Litt avstand fra sentrum. Vi brukte taxi til og fra sentrum og old Trafford. Ca 6-8 pund. Lytt mellom rommene!

Topp beliggenhet i forhold til stasjon og shopping. Dyr mat på hotellet, men mat kan kjøpes i butikker nær hotellet. Praktisk og romslig rom, godt å sove her.

the hotel was conveinient for the station and busses but it was very noisy early morning. the hotel generly looked very tired. Service in the cafe/bar was very slow.

"Perfect!"
I needed something close to the station, and couldn't have asked for a better location. In addition, the building is beautiful with great character, and I found the staff and service to be top-notch.
It was our second stay at the hotel and we had a fantastic stay again, all the staff were very polite and helpfull even the cleaners were polite and courteouse. We are very much looking forward to our next stay at the hotel and we would certainly recomend the hotel to family and friends.

I found my stay very pleasant. Beds were comfortable, room was nice with a heater and wood floors. Wish there was a better view, as my room faced a building, but oh well. Food from the bar/grill was tasty. Staff was friendly and ready to help. I liked that there was security enforced, as they locked the front doors after hours and let in residents only. The […] location is superb, and just about everything worth seeing is within walking distance! I never had to take a bus, tram, or taxi for anything. Abode ending up being nicer than I thought and the location was also better than I thought. Food, service was excellent. Room was large, clean and quiet. Exceeding my expectations.

"Perfect in so many ways"
From the arrival at the check in to the final goodbye this could not have been better! We chose a superior room and it was massive. The bed was so comfortable with a range of lights to make the room very relaxing. The bath and shower were also very big with goodies which were not your usual cheap hotel shampoos. The hotel resturant was also very welcoming. […] I booked online before we arrived and this was a very good idea, it was very popular. The food was delicious with cocktails to match! Breakfast was very good value at £10. The abode was so easy from Piccadilly STn and the train. Shopping was closeby and the bars even closer for a night out on canal street. Stayed at hotel on 18 th Nov travelled from Glasgow. Great 1st impressions of hotel. Receptionist that checked me in could not be any nicer friendly and professional. Hotel was great location to where i was going and not to faraway from shops. Hotel its self was clean would recoomend this hotel

Booked the Abode because the Malmaison where the event was fully booked, My room was comfortable but I hate two beds pushed together to make a double. Reception spent 10 mins telling me how fantastic Michael Cains inhouse restaurant was to then tell me it was fully booked. If the room service meal was from the same restaurant which I expect it is then […] I didn't miss anything, gave breakfast a miss due to this. Les mer

"Excellent location and service @ Abode Hotel"
Stayed at the Abode for 1 night and we truly enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean, and was thrilled the A/C came with a remote so it could be controlled from bed. The staff was very helpful and professional. Had breakfast in the morning at the restaurant and not only was the food cooked deliciously (the bacon is amazing), but the staff was so friendly […] and great service. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay in Manchester, especially if you are going to taking a train anywhere else in the UK, as it so close to the Piccadilly Station. Les mer

I booked three rooms for a group of us and we all loved the hotel. When we needed ice for drinks, glasses, room service etc... it was brought quickly to the room. The hotel has a chic feel, but not pretentious, I fully recommend this hotel and I will be staying there in the future.

ABode Manchester is a wonderful hotel located in the middle of everything. This hotel is very comfortable and has a fabulous restaurant downstairs. We had an early morning train to catch at Piccadilly and were within walking distance of the station. We truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

A good mix of funky and chic & old school character in this former textile mill. High ceilings, parquet floors and wonderful architectural features. The pillows & mattress were wonderfully comfortable. The room was spacious and had all you would need. Hi, Had a last minute one night booking here and our stay was very pleasant. Our room had beautiful original tiles with wooden flooring and contemporary artwork on the walls. The bed was enormous and very comfortable! For a place to stay that is a bit on the funky side then this is a good option. I'm not a lover of the Piccadilly area, but it's a […] very handy location. "The Abode - perfect for Manchester Picadilly"
the Abode is just down the street from manchester picadilly, so is perfect for people travelling to and from the city by train. the hotel is clean and comfortable and housed in a delightful listed building designed by the architect who went on to design the Empire State Building in New York. We had a great stay there.

"Quick stop over"
The Abode is very convenient to the Manchester Picadilly Station. There is a nice restaurant within the hotel, where I had a nice breakfast. They had my Sunday Times for me when I woke up. The room with nicely furnished with high ceilings. The steel beams are exposed but make a nice decorative statement. Very disappointing, my room was rather like being in a school dormitory, large ceilings making the room feel very uncomfortable. The furniture was similarly school like, not very luxurious and not very 4 star. Bathroom pokey and dimly lit. Stayed at the City Inn the next night - 1000 times better.
The ABode represents very good value and is no nonsense, The rooms are spacious as are the bathrooms, the towels are a good size and the showers are fine. Beds are large and reasonably comfortable. Noise levels are good - my night's sleep was not at all disturbed. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There is only a limited range of TV channels and no movies […] are available - both of these should be corrected. The breakfast is of moderate quality but reasonably priced. Les mer

This an excellent hotel by any standard. I will stay here again if ever in Manchester. Close to good restaurants, sites, and the railway. I stayed one evening and enjoyed being near anything I needed or wated to see. Excellent rates, a very comfortable room and bed.

We arrived on Firday afternoon, not really sure where we were going and found it by accident on main road down from Picadilly station into the main part of town, literally 2min walk from Pic station! Checked in with very nice woman at the desk and headed up to our room. Although my girlfriend struggled hugely with the card key in the door (not that […] there was anything wrong with it), we let ourselves into a beautiful double room. The ceilings were very high and the room was almost a sort of open plan appartment, with huge windows and even larger curtains. Bed was fantasticly comfy, nice linen and plenty of nice towels in the very spacious bathroom - in which the shower was fantastic. The room had a decent sized flat screen tv as well as a dvd player and promise of a handsome collection of DVDs if we asked for Oscar at reception. Alas we didn't but i'm sure Oscar would have been very happy to help had we done so! I can't recommend this hotel enough...beautiful rooms, and something a little bit different from your standard hotel room! Restaurant looked great as well, although we didn't eat there so couldn't really comment properly! Book a room...NOW!!! Les mer
