Trivelig hotell med god standard og midt i sentrum med flott utsikt til Tyin tårnet. God mat, både frokost og middag. Første gang jeg har bodd i en storby uten å bruke buss/metro - her var egne bein beste fremkomstmidler. Praha er en fantastisk by som jeg er blitt veldig glad i, ikke minst aritektturen og konsertene. Kjekt å oppleve at byen blir så godt vedlikeholdt.

Utrolig bra beliggenhet på dette sjarmerende og koselige hotell med bare tolv rom. Servicen var helt topp. Hyggelig betjening som var veldig behjelplig med det meste.

The Cerna Liska was a wonderful hotel experience. From the amazing location to the quality buffet breakfast we could not have asked for more. The front desk hostesses were on site 24/7 and were friendly and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor was large and comfortable with a great view of the church. We were there in September 2009 and were able to keep the windows open without being effected by the street noise although my guess is that light sleepers would need to close the windows and/or need a room on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to everyone.

Great location with helpful staff. If you are looking for a quiet nights sleep, this is not the hotel for you. It's location is just off the main square in old town Prague. During the high season and late into September you will find it a little noisy with the traffic and party goers. If you want to be close to everything this is the place for you. New town is just a short walk away. Plenty of eating establishments that cater to visitors close by. The Palace is about a 20 minute walk away and up hill. Bring a good pair of walking shoes if you plan to see the sights. Horse drawn carriages and vehicle tours can be purchased on the square.

The hotel is situated in the quietest corner of the Old Town Square from which every exit leads to a different area of old Prague . The rooms are spacious , comfortable , clean and quiet . The breakfast provided cooked food and cold meats etc plus fruit and cereals and as much coffee as you needed . We would certainly recommend the Cerna Liska .

This hotel is small, cozy, clean with comfortable beds in a terrific location right on Old Town Square. At the hotel's outdoor restaurant, you can drink your morning coffee while admiring life stirring on the square in the shadow of church spires that have "Fantasy Land" written all over them. Free wi-fi and breakfast were also included. And each room has its own air conditioner with adjustable controls. Rooms are large with a safe, well stocked mini bar and in-room coffee maker. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Very small hotel in the best possible location in all of Prague. It wouldn't even cross my mind to stay anywhere else if I went back. Keep in mind, everything that's going on in the square you can hear...so it's definitely not a quiet location, but I slept fine. Perfect if you like to be in the mix of things. It was right at the meeting place for all my tours.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Cerna Liska for a family vacation (we had 3 of the rooms). We booked a shuttle through the hotel to pick us up from the train station as we were arriving at 7AM from Krakow. I confirmed the shuttle twice before we left. However, no shuttle was there when we arrived. I called the hotel and they assured me a shuttle would be there in 30 minutes. It eventually took 2 hours and numerous phone calls before they finally sent a vehicle to pick us up. The driver told us he had been sent only 5 minutes before he arrived and that the hotel goofed up. Be aware that the shuttle service is very unreliable. Having said that, the hotel location is one of the best in Prague, right in the Old Town Square. The rooms are spacious, but have poor A/C. It was warm during our visit in July, 2009 and as a result, nobody slept very well. The breakfast (included with the room) was excellent. One of the rooms did have a problem with getting hot water in the shower (which was never fixed).

Superb location and a great price!

The hotel was small but had huge rooms. It is located right on the Old Town Sq. nxt to the astronomical clock. You can walk everywhere from there and there are 2 subway stops (Staromestska and Mustek) a few blocks away for transport to the airport. The included breaksfast was one of the best I had on my trip and it was served in a sunny room with views of the Sq. The only problem I had was with the wifi connection, which is perfect in the ground and 1st floor but not available on higher floors (I was on 2). I don’t know about peak season but off season the price for the room was great.

