Liverpool leverer som alltid. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt til.

Veldig fornøyd. Eneste negative var at klorinnholdet i vannet var høyt og tv`n var liten og litt dårlige forhold.

Hadde et meget godt opphold på The Sir Thomas, utrolog hyggelige folk som jobbet der og Liverpool generelt er en by med svært hyggelige mennesker.

Sir Thomas Hotel i Liverpool ligger veldig sentralt til alt i Liverpool. Noen få minutter fra Lime Street Station og Liverpool One, ett minutt fra partygata Mathew Street. Veldig bra plass og bo for en billig penge.

Det beste med hotellet er at det er veldig sentralt.Personalet var hyggelige,men ikke veldig informative om frokost og sjekk ut tider og diverse. Rommene var rene og fine,kunne godt bodd der igjen!

Sevisen i resepsjonen er ikke tilfredstillende. Tiltross for at frokosten ble betalt kontant, belastet hotellet kredittkortet i ettertid. Da de ble gjort oppmerksom på feilen, nektet de å tilbakebetale

Frukost var skuffende der betjeningen var meir opptatt av å registrere rommnummer en å yte sørvis .matutvalg var under minimum.

Vi var i Liverpool fra onsdag til søndag, og bodde her på Sir Thomas, hvor shopping og festing var formålet. For det første er det er veldig rimelig sted, med mye utbytte for prisen! Fine hotell rom, utrolig god service, de hjalp oss med alt vi trengte, og beliggenheten var perfekt. To minutter å gå til Liverpool one (handlesenteret), og også gå avstand […] til Concert square (party strøket). Anbefales på det sterkeste. vi skal tilbake! Les mer

Topp service. Topp betjening. Topp Frokost. 100% fornøyd. anbefales på det sterkeste hvis du ønsker et bra opphold , sentralt i Liverpool til en rimelig penge.

Vi overnattet på Sir Thomas Hotel to netter ifm. fotballkamp på Anfield. Hotellet låg svært sentralt til i Liverpool med gåavstand til det meste. Flott rom i første etasje som var reint og fint. God frokost og fin bar liggende i hotellbygningen. Litt støy fra trafikk, men dette var egentlig ikke til sjenanse. Anbefales!

I have just recently stayed at this hotel with my friends from Dublin , I found this hotel nice to look at on the outside but reception area could do with updating. I was pleasantly surprised at there bar restaurant the food was lovely and the staff where very friendly and the interior was modern boutique style. The rooms where basic but clean with […] tv and kettle. The location was fab right beside shops bars and coffee shops. I definitely would return to this hotel as they have a fab nightclub where all the celebrities hangout and you gain VIP access for staying in the hotel what more could you want :-) .... Staff on reception were excellence - the Scottish guy in particular. The rooms were shabby and in massive need of renovating. The location was good.

Rooms are very tired and don't show off the great building, great staff and fantastic bar. Good location easy to get about the centre.

All good - especially as we were able to access a room slightly earlier based on the practical point that it was available and we were heading out early to a football match. Good initiative from Steve on the desk. And great Everton result on the day :-))

Hotel is a little tired but served perfectly well for its purpose of a bed for the night. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Good location, city centre very close and plenty of restaurants near by.

Hotel is very nice. Centrally located so very convenient. However it is in a very lively part of the city and as such is subject to a lot of outside noise which means you won't get much sleep! But the hotel itself is excellent, the staff are very polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are nice and ensuite also excellent. Very old fashioned tv with […] limited channels which was a disappointment as I couldn't get to watch Match of the Day! Overall more suitable to hen/stag party weekend as close to a lot of nightlife but not recommended if looking for a quiet break or for families. 3/5 overall Les mer

I do not feel that the hotel advertises itself accurately -- ie. the wifi did not work in our room, the toiletries were not provided. The quality of everything in the room was subpar/much shabbier than advertised; the advertising is just not close to being reflective of what the room actually looks like. I think it should be rated as a 2 star hotel […] at best. It is also not in a great location (downtown not in walking distance). Les mer

Very expensive for this hotel. This is my third stay here and will not return. Curtain did not fit windows. Noise at night from night clubs on the side street dreadful and this followed by glass collection at 5:15 each morning OMG. £4:00 charge for cooked breakfast expensive for what turned up on plate.. my wife and i stayed for 2 nights and in general it was very good. the staff were very good and efficient. the only downside i would is the continental breakfast which we always take seems to have less of a choice than previous years, i,e. there is only 1 type of bread white sliced pan before there was a brown bread choice.

