room 16 had a leaking toilet and the smell of mildew was stinking, asked to moved to another room, reluctantly we were moved to room 2. Beds are far too soft, had bad back for rest of the day.

Arrived at the hotel and was surprised that its set back from the main road making it a very peaceful place to stay, very pleasant and helpful receptionist made check in swift and efficient, the room was super clean and the bedroom very recently decorated, bathroom looked a little tired in decor but was also scrupulously clean, there are a couple of […] fast food places nearby to eat and a Harvester restaurant just across the roundabout less than half a mile away, all in all was very happy with my stay and have paid more in other hotels that have not been as good as this one, would go back again for sure. The address and postcode given on the hotel.com website took us to the wrong place at first, but upon arrival to the hotel it was a very pleasant place. Very friendly and helpful staff. All in all excellent value for money.

Hotels.com website does not mention the hotel is at the M4 services at J36, & both Bing maps & satnav use the hotel's postcode, which takes you to a small village 3 miles away from the hotel. Go to the services, ignore the directions. Bargain basement hotel, no frills & none expected for the price.

A good budget hotel good price , just be prepared to taxi if you have a night out

Friendly staff, quit, clean, very good, good value

sSt Nav takes you approx 3 miles to the wrong Sarn Hill address. Sarn Park Services is actually where the hotel is, in the car park. The hotel was fine,but it took an hour to find ,we tried the phone number but got through to the booking agents answer phone. SARN PARK SERVICES on the round about is where you need to head for!!

I last stayed at this hotel summer 2010 and it was very nice but since then the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down hill, the bathroom was horrible, tiles where dirty and bath was unclean and the shower is too low so had to bend down to use it. Definitely out dated hotel in desparate need of an update!!

Tricky place to find, post code will take you to the wrong place. Pull in at the services and it is tucked away in the services area. However, it is far enough away from the road that you don't hear any traffic. Hotel is pretty much pay for what you get, its an economy place so no frills. That said, we had no complaints as everything we expected was […] there and was in fine condition. The hotel is out of Bridgend and the only way to get in is by car or taxi. If you follow the given address YOU will get lost, as it is a housing site. The actual location is about a mile and a half away, alongside the M4 on the Service Area

overall no problems with the hotel big problem with finding the place though their postcode will lead your sat-nav to the middle of a residential housing area about half a mile away if you have the same problem finding place it is in the services area about 300 yrds from the burger king just ignore your sat-nav

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Bridgend Days Inn. I had asked for a non-smoking room but this information was not passed to the hotel, not their fault. I have never met such friendly hotel staff they made our stay extra special.

pas très facile à trouver , il suffit en arrivant par la m4 depuis Cardiff , de prendre la sortie 36 et de suivre service nous n'avions trouvé cette indication nul part personnel agréable bien insonnotisé
