NaturaPark Beach EcoResort & Spa - All Inclusive - Punta Cana

This is a resort property that the grounds and gardens are very beautiful and well maintained. The hotel room that we were first placed in was on the main floor and was very musty with a few light bulbs burnt out and a toilet that wouldn't even flush toilet paper. So, at check-in there was toilet paper in the toilet. Day two we requested a different […] room and on day three were placed in a room on the 2nd floor that had a slight musty smell which was a great improvement. The toilet flushed normally and all light bulbs worked but the small refrigerator in the room cooled drinks by just a few degrees and the tv didn't work at all. We had no intention to be watching tv or drinking the soda from the fridge so this was not a problem for us. At check-in the desk attendant wanted to know how we booked this hotel. And informed us that they just don't get many visitors from the United States and he was very short with us. I had informed him that just a few days prior to check in I had our tour company contact the hotel for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and there was no taxi waiting for us at the airport- he said "well, whoever told you that was wrong because we don't do that" The other desk attendants that we had contact with were very nice and the waitstaff was hit and miss with quality care. A few of the bartenders were very nice and the service was always increased by just a dollar or two tip here and there. The hotel was full of Canadian and Russian vacationers. Which is the norm as per hotel staff. As per staff information the Russians never tip and the Canadians do occasionally which may play a role in the quality of service despite the all inclusive hotel statis. No matter where you are service is increased by tipping. This is not a bad hotel as we always felt safe and the quality of food was good. Did have one of the servers at the buffet drop the tongs for the roast beef on the floor and pick it up and put it back to continue use...? All said, we had a very nice Les mer

Overall a good experience. Requiring diner reservations 2 days in advance and having a small window during the morning to do so was clearly designed to keep guests from using the nicer restaurants, but the buffet was pretty good. They did a really nice job on the grounds and there were a lot of birds, fish, turtles and wildlife around. Whew!!! Going to the DR is a blast but this place was a real treat. Its affordable, its extremely well kept and beautiful and the staff is incredibly gracious. Special shout out to the front desk with Rosa and especially Kary who had just the most entertaining personalities. No real complaints and the people who do are generally hoitsy-toitsy who need […] to leave in comfortable land and be spoiled. Make sure you walk off the resort down the street and to where the real Dominicans are partying about 3/4 to a mile away. Wow I ain't never seen anything like that.!! That's all I can say. There are no drawbacks to this hotel. Oh there is one. Some of the guests are real annoying and there's music going and they don't even know how to enjoy themselves. Oh well. Les mer

Since We got there The employees welcome us with a excelent customer service. The Food was supreme, Activities and entertaiment was A + . The Only thing I can recommend to the resort is to Upgrade the Tv"s and quality of cable.Our room was very nice decorated and quite when is time to sleep you really can count on the quite area. My husband and I recently stayed at the resort and very much enjoyed it. The grounds are beautiful with little bridges, natural foliage and birds to enjoy viewing such as flamingos and storks. The pool and beach were quite nice. The room wasn't fancy(closet hard to open, decor a little tired) but it was clean and safe and fine for our needs. The TV […] actually got a number of English channels which was a bonus. The food was great, particularly at the buffet which offered a lot of choices from lamb to fries to fresh fruit. We also tried all three restaurants and enjoyed them. Just remember to book the restaurants ahead of time as you need a ticket (they're all free, however). It's easy to book extra excursions through the hotel and we took a trip out on the water that way. There are free watercraft (paddle boats, etc.) which are fun although you can't really go too far. We also used the gym (which could really use an update) and tried the spa (which was fine - I'd recommend a massage). If you're looking for a pretty, natural setting with a nice beach and good food, this is a great spot. Les mer

me encanto, es un hotel muy bonito,comodo ,las habitaciones grandes, limpias y en buenas condiciones, la comida muy buena.Se lo recomiendo a todos para pasar unas bonitas vacaciones !!!

Me gusto mucho el hotel, pero particularmente el servicio muy bueno, muy disfrutable.
