I arrived late and tired and wanted nothing more than take a bath and relax. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant and when I asked if there was someplace I could get water, he offered me a bottle. The room was very clean, bathroom was huge and very clean and towels and sheets were fresh. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs together with […] muffins, croisants, toast etc and orange juice, coffee and tea. Staff were extremely helpful and curteous. This hotel is close to North Dartmouth Mall and numerous restaurants along Route 6 and is only about 5 minutes drive from UMASS (a great place for visiting parents!) Les mer

It was fine except they were unable to provide me with a remote control in this day and age for an old TV. They tried one remote it did not work and was told he'd be back with another but never returned.

The breakfast is usually wonderful, but on the day we stayed, there were too many people trying to get breakfast at the same time and the woman running the cafe was completely overwhelmed. They needed another person working that day. It was the weekend of the college graduations.

Soundproofing is really bad. I could not sleep because of the noise coming from ceiling and next door.

The first night was ok quiet, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The room looked clean but had a few issues. Stains on rug. Outdated deco and old tv. No room service but the front desk helped with finding good food. Also you cannot rent movies but if you rescan the channels you can get more stations to choose from. We had the neighbors from Heck […] next door, thin walls. Real party hotel with no security guards. We called several times to complain about Mark and Kelly next door fighting and yelling (yes we know there names since they kept yelling at each other) They would quiet down for about 10 minutes and start again. I wanted to be moved but the hotel would not move us. DO NOT stay here on the weekends. Les mer

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was lovely as well as the choices of breakfast food. I would stay there again.

Well maintained motel. Clean quiet place to stay. all will enjoy this motel.

First stay at a Best Western. Met my expectations bases on friends' recommendations. Just two minor complaints: with 45 minutes to breakfast closing, a few items were no longer available (cream, orange juice) and the breakfast staff, other than a supervisor, seemed indifferent; walking by the indoor pool and excercise area, I noticed. a musty odor. […] Overall, every thing was quite acceptable and would return in the future without hesitation. No complaints here. Had to wait until 4:30 for check in, but there was a concert in nearby New Bedford and the hotel was full. It was understandable that rooms were taking longer to clean. We visited Cape Cod the next day and this hotel was very convenient for traveling there. Great stay.

The people that worked there were very friendly. Need a mat in the tub, it was very slippery and my sister almost fell in there.The stay was very nice.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night before heading to Martha's Vineyard the next day. This was certainly a nice place to stay. We came right from our wedding and were able to check in past midnight which was very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable as was the room itself. Only negative part is the 'hotel' next door which […] is clearly one of those hotels where 'characters' live and maybe drug deals happen.... Can't complain about this hotel though and my car was still there in the morning but I wouldn't want to stay more than a few nights... Les mer

Toilet loose on floor. Hair dryer loose on wall. Hotel was very noisy. Had to ask desk to quite people down.

Location of this hotel to UMass Dartmouth is great. Easy to get in and out of. Nice rooms and continental breakfast a plus. Front desk personnel is great and more than accomodating. Price is reasonable for the quality and service. Wish there was a special rate for college parents as we go here often.
