The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was included and was very good. We did have dinner there one evening when we were tired and that meal was more mediocre. We did take a 2 day side trip to Iguazu and the hotel was very agreeable about keeping our excess luggage during that time.

OK hotel in all aspects, pleasant and helpful staff. Well positoned for walking to central shops in Florida. Poor location for catching taxis as lots of road works at the moment on the pedestrian streets.

The hotel was very clean and nice, and a great location. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was alwo very nice. We stayed here two days at the beginning of our vacation and came back for three days at the end. The only issue the second stay was the noise between rooms made it difficult at times to sleep.

The hotel is ageing, but its location is very convenient to major CBD towers including Avenida Leandro Alem. The choices at breakfast are quite comprehensive by Argentinian standards.

The location couldn't be better. It is in the center of all shopping and vendor areas. The staff does not speak english much at all. You are on a busy walking only street with minimal autos. Easy to walk to anywhere in the city of Buenos Aires.

I stayed 3 nights during a weekend with my two daughters in a triple room. The room was quite spacious and was facing the street. There was a minibar and a big LCD TV. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was Ok though nothing to impress... The location is excellent as it is just two blocks […] from Florida and Lavalle, the two main pedestrian streets in downtown where most of the shops are. You can also walk to the theatres in Corrientes or the restaurants in Puerto Madero. I chose it for the location and was very satisfied. The only (and minor) problem is the lift to the upper floors: very small and slow. We were in the first floor so we could use the stairs but they are not so accessible from the main entrance. Also, noise isolation is not great and you will hear the children on other rooms in the mornings... The gym is very limited but the only time I used it, I was the only one there. Les mer

The hotel is in a good location surrounded by all kind of stores, such as supermarket, restaurant, etc. The river bank and the Oblisque are all within working distance. The staffs in the hotel are friendly, but sometimes can be a little pushy for recommending Tango shows, etc. My main surprise was the room, which was very small and the bathroom was […] minimal as well. The bathroom space had a pedestal sink, toilet and tub all squeezed in like a jigsaw puzzle. No spaces for you to put out your stuff except a cup and toothbrush. 新婚旅行で利用しました。チェックインが23時を過ぎていましたが、事前に連絡を入れておいたこともあり、鍵を開けてお出迎えをしてくれました。（表通りから1本裏道に入ったところに入り口があるせいか、夜は人気が少ないからか、鍵を掛けていることがあるようです・・・）朝から人通りが多い通りに面していることと、行った時期に道路や建物の集中的な補修工事があったこともあり、朝は7:30くらいになるとケッコー町の喧騒が目覚まし時計というカンジもありました。（工事期間が終わったらそんなこともないんだろうと思うケド）立地は、5月広場にもフロリダ通りにも徒歩で行かれるし、どこの地区に行くのも割と便利なところにあり、満足でした。チェックアウトの日の朝には、リマインドとしてチェックアウト時間を書いた小さなメッセージカード […] をドアの隙間から入れてくれていて、助かりました。不満はありませんでしたが、料金設定としてはもうちょっとだけ安くてもいい気がします。 Les mer

Muito boa estadia, hotel bem localizado. Somente o recpecionista do hotel que ficou no periodo do dia no 04/03/2013 não foi atencioso e respondia as perguntas com má-vontade.

Um Hotel honesto, bom cafê da manhã, boa cama, boa internet, bons funcionários, ótima opção para quem tem que ficar no centro, pela proximidade dos principais pontos turisticos para iniciantes da cidade.

Hotel muito bom, recepção atenciosa, quartos arejados e limpos.A localização do hotel é excelente pois fica bem perto do Shopping Pacífico, Casa Rosa, Praça San Martin. Muito tranquilo para andar a pé na cidade e tem um mercadinho bem na frente do hotel.

Hotel localizado próximo a rua Florida e a avenida Corrientes. Facilidade de um pequeno mercado a frente. Excelente atendimento, quarto limpo e amplo, Internet no quarto sem custo adicional, café da manhã saboroso, farto, porém sem muita alteração do cardápio. Quarto com bom tamanho, banheiro é bom, cofre grande , a internet wi fi funciona bem no quarto e a localização do hotel muito boa para quem quer ficar próximo do centro e vários pontos turísticos, de Puerto Madero e da estação de trem para o TIGRE. Recepção deixa a desejar no atendimento e somente 01 recepcionista dava informações corretas e cuidadosas. […] Café da manhã fraco para as estrelas do hotel e os atendentes não traduziam alegria , muito frios. Dos 06 dias que fiquei no hotel o café foi sempre com os mesmos ítens, 1 único tipo de queijo , 02 sucos das mesmas frutas, pouquíssimos tipos de chá, o que deixa o hóspede sem vontade de tomar café a partir do 3º dia. O ar condicionado dos quartos não têm controle com o hóspede e a temperatura é fixada pelo hotel o que causa transtorno porque se queremos alterar a temperatura temos que ligar para a recepção e ela envia um técnico para ir ao quarto alterar a temperatura. Achei isso um transtorno muito grande, principalmente porque o calor em Buenos Aires estava nos 38 graus e o quarto não resfriava. No quarto que me hospedei a TV não tinha uma boa imagem, apesar de ter muitos canais. Não retornaria a esse hotel porque para mim tem mais contras do que prós. Les mer

Estive hospedado com a minha familia uma semana no hotel Lafayette em Buenos Aires. Para os padrões dos hoteis do centro de BUE esta é uma das melhores opções. Muito bem localizado (apesar dos arredores do centro não serem a melhor opção) o viajante consegue fazer muita coisa a pé. Para ajudar existe um mercado na frente do hotel que pode ser usado […] para casos de emergencia. O quarto e confortável e foi renovado a pouco tempo, mas continu sendo ao estilo da capital portenha. El hotel excelente en todo sentido. El entorno es lo que no está bien. Soy asidua concurrente a Buenos Aires y cada vez que voy, el microcentro lo veo peor que la vez anterior. Mal ambiente todo el tiempo, muy sucio, a partir de las 21 hs cuando cierran los comercios, muy solitario, muy poca gente circulando, y lleno de hurgadores. BA es una ciudad […] preciosa, recomiendo alojarse en otras zonas donde los alrededores son mejores. Las compras se pueden realizar en cualquier barrio, los comercios se repiten. Habitualmente me alojo en Barrio Norte, Recoleta o Palermo y es bien diferente. Les mer

Hotel, com uma ótima localização e excelente custo benefício, quarto amplo, cama confortável e um bom café da manhã. Pontos fracos: A famosa cortininha que fica grudando no corpo no banho (fiquei sabendo que blindex é usado só no Brasil mesmo) e carpete no quarto, que não acho legal. Mas recomendo o Hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado no centro, próximo da rua Florida (dois quarteirões), da Casa Rosada e do Porto Madero. Instalações confortáveis. Café da manhã satisfatório. Recomendo este hotel para turismo e compras, fizemos muitas coisas a pé.
