下鉄に直結していて便利だし、便利な立地。スタッフが皆親切で優しく、毎日素敵な笑顔で接してくれました。本当に居心地が良いホテルでした。３人一部屋でも追加料金などありませんでした。