Booked to stay for 1 night, unfortunately as with all central hotels parking is extra but had a deal with close by NCP 2 minute walk away for 24 hour parking for £7.50. We found the room we were in was very noisy through the night with lots of traffic noise from the main road outside which kept us awake so didn't get a very good nights sleep ....windows […] were not double glazed in this old building (secondary glazing might be an idea to install) and the windows rattled with the wind. The room itself was basic but ok with a large bed (2 twins pushed together) but could have done with more pillows as the 2 provided each were quite flat. The red walls gave off a red dust if you touched it, luckily I didn't lean against it and get red all over my clothes. Breakfast was served in the downstair bar area....a continental self serve breakfast was included with our stay, a good selection of items...an upgrade was available to full English for an extra cost which we didn't go for. I don't think I would stay here again purely on the basis of the noisy room. Les mer

The hotel itself was nice but the lady at reception had an awful manor and as a result would not stay there again, never experienced anything like this in a hotel before

Hotel ok. but they advertise full breakfast then give you continental. had to pay extra for cooked. staff ignorant and dont listen to what you say. dont give a credit or debit card for security at check in, use a passport or driving lisence. im still waiting for my deposit to be returned.

I loved this hotel. Staff were grt and v v accommodating. Grt buffet breakfast. Rms clean, bar excellent. Grt central location. Would have given top star rating but only really do this if tot excellent although it was close. Wud def stay here again

my husband booked our stay for our wedding anniversary and when the staff found out they really put themseves out at breakfast on the morning of our anniverary there was a note congratulating us which we have framed we will definateley come back and we will recommend you to anyone who comes to liverpool

This was an alternative hotel as everywhere else where we normally stay was fully booked. The hotel needs a total refurbishment.The cleaning staff need glasses as the dust above the wardrobe was quite thick and cleaning and hoovering the restaurant while I was still having my breakfast was totally unacceptable. As there was no adequate ventillation […] the room was a sweat box. No double gazing so if you want to sleep bring ear plugs as you will be woken up by every little noise. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free Les mer

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel, we found it very convenience for everywhere we wish to visit, the food there is very good, and the staff are always happy and smiling, we intend to stay there every time we visit Liverpool

Definitely value for money. Great location for Lime Street Station and the price was incredibly low for the location. 'Continental Breakfast' a little of an exaggeration but £6 for Full English well worth it. Would go back but get there earlier as at 10.00 (on the dot) the kitchen shut and so I had to go to Chinese next door. It was a good Chinese  […] though. Les mer

excellent standard of accomodation and food in restaurant was top class. would recommend this hotel to friends. location good - close to shops and night life. would definately stay again

stayed in the hotel before but wont be back ,confusion over pre booked meals very small portions ,hotel closed the bar at 11 when the game was a late kick off .very small old rooms need updateing and it wasnt a cheap hotel either .

When I looked at pictures of hotel rooms and read the description online sir Thomas hotel described itself as "luxury". Not at all. They promised luxury bedding and all we got was white plain bed sheets, a tiny 15" tv with hardly any programmes, a bathroom that needed renovating and bathroom accessories that had been used before, I.e. shower gel and […] hand wash. I recently stayed in the local days inn hotel which was the same price and far better value for money. I stay in a lot of hotels and in terms of value for money, this is the wors I've stayed in. There were a few positives on staying this hotel, such as: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good and there was a lift to get up and down the stairs (convenient if your on the middle or top floor as there are a lot of stairs). However, the negatives of this hotel completely outweigh the positives, the negatives being: the TV […] set looked like a throw back from the 1950's and had no remote, also you are very limited on what you can watch as there are only 5 channels which were misnamed. The curtains in the room didn't cover the windows properly and had mould on them. There was a big rip in the carpet that they had tried (and failed) to cover with the bed. We booked a double room, but got a twin with the beds pushed together, one of the mattresses didn't have a bed sheet on, and the flat sheet had holes in. The light in the entrance of the room flickered on and off. The hairdryer and tea set in the room, resembled that of a children's play set. All of the furniture and decor in the room was very outdated. Moving on to the bathroom, we had somebody elses hair in our plug hole and the bath tiles were mouldy. There was no iron provided, which is false advertisement as it was stated that there was one when we booked. There was no fire escape from the top floor other that the stairs, which would be no use if the stairs or lower floors were on fire. The lift was very slow. Rubbish service for the breakfast and not much choice! We would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody! Les mer
