Oppholdt meg på St. Anne en uke i forbindelse med kongress. Stort, deilig rom, eneste minus at TV var lite og sto langt unna senga. Ellers perfekt. Utrolig hyggelig betjening, servicevennlig og gjorde mer enn man kunne forlange. Plassert midt i smørøyet, allikevel lite støy, og med 10 minutters gange til kongressenteret. Hyggelig utekafe.

Stayed at one of the Signature Club rooms, and it gave superb views of the old city. Good location, where everything was within walking distance. Only disappointments were the weather not giving any opportunity to try the pool, and the deluxe breakfast, which wasn't really that deluxe, rather an below-average breakfast.

"Chateau Mont Ste Anne"
This was the second time we stayed at Mont Ste Anne in the past month. The first time we stayed in their standard room, which needed more than a little TLC, but was clean and functional. They feature a full kitchen, and the only thing we found to be broken was the corkscrew. On our second stay we booked the standard room, but somehow got upgraded to […] a Nordik room, which is very nice - with the flat screen tv and the newer beds with duvets and a really nicely renovated bathroom. The only problem was that the kitchen doesn't feature a stove, and we had brought some food to cook which we couldn't with just one tiny microwave. Also the jacuzzi outside had been turned off due to the low occupancy - I guess they had decided it was a good time to repaint and get ready for the coming busy season, but we had been looking forward to it since our last stay. Overall, a great economical place to stay - we will probably be back to ski, but we wish there was a full kitchen in the nordik rooms. Les mer
"Past it's prime"
Next time we will opt to stay in Quebec City rather than drive in. The hotel is dated and could use a little sprucing up. The pool and hot tub area was very crowded and very small for the size of the facility. The decor was not what I had expected from a resort ~ a lot of concrete. The sauna was off, we could get it on but it take a while to heat! And the hot tub needs up date....

"Overall matters"
Bathroom Door kept getting stuck so you couldn't get out. Coffee maker was only espresso and didn't get a supply of coffee one day. Restaurant had a very limited menu.
They show a wonderful room in the photos you see by internet, and when you arrive, then realize the room and the hotel has nothing to do with the photos: its old, and dirty.... and then they offer you a best room like in the fotos they show you before, BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY MUCH MORE. It isnt fair, is it?
"Hotel Mt. St. Anne"
This hotel is good for a quick one night stopover. Anything longer is not a good idea. The hotel is tired and in need of desperate renovations. A great location for skiers in the winter but not recommended for a summer stay.
"Resort in Monte Ste Anne - good value"
This was a very pleasant resort setting and at a very good price. Close to the Ste. Anne de Beaupre cathedral and not far from Quebec City. We went in summer off-season (it's a ski resort) and could beat the price for the quality of the hotel.

"Super stay at the Château Mont Ste-Anne"
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Château Mont ste Anne after a day at Zone Spa 5 minutes away from there. Lovely stay at a really reasonnable price. We went to Chutes Jean-Larose, nice walk and nice view. Nice jacuzzi outside and heated pool. Good exercice room. Everything there you may need. Awesome.
Great hotel! We did reserve the "Nordic" room with King bed which was more expensive but the room was sooo comfortable!! Great bed, good staff and beautiful surroundings. There is something about a ski resort in the summer. Quiet, lots to do if you like the outdoors and some great farms in the area where they sell their their products ie: cheese, foie […] gras ect. Disappointed in stay. King size bed was very uncomfortable. Outdoor pool, restaurant and spa were closed due to workers on strike.

