Hyggelige og serviceinstillte ansatte. God mat. Fint hotell, om noe oppussing ikkje hadde skadet på rommene. Fantastisk sjåførservice!

Hotellet var lekkert og alt bra. Siden jeg bare skulle overnatte fra en flyreise til å reise videre neste dag, var avstanden til flyplassen litt vel lang for dette. Omgivelsene var herlig indiske med et vakkert jaintempel rett ved siden av.

I was excited when I saw the pictures of the hotel and the rate that was given. I soon found that the rate was too good to be true. The first problem arose when arriving to the hotel. I noticed that the exterior of the hotel was in disrepair and a bit dirty. I think that the photos were probably photoshopped in order to appear nicer. I can't really […] fault the hotel for much of the surrounding neighborhood, there isn't a nice area of Chennai to be found. Upon check-in I found out that the room booked (Deluxe Room) was not as described on Hotels.com, but rather just the standard room. This being the case wasn't too much of an issue, because the description of the standard room sounded nice. I went to my room to find that it was much smaller than expected (still a decent room.) The furnishings were nice and the fixtures in the bathroom were nice too. The bathroom could have used better handiwork during the remodel and that can be easily seen. The room did not include a jetted tub as described, nor did it have a second bathroom in the room as described. Basically the room description given on Hotels.com was the description of a Deluxe Suite, but that can be confusing with the fact of booking a Deluxe room on Hotels.com. Being a deployed military member, I was happy to see that internet was free in all the rooms to use to chat with my wife and kid. Upon arriving I found that the WiFi connection was extremely slow (0.1 MB/Sec measured by speedtest.net) so I decided to try the wired connection. That connection was so slow that I could not even test the connectivity. It did speed up slightly, occasionally, but the connection would only work for about 15 minutes of each hour. My room included free dinner and breakfast (which is what I was told at the hotel was the only difference in my room and the standard room.) Our 1st stay @ Accord Metropolitant, and it was a memorable one. The staff, expecially Shalini at front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. She would make an excellent ambassidor for your hotel. The rest of the staff were equally good in delivering outstanding service, in particular Udhaya who was a waiter @ the ground flr restaurant. I am a regular guest at this facility. However this time I was disappointed with mosquitoes and roaches in the room. The tea bags that they offer in the room are not in sachets and housekeeping handles them while cleaning rooms ! The carpet in the corridor were dirty. I had to call housekeeping to clean up - but it was a half hearted job.The edges had […] dirt and paint peel every day for the 6 days I stayed in total during this trip. Les mer

The location is great easy access to any point in the city. Brakfast is good and a lot of selection. Tea was hot sometimes and not at other times. One thing that irked me was that I was not able to meet with friends in my room even during the day. The bell man services were good during the day not at night. This hotel was, overall, very nice. There is a club located inside the hotel so ask for a upper floor room if you don't want to hear the noise from the club. The food at the Chinese restaurant (rooftop) was very good; the main restaurant in the lobby was mediocre. Additionally, the price for food was rather expensive compared the usual cost of food […] in Mumbai. I have stayed here several times. The only problem this time was a stuck sink stopper and failure to get wash cloths and hand towels when the room was tidied up. However, these things were corrected when I called. I recommend this hotel which has great rates compared to others.

This hotel is a good business hotel, conveniently located in the business district of Chennai. It has tasteful decor, friendly staff and good rooms. Overall, the food was good but a few improvements and customizing would make it great. Would recommend this hotel for business and leisure trips.

Hotel is at a very good place and close to US consulate. Hotel room was very clean and if I visit chennai again, I will stay in here and recommend it to others.. Hospitality is very good and a very displined staff. Book through Hotels.com----I got it at 15% cheaper price than its original price.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel with helpful and polite staff. The only draw back was the noise from GN Chetty Road and double glzing of the windows facing the road will improve the quality of the rooms temendously.

We've stayed in several hotels in Chennai in the last 5 years. The Accord Metropolitan is by far the best we've encountered!. The rooms were amazing! Very comfortable beds, extremely clean bathroom, a nice working table with leather swivel chair, very prompt room service, very polite front desk personnel, splendid breakfast spread (even includes bacon!). […] What more can a guest ask for. I like this hotel so much that this is my second stay there. It is a great value for the money. The breakfast is very good and the wifi is free.

when we arrived early morning the hotel was a place for mosquitoes breeding center ,very very bad experience ,never expected this from a 4 star property, duty managers in the morning shift have no sense how to talk to customers ,not atall freindly

En 3 jours j'ai tué 8 cafards dans ma chambre... et vu 1 au buffet du petit dèj' ... Ménage fait à moitié dans la chambre (les cafards tués la veille étaient encore présents sur la moquette le soir en rentrant !!). Au moins, j'étais certain qu'ils étaient bien morts...

部屋自体は悪くはありません。バスルームもバスタブもきれいですし，ベッド，シーツ，ソファ等も悪くありません。朝食はビュッフェですが，それなりに種類もあり，味もまあ満足です。ただ，高級ホテルには珍しく，土産物屋や売店がホテル内になかったのはびっくりでした。簡単にまとめると，，５つ星のクオリティを期待していくと，少しがっかりしますが，私が以前利用した，同価格帯のデリーやムンバイのホテルに比べれば，清潔度，調度品，朝食等の全てに於いて，こちらの方がずっと良かったです。
