Støy fra 6 om morgenen til 11 på kvelden fra t-banen de bygger rett utenfor. Men New York er jo mye støy...Natten var stille. Sengene var så harde. Dbl sengen bare 120 bred. Men fantastisk å ha en hel leilighet i new york. Reiste med barn. Kjempegod komfort foruten de harde sengene. Moderne stil og nytt og fresht.

Fin beliggenhet, hyggelig personale. Frokosten var bra, varier veldig om det er fullt i spisesalen eller ikkes,avhenger av hva klokken er. Wifi på rommet,samt pc disponibel i fellesareal. Gratis kaffe og annen varm drikke 24/7. Hotellet har en slags turistinformasjon i lobbyen, hvor man kan få hjelp til det meste.

Enkelt og greit hotell med veldig store rom til å være Manhatten. Vi var tilbake for andre gang på 5 mnd. Denne gangen var vi noe mer uheldig enn sist. Badet var litt mer slitt og en ettermiddag hadde vi ikke varmt vann. Siste morgenen var frokosten flyttet til et rom pga vedlikehold av frokostsalen men der virket ingenting.

"Nært til alt, men for knøttsmå folk"
Her bor du midt i smørøyet. Raskt og effektift fra og til Newark flyplass. Flybussen stopper (ved Bryant Park - stopp nr 2) 6 små kvartaler fra hotellet. Men vær obs på at rommene er knøttsmå. I et dobbeltrom med dobbeltseng blir det svært trangt med to kofferter og to normalt voksen nordiske personer. Vi er 176 og 183 cm høye, og ble liggende med føttene […] dinglende utenfor sengekanten..... Les mer

Great deal for the price. So practical, quiet, comfortable and the perfect location. 1 block from the Empire State Blds, and Manhattan Mall. Loved it!

"just like being on the street"
great location - the only problem is the airconditioning unit is open to the outside, so you get every bit of the street noise in your room. I couldn't get any sleep.

VERY happily surprised at how nice this hotel is. Very clean, very safe, very comfortable... I was surprised at how small the room was. I had a double bed, and there was 2' of space on 2 sides of the bed, and 3' on the door side! Perfect for 1 person, too small for 2. That's NY, though...

This hotel is a convenient location in NYC. The room as small, but comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

As most reviewers have already pointed out, the rooms are small. But, they are maintained well and kept clean, and what more can you ask for? I would go back.

We thought hotel 373 was a great value. Other reviewers had complained about the small rooms, but we thought the room size was quite adequate. We were only there 1 night had very little luggage, but I would go back again for a longer stay with more gear. It was a convenient location.

Nice new hotel. Good location and friendly staff. Parking was very close to the hotel if you are driving and reasonably priced for New York.
Our room was perfectly comfortable. It was small but I knew it would be. I was most impressed that the hotel contacted us the day after we left to let us know that we had left something in our room and did we want them to ship it. Excellent service.

"Small Boutique Hotel Close to Koreatown"
2 blocks to Koreatown; adjacent to Starbucks on the ground floor; free Wi-Fi; long and thin building layout; no lobby; Philosophy toiletries; room views are largely blocked by neighboring high-rises; within walking distance to subway systems (especially 4, 6, B, D, F, & M trains).

Nice rooms with everything included, notably wi-fi. Clean, but the lobby does not exist. Located in midtown, so in the very center of world chaos!

Room was extremely too small and should have been noted on the information for the hotel when booking. I had no room for my luggage and there was no closet to hang my things. My room was also right outside of the elevator and it was a bit noisy. I was not impressed!

Very simple and confortable, great price and great location. Staff very helpfull (It wasn't too important for me at the time of my stay, but no iron or iron board available in room)
It's a good location but rooms a bit dated, the tv volume did not work (despite front desk efforts to fix), and the elevator was extremely slow.
We only spent 1 night but it was enjoyable. Modern decor and room was clean and well presented. A little croweded with teenage daughter buy worked well. Bathrooms were very clean - a must. Right next door to Starbucks!