We picked this hotel for its location 'Old Town Square' and its was perfect, couldn't have asked for better. We arrived early Friday and had no problems with check in. The Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Rooms spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It was small but right in the center of the Old Town Sq (next to the astronomical clock) and close to the subway (the Staromestska stop is about 2 blocks away). The rooms were big and the breakfast was one of the best I had in my trip. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. I only had a minor issue with the internet connection. They have free Wi-Fi but it only reaches the 1st floor so if you are on a higher floor, you have to use your laptop in the reception area to get access. Ask for a room in the 1st floor if you really need internet access.

Hotel Cerna Liska is in a fantastic location right on the Old town square. Beds super comfortable and rooms heated nicely in what was a very cold trip to prague. Stunning views at night when the square is lit up. Over-all a really nice hotel with period features , would definitly stay again.

We were in Prague to experience the Christmas markets and this hotel was the perfect location. Next to the famous astronomical clock and St. Nicholas Church, it was right on the Old Town Square. Easy access to all the sights of Prague. The light breakfast that was included was a great way to start the day of sight seeing.

fantastic location for couples and families. minimal walking distance to historical landmarks. great cellar restuarant beatiful food. staff friendly and accomodating if you returned late. cooked and continental breakfast. the rooms very clean and beautifully decorated cielings. plenty of room. i am recomending it to all my friends.

The Cerna Liska is in a wonderful position tucked away in the corner of the Old Town Square. We hardly heard any noise considering the central position, although the room was quite light as the curtains were not that thick and the lights are always on in the Square. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, meats, cheese, salad, a hot option and pastries, plus yoghurt and juices, tea and coffee - with refills when required. The staff were helpful and there is free internet access in the reception area. Although not luxurious the room was warm and clean and the shower efficient, although no bath - that would have been a bonus when you came in needing to warm up. It was cold in Prague in November! The room had a lovely painted wooden ceiling.

This is a great hotel located right on the Old Town Square which is a great base for discovering Prague on foot. The staff are extremely helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable with heating and A/C. There is also free Internet in the lobby and free wi-fi. I would highly recommend this hotel for value and location and can't wait to return

Cerna Liska is a lovely old hotel, situated close to all amenities. It was just 5 minutes' walk to the Metro and we were right in the Old Town Square. There were excellent restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The room was delightful - overlooking the square. It was clean and had everything we needed. The ceiling was a work of art! We would definitely return to Cerna Liska.Breakfast was excellent too.

This is the third time we have booked the Cernal Liska and while we were disappointed that last year we were decanted to another hotel due to the renovations we decided to try again. We were not disappointed despite the fact we didnt get a room looking over the old town square as we had requested. The room we had (401) was a nice size at the top of the building and the only thing we were disappointed with was that the view was a roof top. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it is right in the centre of things and good value.

You probably cannot find a better location for the price. Our room was huge (actually three rooms) and the hotel is located along the perimeter of the Old Town Square. When we returned, however, we found that the hotel had added an undisclosed charge for a change in the exchange rate. Since we prepaid with a credit card, this seemed unfair. Would they have provided a credit if the exchange rate had changed in their favor? Nonetheless, we disputed the charge and the hotel agreed to drop some of the aded amounts and the credit card company paid the remainder. Would stay again.

The Cerna Liska definitely lived up to our expectations. The location was perfect (right on the old town square) and very close to public transportation. The rooms are quite large for European standards, the bathrooms are modern and well lit, the breakfast was tasty and varied from day to day. The room also had reliable internet service and satellite television. The staff was friendly and competent, though we didn't ask much of them. The price may be a little high, but considering what you get it's a good deal. If we had to do it again, we'd select the same hotel.

Perfect location, friendly staff and absolutely immaculate. Highly recommended and would definitely go back again. Location was close to many attractions, right in the heart of the old town with several good value for money restaurants close by. You are surrounded by activity without the noise. Convenient and comfortable.

