Palm Beach Hotel - Carini

Nok en deilig langhelg på dette hotellet. Traff den varmeste perioden denne gang, men deilig svalt over hele hotellet. Perfekt for 3-4 dagers opphold.

Hadde en langhelg 9/6 - 13/6 2011. Flott beliggenhet, med kort vei til strand. God service og helt grei frokost. Målet var å slappe av en helg og hadde det utmerket:)

We enjoyed our overnight stay a great deal. We stopped for the night after picking up our car at the airport, before launching off south the next day. This is a vacation oriented hotel, I think, as it is in an otherwise not very interesting town/neighborhood. Restaurant was good, and not much else close by. We think we found this mostly by blind luck. […] We had pretty good MapQuest directions, but street marking are missing or pretty obscure. Comfortable and pleasant and restful

The room was small and well worn. The fellow who runs the restaurant acts as though it is an imposition to serve or discuss the very limited menu options.

Nice hotel, close to the airport, town and in a good area. Hotel personnel was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Pleasant, cheerful room with terrace overlooking harbor, easy parking & accomodating personnel. We booked there as ad stated hotel to be 2.5 kilometers from airport & we had a very early AM flight. Be forewarned - 2.5 km as crow flies, not by car. Still, overall, a good buy and would recommend.

15 mins from Palermo airport, but better than just another airport hotel. Overlooking the harbour and close to a swimming beach. A nice way to finish a holiday in Sicily.

We booked this Hotel last minute but were really impressed, had a room right on the beach front, shops and restaurants were 5 minute walk away, the breakfast was great but coffee was awful but hey thats no big deal, i would definately return and recommend it to anyone also great value but we did go off season in october

Excellent for the price. A bargain. Fine location, across the street from the beach and just down the hill from a delightful town with plenty of good restaurants. My room had no soap and the TV did not work. Perhaps housekeeping needs to check up on things. The reason we picked this hotel was that it was relatively close to the airport and we needed a sleepover place after our late flight. We had a rented car so it was ok to get to the hotel, otherwise you would have to take a taxi which would not be cheap as it was a bit of a drive from the airport. The neighborhood did not seem nice at all, at least […] during late evening when we arrived and went for a walk. the room was ok, not overly cozy. Our sink was broken - the plug was stuck in the drain hole, but we did not bother too much as we were about to leave the next morning. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Did not expect that at all! Overall, this hotel is good for one night if you need a stopover place. This is not a place were you would want to spend a romantic weekend. Les mer

The hotel is literally located at the end of the runway and has a nice view of the marina. There is as small beach across the street but the hotel does not offer any beach chairs to take advantage of it. It does have a sundeck with chairs but no umbrellas or pool. The food in the restaurant is poor and the price too high. There is a nice restaurant […] located a few steps from the hotel and the town of Cirini has recently undertaken some renovations making the location more attractive. Very handy for Palermo airport but not particularly easy to find after dark. Good breakfast with fresh orange juice.

The hotel was conveniently located to the Palermo Airport and the rooms comfortable. I hope you like orange. View of the sea from our room was great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful BUT the restaurant menu was not priced and we were not able to see our bill upon leaving the restaurant resulting in being charge $100 for a very poor meal. We only stayed here for one night as it was close to the airport for our early departure next day. Lovely modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Nice balcony overlooking the bay. Lovely views. Would go back again.

Well, after traveling all day to Sicily and then taking a 45 Euro cab ride to this hotel, we were getting apprehensive. once we got there, we were thrilled. The hotel was gourgeous, the beach is across the street. (there are no hotels directly on the beach) Also, the hotel was SUPER close to restaurants. (go to La Toturga, BEST PIZZA EVER) the room […] was comfortable, except the mini bar really had nothing in it. We went to the bar downstairs to get drinks to bring back to our room. The breakfast in the morning was more than we expected, compared to our prior experiences in Italy. There was an issue with rowdy guests our last night there, and the front desk didn't really address the situation. But, I have to say, it was still worth it. Our room was quite large and overlooked the beach, which is worth the extra money. It is not very close to Palermo, despite what it advertises, and buses on sunday do not run to Palermo. Cabs are quite expensive to go there too. (the hotel is in Cinisi) If you are looking for a beach getaway, this is the spot for you. Les mer

Really liked this hotel for its location close to the Palermo airport. It is ideal if you are driving and want to avoid the terrible traffic in and around Palermo. I wish we had discovered this hotel at the beginning of our trip instead of at the end since it would have made driving to all the interesting sites in NW Sicily so much less stressful. We stayed at this hotel one night to be near the airport, and it worked well. It was clean, well-kept, and the staff were professional.

The hotel is located just beside the small harbour and about 15 m from the beach. 5 minutes walking distance to the centre. The Dinners and breakfasts are good there and friendly personal.

We stayed here to be close to Palermo airport for the flight home the next morning. There was an odd stipulation that we were only allowed to check in after 9pm or be surcharged, although this was waived when we arrived at 8. The room was an orange colour which took a bit of getting used to but the rest of the hotel seemed fine. The only real problem […] was when we went for a wander around the town. It was a bit overrun by youths on scooters and although they didn't seem threatening, there was a sort of bad atmosphere. Les mer

Wir brauchten das Palm Beach nur eine Nacht als Überbrückung zwischen den Ferien mit Mietauto und dem Rückflug ab Palermo. Dafür war es ideal wegen seiner Entfernung zu Flughafen und Restaurants. Den Service fanden wir freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ruhig, die Lobby schön und modern, die Zimmer schon etwas älter, aber schön, sauber und zweckmässig. […] Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. A localização do hotel é ótima para quem vai para o aeroporto de carro´, pois dá para chegar em 10 minutos. Porém, para quem precisa de táxi tem que pagar 30 euros.

L'hôtel est situé près du centre de Cinisi et près de l'aéroport donc très pratique. Le personnel de l'hôtel parle anglais et français. Excellent petit déjeuner qu'on a la possibilité de prendre à l'extérieur avec vue sur la mer. Toutefois, ce n'est pas un endroit où je passerai mes vacances mais en transit, c'est parfait!

L'arredamento della camera e dell'hotel è moderno e molto piacevole. Era difficile a trovare l'entrata e il parcheggio.

Le hall de l'accueil est magnifique mais ne vous y fiez pas car les chambres n'ont pas suivi le même programme de rénovation. C'est propre et la chambre est spacieuse mais la déco pique les yeux! A conseiller aux amateurs de mécanique qui aime les bruits de moteurs, la petite route qui borde la plage est très passante et les chambres pas du tout insonorisées. Le […] prix demandé est beaucoup trop élevé au regard du confort mais son emplacement près de l'aéroport en fait un point d'arrivée ou de départ pratique. Les mer
