Hotellet ser veldig fancy ut fra utsiden og mitt rom var stort og romslig med den man trenger av fasiliteter. Mitt rom var ikke nytt, synlig at det har vært i bruk, men var rent. Merk at det fort kan bli mange tillegg i prisen for parkering, frokost og internett.

God og ny standard, kjøleskap og mikro på rommet, godt renhold, nær beliggenhet i forhold til BART og gode restauranter. Vi fant kort og godt ingenting å utsette på dette hotellet.

Pris i forhold til produkt er excellent++. Svært bra bakeri, samt imponerende nydelig frokost/lunsj-sted rett over gaten, ved vinutsalget. Kun 800 meter fra T-bane (BART) med direkteforbindelse til San Francisco og begge byens flyplasser. Hyggelig villastrøk på veien til T-banen, med naboer som hilser.

This is a slightly upscale hotel, but price is to be expected in Napa. Few restaurants nearby, but OK. Good breakfast and Wifi, elevator in hotel. Very good pool.

American Canyon ligger ved den sørlige enden av Napa Valley, mellom Vallejo og Napa. Vingårdene i det kuperte landskapet vitner om vingårdene i verdensklasse lenger nord. Somewhat disappointed in the accommodations, somewhat below what we expected. What they called a swimming pool was a glorified kiddie's wading pool where it was not possible to swim laps or even exercise. Glad we didn't get an inside room - the bullfrog chorus was deafening. Amenities were similar to what we'd see in a two-star hotel, and the door we […] had to enter was difficult to operate and was definitely not handicapped accessible, even though it was labeled as such, and a wheelchair could not get over the curb. "Great Hotel and Location"
We chose American Canyon because it was a lot cheaper for a Spring Stay then both Sonoma and Napa. However it was a short 15 minute drive to all the great wineries we wanted to visit. Was surprised to see they had both a spa and restaurant. It has a small pool not too convenient to sun bath but still ok to lounge at. I will definitely stay here aga […] in. Les mer

Great proximity to Napa, much cheaper than staying in Napa itself. Just off the highway, but no problems with noise at all.
"Nice and comfy"
Overall service and accommodations were great, comfy room and generally clean with the exception of the bathroom which was not swept (female hair on the floor), which made me question and feel uncertain of the cleanliness of the rest of the room, but to the naked eye, seemed ok. I would stay again.

Very nice stay. Only problem was the hot tub was too hot. Contacted front desk they were fast to have it looked at and decreased the heat setting.

We planned a night away in Napa and found this hotel online. We booked it thru Hotels.com - my friends booked thru another website for a little cheaper. Hotels.com matched their price! The hotel was beautiful. Impeccably clean, comfortable bed and nice view of the lagoon. We were just a little ways away from Napa, but did not mind the short drive. […] It was well worth it. I really like my stay at the Double Tree it was very close to downtown Napa and the surrounding areas was beautiful. The rooms where clean and service was very nice. The only down side is it is located on a very busy street so if you try to leave early in the morning expect heavy traffic delay and it is also a one way! The hotel was warm and welcoming, the staff very helpful and professional. The entire facility was clean and safe, with locking doors just to get into the buildings housing the rooms. The rooms were all very well kept - it actually looked like they had taken the time to clean everything, not like in other hotels where you really don't want to take your […] shoes off or touch anything. Place was clean.. The hot tub was burning hot though also the room had some thin walls. Nice view of the train tracks and homes. I. guess what should I expect for the rate that I paid.

Wish we could have known about the pre-reception gathering in the afternoon. But nothing was mentioned until it was too late. Unfriendly people up front, very unwelcoming place I've stayed.

I was disappointed with how old this hotel looks. It's been repaired but you still get that old hotel feel. The bathroom is so small you have to close the door to get into shower. The bathroom door touched the toilet. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Room is also decorated very drab. Also, the heater did not work.
Loved this hotel. I would stay here again and would not hessitate to recomend it to others. We ate the breakfast buffet several mornings and it was very nice. Wish we had ate there every morning.

"Cheapest good hotel near Napa"
After searching for a good 4-5 days, this was the only 4 star hotel I could find in the area that I didn't have to pay with a couple limbs for. It's a little outside Napa, which was perfect because we planned to leave in the morning (checkout) and then spend the day in Napa and return in the evening. The room was good and I hear the free welcome cookies […] are awesome (although they were unavailable when I was around). The receptionist also hooked us up with a bunch of coupons for different wineries and a very useful map of the area. Les mer

The location of the hotel is perfect. We are near movie theaters, shopping center, a variety of restaurants and MOST importantly a Starbucks. If you are planning on visiting Napa, the Double Tree us just minutes away. The scenery driving into Napa is priceless!

"Perfect location to access the bay area"
We booked two rooms for family and could not have received better service. The hotel was nicely laid out - the Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature. The food in the restaurant was good and the service amazing.

Very nice hotel in overall and we had a pleasant stay at double tree. This was our 2nd experience with double tree, even though it was different location but it was definitely as good as last time. I am now a royal customer of double tree and would plan all my future stay with double tree! Please keep up the good work and services!

"Great room, small pool"
The rooms were wonderful, something we expect from the Hilton brand. The pool, especially the tiny hotub left much to be desired. The cool weather didn't help. It's a long walk to your room in freezing temps.

The only thing that was not so great is the heater. It was VERY loud and blew cold air EVERY time it went on.

The hotel was great. We unfortunately had very loud people next door so did not get any sleep. We thought since it had a very low occupancy rate there would be space between occupied rooms. Not the case. Other than that, it would have been an enjoyable experience.

Liked this hotel fine, only stayed a few hours, so I was not able to see the restaurant, or any other amenity. If I did have a complaint, it would be that there was no hair-dryer in the bathroom, and the dead-bolt would not latch.(Reported to front desk in the A.M, and they did appear to make a note to repair it immediately.)
