Great place to stay! Very friendly staff. The breakfast crew worked double hard to keep everything stocked and cleaned up. I would stay here again. It was close to the things we had planned.
"Great hotel, inconsiderate guests"
Upon arrival to check-in at 9:30 PM, we were left standing outside in 30 degree weather for about a minute while an engagement party was taking pictures in the breezeway. Our first room was next to a rowdy group of young adults that were smoking heavily because the hallway reaked of cigarette smoke and I heard one guest say "it's cigarette time". We […] informed the front desk of the issue and she moved us to another room, which we noted was occupied when we saw a bag of popcorn and the key card on the desk. Our third room was perfect. After that we had a wonderful stay. We checked in late and the late shift person who was working solo did a very good job given all the issues she was dealing with. My only complaint would be that we were put in a room that was already rented to someone else. Les mer

We are from California and were in Boise for the High School State Swim Meet and found the Country Inn & Suites beyone enjoyable. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was beyond great. There were 10 of us and everything was beyond excellent. The entrire facility was beyond immaculate. We definitely would stay here again if in the Boise area. "Country Inn and Suites in Meridan, Idaho"
A great location for us. With our room key we were able to choose a nearby resturant and have our meal discounted! The breakfast the next morning was full of choices: waffles, french toast, cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. My stay was in The Country Inn in Meridian Idaho. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean, overall we've got a good night's sleep. there are plenty of good restaurants and stores nearby and close and easy access to the freeway, what else could you ask for? I was very please with the experience.

Nice property in a newer business district of Meridian, west of Boise. I stayed there because it was close to a business I was working with. Several chain restaurants nearby for dinner options. Quiet area, but kind of heavy traffic on Eagle Road getting to the freeway. Adequate breakfast buffet, although both days I was there they had run out of eggs […] before I got to breakfast at 7 a.m. HBO didn't work on the TV in my room. Some of the lights in my room didn't turn on. Small workout room with very basic cardio equipment and no weights. Nice place to stay for business purposes with just a few minor inconveniences. Breakfast food was very poor this visit. Coffee and food cold. The fresh bananas were so ripe they were almost black. Last visit the food was great.

"Very Nice Place Except......"
The Hotel was very nice, the room was very nice, the staff was nice and helpful. The problem? The bed was so hard that I tossed and turned all night. I was unable to sleep for more than a half hour to an hour at a time as I would wake-up sore and have to get up for a few moments then go back to bed and lie in a position that would normally be uncomfortable […] for me. By morning, I felt like I'd been beaten with a stick and quite obviously did not get a good nights sleep or rest. The bed comfort is too important to me to just disregard. "Wonderful stay."
We arrived late and were welcomed by warm and friendly clerks. We were able to change accommodations. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had on our vacation stay.
"A night out with the kids..."
Overall, we got we paid for...no frills. Here's a couple of my observations: *We called ahead of time and was told the pool was open until midnight, but was informed at check-in that it was only open until 11pm for kids. *As for the pool, it was extremely cold (the kids wouldn't even get in it) and the spa/hot tub was unbearably hot. My son stayed for […] all of 5 minutes before returning to the room and my daughter (who usually loves the pool), wouldn't get in the pool because it was ice cold and only stayed in the hot tub for just a few minutes before she was ready to go back up to the room. *The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but then again...it was no extra charge. *As for the room, it was clean. We had to queen beds, which I think are closer to full-size beds...and they were very uncomfortable, but once again we didn't pay for luxury. *No movie options, games, etc on the TV...just basic cable. *If you're looking for a clean room and a place to crash for a night, this should suit you just fine. But if you are looking for a night out, I would look elsewhere! Les mer

We stayed at this particular hotel during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. It was nicely situated, easy to access from the freeway, was quite clean (aside from the pool, which had been closed for cleaning the day of our departure), and had comfortable beds. "Looks better than it really is"
The building is new and the rooms are nicely decorated. However, the lack of maintenance is starting to show and the carpets in the halls are dirty, the exterior doors don't function properly and so are frequently propped open with the rugs. The help at the desk, while friendly, doesn't go out of their way. We had to have our cards re-keyed 3/4 nights […] we stayed there because the system kept disabling them. Very inconvenient, especially if you can't find the front desk attendant easily. Les mer

"Good clean hotel for the money"
Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pillows were small and not very comfy. The breakfast was lacking. Besides those 2 items the room was well worth the money. I would stay again.

A great hotel if you can find a good discount. I would expect better amenities for the listed price. We found a great internet deal and thought this hotel was well worth the price we paid. The free breakfast is OK but could be better. The food is limited unless you really like belgian waffles and cold cereal. The room was quite comfortable and clean. "We'd stay again"
We were in town for a wedding so I choose a hotel close to the venue that also had a good rating and fit our budget. This fit the bill. Great hotel staff even when our daughter locked the bathroom door after midnight! Clean, good cookies too. Easy access to freeway exits, but not much around it, except dirt and empty fields.