Great location, I could actually see the whole Empire State Building just outside my (really filthy) window. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nice - i booked a room called "contemporary queen" which was a bit bigger than the standard rooms. Although, I didn't sleep very well since there was noisy construction workers […] outside the hotel during the night, and the air conditioner was loud. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who can afford it, to me it was a bit too expensive but I had no choice. It was well worth the money spent but it surely isn't the cheapest hotel in NYC! Les mer

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was accomidating and friendly and anything you would need is right there. I stay in NYC at least twice a year and this has been the nicest place I've stayed in five years. I am not a big shopper, but if you are...this is the place to stay - you are close to everything. "Convenient and Comfortable"
Hotel 373 is a nice little hotel that is centrally located close to most major attractions in New York's Midtown area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff very friendly. There are only two drawback to this hotel: 1) the air conditioner is a window unit that actually sticks into the room instead of out the window, thus taking up a […] lot of space; 2) the windows block very little noise from outside -- my window overlooked a street that had steel plates over it because of construction, and I could hear every vehicle that drove over them and made them rumble. I could also hear people talking in the street, all sirens, and any other noise. Even more, the curtains could not be closed to block light. Thus, despite how comfortable and nice the room was, I was unable to go to sleep until my body was so tired that it could not stay awake any longer -- about three hours before I was supposed to wake up. All good, certainly for location and price it's very good. Just don't expect too much from it - you'll get a clean, small, with reasonably good quality furnishings. A bit noisy as windows are single pane on a hotel on 5th avenue in corner location.

We were so lucky to find Hotel 373. After we arrived, we had to change rooms because housekeeping was using our room to connect an outside hose ( we had arrived before check in) but the staff changed our room promptly and without question and we were able to get out to see the sites. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. The Empire […] State Building is about a block away and it was an easy walk to Union Square and the Flatiron Building. Penn Station was an easy walk with luggage, and shopping is within easy reach. Macy's is about a block, as is the subway. It was a $12 cab ride to Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The hotel is small with no lobby but it doesn't need one. A Starbucks is right downstairs. The rooms are standard small New York size but my wife and I had plenty of room. A window unit blew super cold on a hot summer day. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean. On the day that we left, the hotel staff gladly tagged and held our luggage until we came back at 5 pm to pick it up. We were so very lucky to find a relatively inexpensive hotel right in the middle of Manhattan and we will absolutely stay at Hotel 373 during our next stay in New York. Les mer

373 Fifth is in a great area. And the hotel is unique (i.e., small lobby, etc.) And, its generally clean and efficient. However there are certain aspects of the hotel that make it feel like a motel, namely, the big air conditioner that is in the window of a small room. It destroys the feel of the room and takes away from all the other parts of the hotel. "Close to great sights"
Hotel was okay. Our room was on the second floor, facing 5th Ave. so it was noisy all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room was VERY tiny with no closet. Bed didn't have a top sheet or a comforter cover so we weren't real comfortable with having a comforter that's been on other bodies laying on us, consequently we removed […] it. "Worst hotel out of five"
My trip was because of illness in the family, and I had to decide every day whether to stay another night, so ended up in a different hotel every night. This hotel was the worst of five I stayed at, and also the second most expensive. THe room was like a double bed in a broom closet. There was a window airconditioner right next to where I had to lay […] my head down in the bed. It was impossibly stuffy in there, so I had to have it on, but trying to sleep with air blowing on you from this noisy thing all night, was miserable. The room and the hotel were relatively clean, but old and entirely unattractive. Two junior Goodfellas greeted me at the door without any pleasantries. The cost was the second highest cost that I paid in the five day stay and it would not have been worth half what I had to pay. Absolutely the worst hotel in NY- even for a clueless European. Yuck. "Great Value"
Hotel 373 was a great value for less than two bones. Tiny room but we only slept in it and we out and about exploring NYC. Downside was the road or sewer construction they were doing on 35th Street---we could hear the jack hammers from our 2nd floor room. Bed was comfortable and toiletries good (FACE I think?). "Satisfactory hotel in Midtown New York"
Overall this is a totally satisfactory hotel for a weekend break. The rooms are fine, facilties fine. Nothing to rave about except the location as in the centre of everything so you can walk to practically everywhere other than the Statue of Liberty. As you are situated one block from the Statue of Liberty you can always see where you The people on […] reception were really helpful. My only complaint is that the windows were absolutely filthy but then as I looked straight onto another building there wasn't a view anyway. I would recommend. Les mer
