"very good location for our convenience."
We had an awesome stay, also enjoyed that it was only 6 blocks from the wedding reception that we were attending. It was convenient for us to walk, because it was just a beautiful day and a beautiful stay. Thank-you for your hospitality. We would stay there again.

"5 star service 2 star hotel"
The service at this place is fantastic and it was quiet and kept very clean. its in a great location, close to all major attractions. We got to the hotel to find out they had double booked our room. 2 queens and a pull out couch so they gave us 2 adjoining rooms instead but for the same price. We also had to extend our trip by a day and it was no problem, […] same great rate in the same room. Breakfast was included and it was good. The bad..... The beds and pillows were not comfortable, well worn, time to replace. I am a runner and attempted to use the treadmill and it was not usable, it skipped and I would actually consider it dangerous to run on. Also some of the weight machine was broken and the three options they had for fitness were all out of date. The jacuzzi also needs replacing it was cracked and pretty rough looking. Overall it was ok for the price but we will not be staying there again. We will pay a little more for a nicer place. Les mer

Decent room and continental breakfast included. Near Shoppers Drug Mart which was convenient for a few things I forgot. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Amazingly friendly desk staff. Noise levels were great as even though on the busiest roadway in Lethbridge, we heard no street noise whatsoever. Room was very spacious.
The service was outstanding. The room was very clean. The beds were a little to hard though and I didn't get a great sleep. Otherwise I would let other people know it is good place to stay.

This hotel was an excellent location, near Spitz Stadium and close access to restaurants. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel was very quiet. Free breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate. Our room had a fridge and free internet. Rates were very reasonable and we would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed here only 1 night but I can't really find anything to complain about. The room and hotel in general was very clean and comfortable. If you're expecting the Hyatt Regency, this place might not be for you but I've stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels all over the world and this met our every need. The rooms are basic but very clean and quiet. […] The beds were firm but comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is located on a main road in town so there's lots of restaurants and services withing walking distance. There is a drugstore/shopping plaza next door which was convenient. There is also a nice hot tub/spa off the lobby which we didn't use but it looked clean and well-kept. The free breakfast was basic but decent - make-your-own waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, fruit, muffins, boiled eggs, juices, tea/coffee. I especially appreciated the espresso machine. We had a great time. The hotel was close to where we needed to be. Only downer was no pool.

"Too hot."
Our room was very warm even with the heat turned off and there was no air conditioning unit in our room. I would hate to be in that room in the summer. Otherwise, the hotel was a good place to stay.

Right from the get-go , friendly service , accomodative and helpful . Very clean good sized room , close to all services , but quite location ! Totally adequate breakfast with unique fresh bake-yourself waffles . I would stay there again .

The room was fairly nice but very basic. The location is good, close to restaurants and other facilities. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, but still seemed quite high compared to several other places we have stayed recently in other cities. The Room was clean. For the Price was a little disappointed with such basic room supplies. The room had a old TV with a small screen that was difficult to see sitting on the bed. breakfast was very limited in selection. Overall not bad since I only needed a room the night while on a trip. would not recommend for more than a one night stay.

wireless internet was a bit weak , however there is a business centre and the lobby where you can access the internet, rooms were excellent and the location was within minutes of shopping and restaurants, I would positively recomend a stay !

My wife and I stayed at the Premier Suites while we worked at a casino on a Friday night. The room and the hotel was clean and bright and the staff was excellent. It is very good value - other places were charging $30+ for the same kind of stay.

We were disappointed that the TV was so old and small 27''{I think} and the picture wasn't sharp. There was no coffee maker in the room so we had to go to the lobby to get it and their coffee wasn't very good. I had to go next door to Smitty's to get a good cup of coffee. The breakfast was good especially the waffles.....

Our room was spotless and very well maintained. Maid service was excellent. My only wish was that there was a coffeemaker in the room. Otherwise excellent value and accommodations. Highly recommended!

You won't find a nicer hotel for your money in town, If I ever stay in Lethbridge again I will stay at the Premier inn.

Overall, the hotel was fine. It was nice having the fridge and microwave in the room. 2 things that were not great: 1) we were on the 4th floor and could not get wireless signal, but it came in fine in lobby; 2) lighting was weak, really was kind of hard to read at night. They need more fixtures. Having said that, I would stay there again.

The hotel was clean, but a little on the small side, as were the rooms. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and an ample breakfast was provided. The room was clean but a litlle on the small side for 3 people, anything more than one night would have been hard work.

this was a great place to stay, we were happy with everything. Loved the waffles in the breakfast. only complaint is that the wi-fi wasn't working the whole time we were there. We were offered a cable to attach to our computer but I brought an iTouch, so it did not help. I wish they would get this fixed.

Hot tubs were not working when we were there. Everything else was fine. Staff was very helpful. Basic good quality.

Front Desk at Check-In very pleasant, although very little knowledge of the "Things going on in Lethbridge". Had no information about the Airshow but gave us the Airports Tel. number. Room's Carpet was dirty and stained. The Curtains were bleached off from the sun. Overall I didn't feel like I would be able to walk barefeet on the Carpet. Girl at check-in was extremely pleasant and helpful. Great smile and personality. Gave direction to many sights we requested and presented us with a map of the city and highlighted routes for us. Said this was all part of her duties.Our two room suite was a bit small but clean and cheerful. Complimentry breakfast was good with fair amount of variety. […] Quiet hotel and near all our interests. Only thing I would change is to have coffee maker in the room although there was always plenty down in main lobby. "Lethbridge Football"
Staff was very friendly and helpful Continental breakfast was enough to fill me up and I am a big guy. Very quite Rooms were clean. Hot tub was excellent. The only complaint was the air condition dripped but as I ran the thing 24-7 for 5 days. Ground floor is the best no stairs or elevator I would definitely stay there again !

Clean hotel, well satisfied on first day of a 5 day stay. Room service acceptable, but room only got cleaned and beds made once out of the five days. Had to ask for coffee and clean towels every day.
For the price, it was a good place to stay. Rooms were very basic, but clean and quiet. Front desk was very helpful. Would stay here again.

We arrived very late at night, 2am, but there was someone still working at the desk who was more than happy to help us get into our rooms quickly. All staff was very friendly with any questions we had, and knew quite alot about the surrounding area. Quiet area, and very cozy rooms!
