Econo Lodge Portland City Center - Portland

I was very impressed with how clean the rooms were. We wanted a place to stay that was reasonably priced. It is also very near a wonderful Catholic Church, Saint Michael the Archangel and great places to eat.

While this motel is certainly nothing fancy, it is very reasonably priced for Downtown Portland, is clean, and in a good location/convenient to mass transit. Highly recommended!

Tub drain clogged shin deep, while taking a 12 minute shower. Long black strands of hair (2) embedded in towels. Hair from past guests around the baseboard of the bathroom. Moldy, moldy, moldy anti skid shower mat-so gross. Complimentary breakfast broken down before 10 am. My wife and I enjoyed this spot, it was very near everything. The room was clean and very comfortable. I recommend to anyone looking for price and location.

The room was dark, a bit dank feeling and when you turned up the AC, it smelled. The bed was fine (more comfortable than the Red Lion Convention Center I stayed at the previous three nights). The shower and bathroom were nice, as was the free internet, the fridge and the microwave. I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night for this place but it beats staying […] out of downtown. Les mer

Simple hotel, good and friendly service. The room was impeccably clean. For a small hotel, there was plenty of space available. Except for a minor disturbance coming from some kids wondering outside the hotel, I heard no other noises during my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is clean and affordable. You've stayed at a worse place. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The Econo Lodge was very close to the waterfront and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a map of PDX and pointed out where sites were and the free trains and everything. If you want to be more centrally located, you might want to look elsewhere, but if you like exploring cities by foot, then this place is great. My boyfriend and […] I were in a room with a queen bed. The bathroom was HUGE. There was also a little fridge in the room, which was nice to have. The room was very clean, well maintained, everything seemed pretty new. There was an air conditioner. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. A fridge and a coffee maker were in the room. The free morning coffee in the lobby was good. There was fresh fruit as well as bagels and toast for the breakfast. The LRT was just 3 or 4 minutes walk and there were mobile food caravans across the street with a variety of ethnic foods. The room was clean, if utilitarian. It seemed perhaps a little expensive, but I was probably paying more for the location than any other amenity. They charged an extra $10 for parking and another $10 for a second person in the room, neither of which I was expecting, but I'm willing to chalk that up to me not reading the description of the hotel well […] enough. The front clerk was very helpful. She asked if we were parking a car there & I said yes, then she said it would be 10.00. I did not see that on the info about the hotel when we booked it, so that was a surprise. Otherwise, the room was well kept & the mattress was very compfortable. The bathroom & shower were clean as well.

The staff was really friendly. Both check in and check out were extremely quick. The person at front desk even gave me phone numbers of restaurants who deliver. Extremely helpful!

for breakfast did not like coffee creamers they could have provided a thermos of half and half like they did for the coffee also the muffins were dry so i would change vendors

If you're looking for a cheap and convenient hotel in Portland, this is your place. It's a little over $2 to take the light rail from the airport, and you'll be in the downtown zone for getting around for free on public transportation. The hotel itself is run by very nice people that were very helpful. My room was clean and had adequate amenities. […] No frills here, except for breakfast items to go in the lobby (bagel, toast, muffins, OJ, coffee, bananas). There is free internet, but outlets are a little tough to come by. This is a nice place to stay if you are planning on checking out the city. Nothing fancy, but it worked great for me. The motel was located just 3 blocks from Portland State Univ. We were there on a campus tour. We were on a second floor room and found it inconvenient to carry our bags to the second floor (no elevator). The room was dusty and had an unusual order. walking distance of Portland State U., Oregon Historical Society, etc. Oriental street food mart just across the street. Easy access from freeway (and return).

방 내부가 허름하고, 침대 시트도 청결하지는 않았어요. 하지만 며칠 지내기에는 불편이 없었고, 무선인터넷도 양호하였어요. 아침 식사를 제공하지만 먹을 게 없고, 자리도 비좁아 식사는 하는 둥 마는 둥. 물론 친절하였어요.

Jeg skulle bruge et simpelt og billigt hotel til et par dages ophold i Portland. Det fik jeg her til en billig pris. Gratis wifi og morgenmad ej at forglemme. Havde desuden mulighed for at vaske og tørre tøj.

出張で6泊しました。最初はダウンタウンの中心にある一流ホテルにしようと思ったのですが、それらのホテルは高いのでやめて、TripAdvisorで比較的評判の良いこのホテルにしました。基本的にただのモーテルで、設備は少々古いですが、清潔で、インターネット(無線)、バスタブ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカーが揃っています。朝ご飯はトーストとオレンジジュース、コーヒーのコンチネンタルが無料でつきます。これで価格が半額以下でしたので、良い選択だったと思います。空港からはMAXを乗り継いで降りた駅から3分くらい歩きます。ダウンタウンまではダラダラと下って徒歩15分ほどです。大学のすぐ隣で治安も問題ありませんでした。小学生くらいのお子さんがいる若い夫婦の家族経営ですが、こちらの質問にてきぱきと適確に答 […] えてくれて信頼できました。 Les mer
