Liberty Inn and Suites - Hinesville

Hotel is very convenietn to Fort Stewart if you are visiting family stationed there. Beds are very uncomfortable. Hotel is clean and staff is very nice. I would stay here again, but I would bring a foam mattress pad with me.

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but when I got there they only had a king room available. The 1st room , the air conditioner made loud vibrating noises, so they had to move me to another room.

The Inn was extremely clean but old and in need of renovation. One of the security locks was broken and the bedspread had a 4x4 patch sewed over a hole. It was very hard to find. I finally had to call them. The tv power button was broken but I was able to get it on with the use of an ink pen. The remote control had to have a tv button pushed before […] the power botton could turn the tv on. This wasn't explained to me at all. No one manned the desk in the morning so I guess the hotel hall was unlocked all night. Les mer

When I arrived at the hotel I parked just outside of the main entrance, the front desk clerk came running out of the hotel and demamded that I move my car immediately. Now there was a car parked right next to mine so I asked "why cant I park here" she almost screamed that it was her car and she can park there because she is an employee. After some discussion […] I simply asked let me check in first and I will move it, then she went off saying she wasn't going to check me in. I informed her the room was paid for in advance and I walked into the lobby. She entered the lobby behind me went behind the desk and picked up the phone, after her walking around the area for 10 minutes I asked "am i getting checked in" and she said she didn't want me to stay in the hotel. I asked her again why she was refussing to check me in and she explained that because I didn't move my car right when she ask that she didn't want me staying in the hotel, she was calling the owner. Now after waiting almost 20 minutes now she decide to check me in because ahe couldn't reach the owner and the room was prepaid. This was on a Saturday afternnon, she was absolutely rude the entire time, offered no apology and put me in the room next to the laundry and maid closet, the room was not cleaned well, the pillows are flat and hard. I have been a member of Hotels.com for 5 years stayed in several hotels and this was the worst experience I ever had checking into a hotel. I choose this one because I was looking to save a few dollars on an unexpected trip, but take my warning don't stay at Liberty Inn if you wanted to be treated with a little respect and not yelled at by a hotel clerk who takes over 20 minutes to check you in because no guest should ever question her. 4-star hotel at a 2-star price. Large room, full size fridge, microwave, sink, lots of TV channels, close to all kinds of food and some shopping. Awesome stay.

Very close to Fort Stewart. Decent room for the price! I'd recommend it and stay again.

most inexpensive hotel i found in the "hotel mile". Yet the accommodations parallel the most expensive ones. Everything is clean and well kept. The room is gigantic, 2 queen beds in a 30 by 15 room. nice new bathroom. I would have paid twice what I was charged. friendly staff. Main doors lock at 11:00p.m. only guest can access with the same key-card […] that is used for the door. Big, safe, free parking. 1000 meters away from Fort Stewart Main Gate. Les mer

The hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, hotel was only about 1 mile from Ft. Stewart. The b'fast that was served, was more than adequate to start the day with and it's easy access to the local stores and community. I will definately be a repeat guest when I visit my son at Ft. Stewart.

Hotel was very clean & quiet. The staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel was located near Ft. Stewart which was an added bonus.
