Vino Bello Resort - Napa

Very well maintained property and the staff, with the exception of valet, is excellent. Siena food was very good and service great with our server, Rafael. Some travelers have stated that the property is in an industrial park, but it should be mentioned that it is more like office space and the surrounding area is very well maintained.

First class facility. The hotel side is nice-but we stayed at the condo side. Full kitchen and plenty of space for the family. Great pool and hot tub. Perfect location for downtown Napa or access to highways.

It's a nice facility but I think they took a little liberty calling our room a king "suite". The television was modern but small. The room was narrow. The kitchen was just a cabinet across from the foot of the bed that housed the tv, disc player, toaster oven, microwave, sink, and the typical small dorm room type refrigerator. A wonderful experience! The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The Spa in particular was the most amazing experience I ever had. To be in a cave, under a vineyard while getting an absolutely professional massage was a great experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Vino Bello. It is a great hotel! I wasn't impressed with the pictures in the website but was surprised to see the rooms were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

The lunch and room device were nearly inedible. Nice room but location was quite south of the wine trails. Spa was good, pools very nice and people were friendly.

My boyfriend and I had a great time. We took advantage of all the amenities on the lovely hotel premises. Customer service was supreme! Everyone was friendly. The room was tidy and comfortable. We address definitely visiting again very soon.

This is one of my favorite places I have stayed in California. I love having a kitchen and living room! The service was fantastic and everything was wonderful! This is centrally located for wine tasting anywhere you want to go.

Exceptionally nice room. Staff was friendly and helpful. We went for a quick getaway, this property is convenient to I-80. Drove into Napa for dinner, very accessible to several good dining options.

My fiance and I planned out a early Valentines get away trip to Napa and decided to go on a Air Balloon ride in the morning and check out different wineries afterwards. However, our Air balloon trip got cancelled 10 mins before we arrived at the meeting site,due to too much wind. So without anywhere to go at 7 am, we decided to go to our hotel, hoping […] they would allow us to check in a little early. I would stay there again! It exceeded my expectations. I was uncertain about the area at first, but it is central to Napa and Sonoma. Also once you step onto the property, you are transported to somewhere romantic and elegant.

What was not to love about this hotel/resort. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was long on amenities. The bed was comfortable, the suite was meticulously clean, the service was outstanding. The complimentary bottle of wine from their own winery was delicious, the coffee was restocked each morning and fresh bottles of water replaces those […] we drank every day of our stay. They even provided umbrellas for our use the day it rained. This resort did not pressure us to sit through their pitch which was refreshing. We stayed at Resort Suite Two Doubles. Pros: The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the soaking tub was comfortable. The staff was very friendly (I talk with them only when I checked in and out) Cons: I should have known that the room has a (kind of) kitchen but no dining table. Actually you can't eat anything inside the room. The […] AC fan was so noisy. The parking lot is not large enough. We had to park at roadside in front of the building as well as many other guests. For a last minute getaway for the wife it was great. All the comforts of Napa Valley Region with outstanding facilities. A great thing to note is this is part of The Meritage and is condos which is a double bonus.

We really liked the hotel/resort, with large rooms and expansive bathroom with full body spray shower, new flat screen LCD TVs. Only downside it is a bit remote, andesite an 7-8 minute drive to any stores. The bowling alley on prem was great for my kids, just short hours for anyone under 21

My wife and I have been to this hotel a few times before and we absolutely love it. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is fantastic. Twice we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite (once for free and another at a minimal cost) that made our stay even better. On one occasion, we mentioned it was our anniversary and the front desk had some […] chocolates and a card sent up to our room. The staff here, in the spa and hotel are all wonderful. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the bed in our room, Its a bit too soft for our comfort but it does not stop us from having Vino Bello as our go to resort when we visit Napa. If you are looking for a good day trip, I would recommend Whitehall Lane, Heitz and V. Sattui wineries in St. Helena. All are within a 1.5 mile drive of each on the main road. V. Sattui has some great wines for a reasonable tasting fee and has a deli & picnic area on site. Its the perfect place for a nice picnic lunch. Les mer

lovely resort; the fan in the room for the air conditioning sounded like a jet taking off; way too noisy for such a lovely resort type room; otherwise a fine stay; nice quiet location in an industrial park

The room we got was very nice. The beds were really hard though. We Had a horrible nights sleep. They offered to put us in a new room but it would have the same bed, So we just drank the horrible Muscato they gave us for free and tried to pass out. :(

We booked a two bedroom suite, and paid more for it. The room was not even close. The rooms were not adjoining, they shared a doorway into the hallway. One room had a separate bedroom adjoining the kitchen and family room, while the other was a hallway with a couch and bed in it, not even a dresser or place to unpack clothes into. We booked a SUITE, which by definition should consist of more than one room. We were three people who do not share beds with one another and had therefore booked a suite, that looked (in the Expedia ad) like it had two rooms with two beds in each room. Not so, and the staff would not do anything to help us get comfortable in the small room we were assigned. Upon arrival the hotel was oversold which means we never got the 2bdrm suite we booked through Expedia. We settled on 2 rooms. I would strongly encourage anyone booking on a weekend to realize if you check in late you have a better than 50 percent chance of making compromises with management.

While located at the southern edge of the valley, we found this resort to be well suited for staging wine tasting and other activities. The facility has a fresh feel, the room reasonably appointed, and the resort equipped with many amenities including a sports bar with bowling lanes and frequent shuttles to Napa shops and restaurants.

Definitley would stay at this time share again and would highly recommend. The Hotel that is separate from the time share but under the same management. Due to our change in plans we had to stay at the hotel for one night. I would not stay there again due to the room layout, condition of the room and the high price.

We came for a vacation with my 3 year old and 2 months old children. First thing is that the check-in took 25 minutes and had to stand in the line. Second thing is that the allotted a room that is already occupied by someone else. It was so embarrassing to enter into room with my family where people already exist. Third the hotel staff looked at me […] as though that is a normal practice to double book and they never even apologized. I paid so much of money to be treated badly and double book. My family had to wait outside with all the luggage out side with 2 kids while all this drama is happening. Would never visit this place again. Les mer
