Room was too warm and could not get room to cool down on a warm March night other than that a good hotel with reasonable rate

I have enjoyed my stay at Hampton Hotel. The neighborhood is not the prettiest but good shopping and dinning is not too far. I liked sea salt water indoor pool and a hot tub. Breakfast was decent and fresh fruit salad was yummy. I liked their duvet covers on a comforters. Coffee was lame but I survived with out getting "a coffee withdrawal headache". […] I will come back again. Les mer

We had a nice time at the Hampton Inn with a lovely pool and hot tub. Room was very clean and spacious. Our friends room had been smoked in and front desk immediately moved them to a room which was fresh and clean on the same floor as we were. Breakfast was above expectations, with hot eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit salad and single fruit bananas […] and apples. yogurt, juices the works. For a getaway weekend with friends this hotel fit the bill. We were very pleased. Thanks Hampton. Les mer

My family of 5 spent one evening at the hotel. The queen size beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was within our control. My 8 year old son slept on the pull out sofa bed and awoke early to indicate that the springs were poking him in the back. This is a common complaint for all sofa beds I've experience but it would be beneficial to […] have an additional comforter available to place on the sofa matress to soften the springs for a good night's rest. The hotel was above our expectations. We enjoyed the saltwater pool, our very comfortable room and the fabulous, complimentary breakfast . We would recommend to anyone visiting Guelph to book the Hampton Inn. It is close to shopping, dining and within walking distance of several large companies and the Galaxy theatres. Stayed at the hotel in Sept/2011 and it was a great place to stay! Very clean, great breakfast, friendly staff at the desk and during breakfast. Say hello once in a while and you'll be surprised at how people react to you...but I digress. Anyway, I'd have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. There was one […] obstacle that would have been nice to fix and that was the curtains didn't close over the window. So bring an eye mask if you like the light out. Les mer

Excellent hotel. Very clean, always enjoy a breakfast that is included with the reservation which is very reasonable

Our weekend stay was a great experience. We would definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again. Very clean, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. We asked for a late check-out and it was no problem at all.

I can't begin to tell you what a delight it was to stay at this Hampton Inn. It was close to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. We would love to stay here again should the opportunity arise. An excellent facility all around. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a very comfortable stay at an excellent price.

We had a very pleasant and relaxed stay at the hotel. The staff was very organized, friendly and helpful. The hotel overall, was very clean, as were the rooms. The pool and spa area was a delight for the children. Continental breakfast was very good (all that is required to get your day going). The hotel is very close to restaurants, malls and activities […] for children. Access to scenic sights is very easy to get to from this location as well. We recommend this hotel for a very pleasant and relaxed stay. Les mer

I always pick the cheapest hotel. But Hotel.ca gives you a choice of a little less or a little more when you choose a hotel. I checked out what I would get for $6 more. Wow what a difference. The breakfast alone was worth more than $6 ! You get to make your own waffles! They had way more than just toast and a few cold muffins laid out. Very impressed. […] That was a surprise. The main reason I picked it was because it came with a fridge and a microwave! Very handy instead of eating out. Which saved me even more money. And the bed was to die for. Wow what a difference in the pillows, mattress, sheets. I felt like I was sleeping in luxury compared to what I usually get. I'll be going to Hampton Inn's for sure next time! Les mer

Despite the unpleasant surprise of not being able to fit a rollaway bed into our room, I really liked this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room very clean. Nice pool and a good breakfast.

We are a family of five and we picked the hotel because it was one of the only ones in the area that would accommadate that many people in one roomand the price was reasonable. The hotel was clean, the staff was extemely pleasant and our stay was very nice, and the deluxe hot breakfast that was included in the stay saved us a lot of money being that […] there was five of us. The hotel is quite nice. Staff pleasant and helpfull. The pool and gym area is better than we expected. We stayed at this hotel on our return trip even though we had intended to travel straight through. We will stay again if we travel to Guelph in the future.