Our hotel experience at Hotel Cerna Liska was delightful. The location is convenient to most locations within Prague. The view out the window was breathtaking. We overlooked New Town Square. We definitely felt like we were right in the middle of everything, which we loved. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. The overall cleanliness and upkeep was superb. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet, intimate stay in Prague that is close to so many great locations: Old Town Square, Jewish Quarter, Charles Street Bridge, etc.

Cerna Liska was a fantastic hotel at a great rate for central prague. The location is directly on old town square literally at your door step. It's as central as possible and you couldn't do any better even if paying more. Staff was helpful and they had free internet in the lobby(all other hotels we stayed at you had to pay). Small hotel maybe only 20 rooms so not too busy or anything. Rooms were nice with exposed wooden beams etc so it had a nice old world feel. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, pastries etc.. Not over the top, but got the day started well. Air conditioning was suspect, but we were there in May and the windows did the trick for keeping us cool at night. May get hot in warmer summer months so you should consider this, also with windows open we could hear some street noise from people out late at night. Over all though I was very satisfied and the location was well worth any short comings. Great hotel I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed at cerna Liska May12 to May 15, the stafff are all very helpful, lodas of advise and assistance. The room was spotless, we stayed in 303, overlooking the squar, top floor so we could see everything (ask for 303).

Situated in the Old Town Square, it was such fun to sit at the window and watch all the activity below. The view of the Tyn Church and medieval buildings was beautiful and to see people have such a good time drew us to join them in exploring this beautiful city. The ample breakfast was excellent.Plenty of hot water to shower in a very clean bath. The beds were a little firm for our taste but the room was large for a hotel this size.We had a corner room on the front with 3 windows. Wonderful!

We stayed at Cerna Liske in March 2008, the week before Easter. This hotel is in the best possible location. It is literally on the Old Town Square. Everything is within easy walking distance. We have stayed in Prague before and this hotel was by far the best we have experienced. The free breakfast was wonderful, varied and plentiful in a lovely room overlooking the square. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The bedroom was clean and spacious and unique and the bath was modern. We will definitely be coming back to Cerna Liske because our son lives in Prague and we are glad to have found such a perfect spot for future stays.

I was very happy with this hotel. It is not elaborately decorated or anything, but it was comfortable and in a perfect location. Also, it was very inexpensive and I think they upgraded our room for free. We had a suite with 3 rooms and a bathroom for $120 per night! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, if nothing else for the location.

3rd time at this hotel and unbeatable value. It is on the Old Town Square and the bedroom view is stunning. Excellent rooms, lovely breakfast, great value through Hotels.com and perfect location. No bar in hotel but plenty around. As said unbeatable for Prague.

Det var vores første besøg i Prag, og dermed også på Cerna Lisca, men det bliver bestemt ikke vores sidste. Beliggenteden er fantastisk , lige uden for vinduet sker alt, men hvis du lukker vinduerne har du ro. Hotellet har en dejlig varm atmosfære fra første minut du træder ind. Værelser med alt hvad du behøver . Lækkert morgenbord, en rigtig god restaurant, med et dejligt og frisk personale.

L'hotel Cerna Liska a répondu parfaitement à nos attentes: réception ouverte 24h/24, chambre spacieuse, réceptionnistes très serviables, petit déj plutôt copieux et surtout.. situation on ne peut plus centrale!!

För oss var detta hotellet helt perfekt. Trevlig personal, trevliga rum, rent, mysigt, fräsht badrum. Städerskorna var trevliga (pratade inte med dem men de såg snälla ut och log :-)) Läget var också helt outstanding, med torget utanför dörren (granne med St. Nicholas kyrkan). Restaurang personalen var också mycket trevliga och serverade en helt underbar rumpstek. Rekomenderar detta hotell starkt.

Consiglio a tutti questo albergo: centralissimo nella piazza della città vecchia, vicino all'orologio astronomico, pulizia totale, disponibilità e cortesia dei dipendenti, colazione abbondante e varia, camera doppia spaziosa. Cosa altro dire? E' stata un'ottima scelta, ci tornerei immediatamente.