"Surprise at checkout"
I called hotels.com to find out if the hotel was pet friendly. I was told by Amanda that all the vacant rooms were. When we arrived, we were told that because of our dog, the only room we can get is a suite on the 5th floor that is quite a bit of walk from the elevator. The receptionist didn't mention any pet fee. When we were checking out, I was […] told that regardless of the remote location in an unrenovated section of our room, we were being charged an extra XX/night pet fee for our dog. I was disappointed because the room was already expensive, and now we had to pay the pet fee which had not been mentioned by anyone before our stay. Les mer
"Chateau Mont Sainte Anne"
Great resort. Our "promo" room priced at much less than the "Nordic" room the hotel recommends was well worth the money. It was older, but large and clean with a balcony, AC and kitchenette. The surrounding area is beautiful with restaurants and other services a short drive away. It was further from Quebec City than we expected though and did add a […] significant amount of travel time to our trip. Our room had 2 comfortable queen size beds (we didn't know what to expect as we booked the promo room online and the description only stated "bed") which were sparkly clean when we pulled back the sheets and checked for telltale signs of bedbugs. Clean comfortable and safe hotel, but no breakfast included at the promo rate. There is a small "cabin" shaped restaurant in town that serves only breakfast. The food there is good and inexpensive. "Nice remote location"
This is more of a ski resort hotel. There is not much around and it is quiet. It takes about 40 minutes to get to/from Quebec downtown. You need a car and there are not that many options to eat around. The hotel restaurant is fine.

Our Garmin GPS brought us to within half a mile of this nicely appointed hotel. When I inquired at the destination to which the GPS directed us, the response was, "Oh, the GPS always brings people here. Go further up the road, and you'll find them on the left." Extremely good hotel, it is a resort and provides more facilities than a hotel including outside hottub, inside and outside swimming pool with life guard, arcade games, nice restaurant and lobby. Excellent service, courteous and very nice from inside, outside it has a rustic look, needs little maintainence
"Needs improvement to be a four star hotel"
This hotel has a great location, nice views. Was probably a grand place at one time but is worn around the edges, a bit stuffy, and needs updates. It has a ski lodge feel, the restaurant was the highlight. Hotel staff were pleasant, but did not go out of their way to be friendly or make our stay enjoyable. The prices at the spa are still a mystery, […] no one could tell me how much anything cost or when it was open. In one of our rooms the beds were rock hard, in the other the beds were comfortable. Overall, attention to detail was lacking (ie batteries in remote dead, half empty shampoo bottle left in bathroom) and it did not live up to my expectations for the money or for a four star restort. However, if you are in Quebec to ski/mountain bike/hike, this would probably be a great place for you. Les mer
"Needs Updating"
This hotel was clean but certainly needs updating in rooms and hallways. It seems still stuck in the 70's. The exterior needs repairs done on deck and balcony facings.

Nous avons passé presque 1 semaine dans cet hotel, au pied du mont St-Anne. Nous étions hors-saison et donc l'hotel était très calme. Vu le nombre de chambres, ca doit être très different en plein été et surtout en plein hivers ... Nous avons séjourné dans une "suite". C'est spacieux mais la déco et le mobilier sont très vieillots. Les photos sur le […] site montrent les chambres "normales" qui ont été récemment rénovées et mises au gout du jour. En fait, certaines parties de l'hotel (dont les plafonds) montrent des signes de fatigue et mériterait une petite rénovation. L'hotel est bien situé, surtout pour les amateurs de ski et de randonnées en montagne. Il se trouve également à 10 minutes de St-Anne-de-Beaupré et à environ 45 minutes de Québec et de l'Ile d'Orléans. Bref, un bon séjour. Les mer

Exception faite du lobby qui était très design, les chambres étaient vieillottes, la piscine minuscule et la salle de cinéma ne fonctionnait pas. Le petit déjeuner était quelconque.

"Plusieurs divertissements à l'hôtel"
Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'hôtel avec son spas (hyper chaud) et ses piscines. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'essayer la piscine extérieure car elle fermait à 18h00 et nous revenions souvent à l'hôtel à l'entour de cette heure. Il y a des arcades et des tables de pool que ma fille et moi avons beaucoup aimé. La chambre, les lits étaient parfaits mais […] la propreté laissait à désirer. Le balcon était trop petit. Au départ, nous voulions manger sur le balcon mais étant trop petit, c'était pas possible. La télévision était aussi trop petite. Il loue une salle pour regarder film en famille mais la télévision est pas plus grande que dans la chambre, devrait avoir écran géant dans cette salle. Avoir un frigidaire et un poêle étaient super. Sûrement qu'en hiver c'est un endroit à recommander, par contre, l'été, trop loin de tout. Les photos du sites sont assez trompeuses, nous nous attendions à une très belle chambre, mais elle a sûrement déjà été belle comme les photos il y a plusieurs années.... Heureusement que nous avions un bon prix...
